I informed them that I wanted a refund on the CD cost of $2.52 and now I receive a charge with no explanation or evidence of the purchased item.

they charged my visa with a charge and they mentioned on my visa statement to call and i will get a refund. The number give was not being answered only by automated service. I was not able to get through. Now they will not re-emburse my amount of 88.97 candian 72.21 us.

After reading all the other complaints, just glad we aren't the only ones. We too called about the CD, which never did get here. We too had $72.12 off our credit card. This happened in April and May. They never did take the April one off but they did take the May charge off our credit card....

Nice to know that I am not the only one to be duped in this maddening scam. I also authorized a charge of 1.99 to my credit card and there were no terms & conditions to which I agreed that money will be charged to my account every month.
