Re/Max Andrew Williams

The agent who assisted in selling our house in Brampton was Mr. Andrew Williams. The house was sold on June 14/ 2021 and was on the market for 5 days only. It was sold well over the asking price! This success can in a great measure be assigned to the works of Mr. Williams. He was very thorough, provided good advice and conducted his business with the utmost professionalism. We would strongly recommend the services of Andrew Williams to any family looking to sell or buy a real estate property.

He was an advisor who took the time to help me find the perfect apartment for me. I moved to Canada a year ago so it is very difficult for the owners to trust you without a high credit report or with a job that is not an office. At the same time, I was looking for a perfect place for my dogs, which are two French bulldogs, with no stairs and a little space, which helped me find it. In my opinion, he is a very kind person and you can see that he has a big heart.
I recommend them 100%

Re/Max Selling my house at its appraised value in 2 weeks

Bridget Pratt is phenomenal! She executed the cosmetic renovations needed to showcase & sell my house to the right people. She even solicited the services of her friend to make the lawn and setting more welcoming... after the disastrous experience I had with Wes & Jason from Hammer. No one has ever been more selfless in her efforts to please and truly put her client's interests first. I would hope all the Remax team genuinely cares and performs as she does... I believe Bridget is the exceptional realtor. Most realtors in Tuscaloosa are money hungry & fake.

Re/Max Best Realtor Ever

In a day and time when people seem to just look out for themselves Cara Irvine is a Remax realtor that is quite the exception! Not only does she look out for the buyer but she also is honest and doesn't just say what someone wants to hear. For example, instead of saying a home is worth a lot more than it is worth just to get the listing, she will be honest and say what the value actually is based on the research she has done! She did this for a property that my family had for sale and we appreciated it so much! It helped us get the property sold quickly instead of it being on the market for a long period of time. We highly recommend her!

Re/Max Awful Company

BEWARE. Do Not Use This Awful Awful Company
I owned a home for 9 years and sold it and decided to rent while I found a new place. My experience has been so utterly terrible I couldn't make it two years. I have to bullet this list because it's that long. I'll break it down by category.
Lessee:
In the two years I lived in this property there were $800, yearly, worth of maintenance costs for a freshly renovated unit.
They also own a maintenance/contractor company so it behooves them to continuously break/fix something to increase their cost and fee.
Example, after 7 MONTHS WITHOUT HOT WATER they replaced the element in the hot water tank. A year later it is already broke again.
The lease that I signed was illegal so make sure you are ok with a company that will take illegal steps and potentially harm your property. I contacted the county assessor and indeed it is illegal and fraudulent to rent this space out. It was on me to hire a lawyer and fight it on behalf of the state.
Plan on having angry tenants that break leases early, damage your property (as was the case with the tenant before me because he was so angry with his treatment), or any number or problems.
They are not checking or proactive about your investment. When they came to do the "check up" of the unit and check the filters in the furnace, they said everything was ok. There were no filters in the furnace so they didn't even check.
I will not have to take this company to court over my deposit. Be prepared to be drug into any situation this company gets you into. You may end up in the news someday.
Maintenance issues: Water heater broke, now twice. Sewage backup twice. Leaking toilet wax seal. Broken furnace fan. Broken water pipe before I arrived.

Lessor:
#1. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE
At the showing, Phoebe called me at the meeting time to tell me she would be 30 minutes late for the appointment.
When signing the lease she couldn't stop surfing her phone to answer my questions.
The garage was filled with mold on the walls from a burst pipe months before. I still had to sign the mold release and live with it if I wanted to live there. I ended up painting the garage since they would not do anything about it.
The electrical and utilities to the unit were not hooked up when I got there for the unit so I had to coordinate with the companies to try and get utilities even though everything was in the landlords name. Of course they're not going to let me sign someone else up for a bill/utility. This took weeks to iron out. They eventually had to work something out because the space with not sub-metered because it was illegal to do so. I then had to negotiate a utilities bill.
Sewage smell for 1.25 years in my unit. Coming from an upstairs toilet leaking that they refused to fix. I had to remove everything from the storage room and tape the door/frame so no air could leak out. This began 4 weeks after I moved in.
Raw sewage backed up and in the garage. My entire garage was filled with raw sewage? feces, urine, and paper. It sat for 3 days. Not only did they not fix it or clean it, they did not even reply to any of my multiple messages complaining about the issue.
2 weeks later the kitchen sinks backed up with sewage. 6 DAYS LATER they brought a plumber out to fix it and had the contractor threaten me that if I wasn't there when they arrived I would be charged for the repair. 6 days without water in a kitchen. Atrocious smell in the living room and kitchen even though the sink was covered and taped.
NO HOT WATER FOR 7 MONTHS. I'm not sure what kind of company or human beings make another human being live without hot water for 7 months but it is this trashy company.
The heat stopped working. This is a rare occurrence of an item that got fixed but it was still 2 days without heat.
I was told after signing the lease that I could not have mail or packages delivered to the house.
Their online system is utterly useless along with the personnel they employ. No maintenance request was ever responded to or checked. The only way to get through to them was to email as many people as possible until someone got frustrated and replied.
No site work or landscape done to the property. Grass, snow, everything. It was just left for ruin.
Both living room windows did not have screens so you had to be ok with bugs if you wanted fresh air. The windows actively leaked during rain storms. This was documented in their maintenance portal but they did nothing, obviously. Now the drywall is wet in the cavity and more than likely has mold growing in it.
The space you are living in may be illegal to rent so know that you may be kicked out at any time without recourse.
Rampant mouse problem that I inherited when I moved in. It was on me to take care of the issue even though it was preexisting. I pulled 4 mice a month out of that place while I lived there. You could hear them running in the floor at night and in the morning.
I was charged a fee for "gas" with no backup. 3 days later they charged a late fee contradictory to what the lease states. Their excuse was, "the system automatically generates those fee's". Obviously no one fixes it and it keeps assessing fee's, let alone it isn't coordinated with their leases. I would have to get a check in the mail the day I'm notified or hand deliver it to meet a 3 day requirement. After eventually getting the backup paperwork, I sent a check a day after I sent a rent check. Surprisingly, the check never made it so I needed to cancel it and send another check. Lo and behold, the "lost" check "showed up" and they used the second one against "maintenance" fee's they charged, undocumented, to my account after moving out.
I will now have to go to court with this company to try and get my security deposit back. They are trying to charge me for cleaning and maintenance that is undocumented if that wasn't a surprise from what you've already read. They have not responded to multiple messages already.
These people are the lowliest scummiest human beings I have ever dealt with. I would make absolute sure you do your research before using their services. I was personally in the room when they bad talked a potential lessee and said they did not want them to live there, as the reviews below say.
I can offer documentation on everything I've discussed, which will obviously be useful in court.

Re/Max Agent:kim pacini hauch

This agent is unethical, rude, and racist. I submitted an offer on a property that has been sitting on the market since 11/2023. The same hour I submitted it, the agent said it was a multiple offer situation and for us to give our best and final. When I refused to increase it more than what the condo values actually is she calls my agent and states that we do not want to see you this property in plan and simple english. Why do you not understand this.

Desired outcome: The agent to attend diversity/ethics training and to issue an apology to me.

Re/Max Listing

In the last few days I requested a tour of house located on 22771 Blue Teal Dr, Quail Valley, CA 92587 and listed by Rachel Winetsky from RE/MAX CHAMPIONS - [protected]. I did so at the listing page on Zillow 3 times, and NEVER got a reply. However, when I called Rachel to follow up, she'd always used the excuse that she was too far away to show it. So, the last time, today, she said the same thing as to I asked her why she would list a property if she was not willing to show it, nor even respond to online requests. At this point, she got very nasty and told me that "I" had a bad attitude. really?

Re/Max I’m complaining about a realtor using his resources for other things despite realtor services.

Re/max realtor Michael Fuscaldo in Irvine, CA is using his realtor resources for non business needs. On September 25, 2023 he went to Tim Heitkamp’s house at 302 Carlow Irvine and told him he could find out anything about anyone with their social security number. Tim Heitkamp has dementia and has paranoid delusions. He has filed for divorce against his wife based on delusions she is cheating on him. Tim has already spent $40k on a private investigator that found nothing and now Michael is telling Tim he can find anything on anyone with their SSN. He’s using his realtor resources for such acts and for profit. Tim has given Michael money for his non realtor services.

Desired outcome: Michael should be investigated for using his realtor resources for non business uses.

Ring videos showing Michael offering to look up people with their socials. People that don’t authorize him to do so. He’s taking advantage of Tim who has dementia and paranoid delusions. Other videos show Tim asking if he got his money which shows Micheal is getting paid for illegal services. He’s looking up peoples socials with his realtor license without them knowing and profiting off of it.

Re/Max Unprofessional behaviour & rude talk

Deepinder Pal Singh is a realtor I was dealing with buying a commercial shop. He is very unprofessional and rude in his talk so I had to give up with him. His talking tone was very abusive and shouting. His contract documents were full of error and with any date etc. So unprofessional!

When I asked him to correct it he started shouting and because unprofessional justifying him. I will never recommend him and work with him in the future.

He was also signing the contract on the SMS chat and saying take it approval from his side - Is this how it works?

Re/Max Purchased property

I would like to lay a complain against a REMAX South Africa agent by the name of Danie Small, we purchased a house and he was the listing agent, part of the OTP was that we were to do full inspection prior to occupying the property which we did and we noticed that there was an issue with the garage doors motor and we were told that it would be fixed.

We moved in on the 8th July 2023 and the issue was still not resolved, to date nothing has happened, the very same person is giving us run around if not ignoring us.

I must say his service is beyond poor, like poor is an understatement. I called into Remax Offices in Kempton Park on Friday the 18th August, I spoke to a man called Gerrie and he advised that someone will call me back, on the 21st August I called in and was given Susan Weston's numbers, called her and she's rejecting the call.

Can this matter be resolved ASAP

Re/Max Deposit

RE/MAX on 1315 Tuskawilla RD Winter Springs Fl 32708 engages in Immoral practices by keeping potential home buyers deposits on homes, as in my case, $5000. After the Realtor Doug Atkins called my Attorney to ask questions as to if I have a settlement which would be used to purchase the house in question 1067 Winding Waters Circle Winter Springs FL, Doug asked to many questions to my Attorney and now my Attorney is trying to convince me to take less money on my judgement so I could get my money faster, essentially $50,000 less from my judgement. Doug bragged about how his wife is a Paralegal and it's obvious she doesn't know how to read court docs because I did not receive any money from my case as of yet. Doug also accused me of having the funds to close on this house when in fact I don't, then he had the audacity to try and get another $5000 out of me and offer a 30 day extension for closing, so at this point RE/MAX in Winter Springs could never be trusted to do business like this for any home buyer, and who knows what they actually do to the sellers.

Re/Max Real estate fraud

Remax is under handed. It's a complicated situation other than a corrupt executor working with a corrupt real estate.

The lowball the house by a thousand square feet. It's a 2500 square foot house. They listed it at 1500 square feet. 750 sq ft was the unfinished basement but they included in tax assessment anyway. Consequently lowering the value of the house. I filed a criminal complaint with the district attorney and the sheriff and that Im moving towards using force on the lawyer and the real estate agent. Remax and Orange County New York is the worst they take advantage of people.

Every picture on realtor.com has garbage in it boxes of junk.

Re/Max Removal request

I have requested that this company remove my home information and stop advertising to sell my property option. As a victim of crime and identity theft not only our physical safety is at risk but also real estate fraud crime, at the high risk alert increase by Federal law enforcements. I have requested that my property is opt out due to circumstances and CT law, ReMax is not only refusing, ignoring my request but they have provided name of the agent listing my property for sale (which is fraud as its not for sale and without my permission) I request immediate removal

Re/Max Home bought in Costa Rica

I trusted Remax because I had a great expeience in the US. However when I purchased a home in Costa Rica through "Remax Best Climate Atenas" I was extremely disappointed. My Agent and both Brokers (both Remax) covered up a major omission, that does not only affect the value of my property but also includes a safety issue. The Remax "Investigator" sided with Remax and nothing was resolved. Before I bought the home in Costa Rica I followed the Remax agent through a large iron gate and a nice road and given a remote to the iron gate. After the sale I find that this is not my access and it has been closed off, The access is at an extreme angle and no emergency vehicle can make it to my home. I now have to buy a four wheel drive truck with a larger engine at $10,000.00 more then the same truck with a smaller engine. The value of my home has gone down if I can even sell it. (no American will buy the house)

Desired outcome: The amount of money I have lost. $10,000.00 for the truck upgrade $11,000.00 to repave to make it safe when it rains not sure about the value loss of the house. and all parties involved need to admit what they did in writing.

I am Sandeep Dubal , from India , I have paid your Subscription Fees on July 2022 , but till now neither agreement done by your Indian Counter Part nor they are cooperating with me. Already Re/Max Name is spoiled in India by these people due to unethical practices , you can go through all the reviews on social media , I was also not ready to join Re/Max after reading these negative reviews by earlier Business Associates , Franchises & Customers in India, but since Re/Max name is reputed name worldwide i took a chance to join, but my experience in las one year is not different than whatever i read in Social media Reviews i read. Request you to help in getting my annual subscription amount as soon as possible else , i will have to raise the issue on social platforms & Consumer court in India. Please look in to the matter on priority.

Desired outcome: Refund of My Subscription amount with interest as soon as possible plus compensation for loss of business in last one year & mental peace.

Re/Max Listing agent/luke short

We listed our home with Agent Luke Short with Remax Chagrin Falls. Very disappointed in the whole process. As we all know selling a home can be a very trying time to anyone. There is a lot of details and paperwork that go into making the sale of your home a successful process. Things always come up and clients may always have questions as things come up. Our home was built in 1897 so there was definitely more paperwork than your traditional home. We had many questions, as we should we reached out to our agent Luke Short we were yelled at and swore at. He left us a nasty text message saying F us and we don't come before his son and that he was at a baseball game and was busy. Received another text the next day saying he was dropping us as his clients and wanted nothing to do with us. So needless to say, our listing was pulled from the market.

So many Codes of Ethics were neglected as well as Lack of Empathy.

Luke Short is a terrible Real Estate agent and it all about him and the money.

Re/Max Realtor Lori Yarbro

Worst Agency. I've been lied to about my home value before the listing. Then two weeks in I had to drop the price, rewrite the home descriptions because the agent did not know how to write a description. Had to reorganize the photos because the agent though 10 photos of the house roof was more important because her husband took them over the actual inside of the house. Had to get her to follow thru with communicating with the agent. Refused to hold open houses or even talk to agents that actually showed the house. Not her job it's all done by a app. I had a issue with the title which Escrow/lawyer was handling but she and the broker wanted to transfer to the escrow/lawyer from when I bought the problem. The escrow company that didn't do a full legal escrow 5 years earlier. Once we extended the escrow 90 days she stopped giving me updates. I contacted her on day 44 she said it wasn't her job she's not a lawyer. (?) It is her job to talk with escrow to see how things are going. She insisted it was her job she's not a lawyer. She did say she tried contacting escrow but never heard back. And she would send the emails. Which she never did.

HONESTLY STAY AWAY FROM THE AGENCY.

Desired outcome: This agency needs to be reviewed and the agent repled
