My order wasn't delivered in time even though I did it in advance and mailed support to be sure they will deliver my gift in time (they just didn't respond). It was late for days, not only hours or next day even, and the recipient eventually just left the country by that moment. They left the gift to nobody and ignore my request to give my ~100 Euro back. Any live chats or email were totally silent to all my messages that I started to send them when gift wasn't delivered in time. The giftsnideas had finally responded me only after I use a Feedback button on their site and rate my experience as extremely bad (this is a lifehack how to reach these scammers ultimately, but the best advice for anyone is to NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL). Even after this they started to say me some bull*it about the local courier didn't find an address and so on so force, while I used the same address for delivery of all kinds of things for A LOT of times before. They tried to ensure me the gift will finally be delivered, but it didn't happen for next 4 days more. Unitl when my girlfriend, as I said, already left the country of delivery without my gift.

I ordered three items through your company that an regretful for my life

1- order # [protected] was canceled on July 3rd, was supposed to be refunded in 24-48 hours, STILL I AM WAITING

2- order # [protected] was delivered something completely different than what I ordered

3- order # [protected] was a birthday gift and It was not delivered at all

can it be worst, SHAME ON YOU

I have called and msged them several times but they are not looking into the matter they are not ready to provide an refund of 25$. I need ,my money ASAP.

On February 5 th 2022 I placed an order same day delivery early in the morning. Once the order was placed my card was charged, the first order I placed I just got an email saying, “no in stock and the company will replace with something else”. They did not reach out or even contact to give an option they just sent a different birthday cake on their own accord

The second package I order a gift basket never arrived, I have been trying to get in contact via fb messenger and WhatsApp service and this has proved unsuccessful, I then received an email saying the order was damaged in transit and will be delivered on Monday 7 th 2022, the order never arrived, I have again tried to get in contact via fb and WhatsApp but it is an absolute horror it does not exist.

Additionally I have reached out via their email and the responder in completely ignoring my request for a refund stating the courier has already left, etc etc this company is a scam their US contact number is out of order.

I should have read up more prior but they were the first to pop up on a google search, the service of this company and inability to contact leads me to believe this company is a scheme and a scam and should not be allowed to continue to provide this type of dishonest service to people

It is the absolute worst

3 different gifts sets ordered, for delivery on 25th Dec to China.
Only one delivered the Fruit, cheese, cracker gift box, which was sub standard.
The chocolate gift box not delivered
The bath gift set not delivered.
All were ordered on the same day and fully paid for.
3 complaints have been filed on your customer contact as yet NO RESPONSE.
First complaint was sent 27th Dec
Second requesting a response via ph - no response.
Third complaint 29th Dec - now you say the oder numbers are not found and your questions continue to loop . This is fraudulent behavior !

The order was simply sent to a service depot miles away from the recipients address. No attempt was made of actual delivery. Customer service is non-existent - just a robot on Whatsapp and eventually also that doesn't reply. These people are scammers who should be taken down. The damage caused to personal lives is way greater than the sheer robbery of funds.

Dear Sirs,

I am writing to make a complaint about your failure to deliver my order number [protected] for the Recipient's Kayo Ono in Scotland, which I made an online payment for and which was supposed to be delivered by 7 pm on 16th December 2021. The time of delivery passed yesterday and the order has not been delivered up to now. I know this for a fact, because I contacted the recipient, Ms Kayo Ono, and she said she had received no parcel (from your company).

I have received and email from giftsnideas customet service claiming that my order was delivered, but this is not the case. The recipient did not confirm the delivery of the parcel. The order has not been delivered by now.

I expect you to take immediate action and resolve the issue.

I ordered it, they kept me on waiting with lame excuses. No customer services. It was a mistake. It has to be delivered on 1 sep 2021
As its already 2 sep in my time zone and business hours have passed in recipient time zone.

I ordered from Giftsnideas, not having done my research into reviews about this website. BIG MISTAKE! I ordered a same day delivery for an interstate birthday and at the end of the day received a phone call saying they were out of stock and wanted me to confirm ALL of my details again over the telephone including Credit Card number and my partner's details (irrelevant) which i refused to do. They declined to offer a refund - i pushed them and they finally agreed to refund. It is now 11 days later and still no refund. Got in touch with the customer service dept today who stated it will take an additional 8-10 business days to receive a refund. This is simply unacceptable, and appears to be a SCAM SITE. I would not recommend to others to use this website.

My order no. [protected] dated 09.05.2021, where I have mentioned the delivery date to be 14.05.2021. Even after placing the request before 5-6 days, the order does not get delivered on 14.05.2021. As the occasion was on 14.05.2021, I need the product to be delivered on 14.05.2021. Then for chatting the whole night, I requested them to get the product delivered on 15.05.2021 early morning till 10.30 a.m. as the recipient will not be there till 05.00 p.m. then they said that it will be delivered after 05.00 p.m.

Then to my surprise I got the email for the delivery but the product does not get delivered in actual only a mail has been received.

Now after chatting with the chat person, they need another 48 hours to resolve the matter.. At once she said that 24-48 hours and then she said 48 hours to resolve the matter...considering the history of the order i am not sure about the resolution also that i will get..seems to be the totally fake site..

i want my order to be delivered within 24 hours..

For Valentine, my fiancée in Germany, I ordered from giftsnideas and that was my biggest mistake. Delivery was schedule for Valentine's and I kept calling international all day and chatting live to get to someone and understand what time they'll delivery and then after the day has been finished, they send me an email apologising that they won't deliver. They ruined my Valentine's. don't waste your money here and then get your celebrations ruined.

With due respect I want to say that I had ordered a birthday cake to be delivered on 10 of february. But its been 12 now but the cake has not been delivered yet. My order number is #[protected]. It was a black forest cake that had to be delivered on 10 of feb. Please take serious actions on this I had paid advanced for that.

My daughter ordered a birthday cake along with 100 stem roses to be delivered to me (her mother) on 31st December 2020 [protected] is the order number.
I received the cake but the roses were not delivered along with it.
When she called customer care they said they will give a refund which has not been received till date.
So we have ended up paying Euro 52 for a small cake which we buy for Rs 250 in India courtesy Giftsnideas.

I order a cookies tower to be sent to Singapore for my son as Xmas present. I ordered this product because it was cute and special. Instead of the Tower, you guys delivered a basket which is totally different from what I have ordered. If GiftsnIdeas cannot deliver the product or do not have the product in Singapore, should at least check with me first if I would like to pick something else or if I would accept what is available. But GiftsnIdeas didn't check with me and just delivered something looks totally different from what I have ordered. I don't think this is acceptable, now there is two way of settling this issue:

1. GiftsnIdeas to deliver what I have ordered which should be same as what shown on my order OR
2. GiftsnIdeas refund me the total payment.

I am so disappointed. Purchased a gift for my son in South Africa and even though the status says delivered it has not been! All that I get from the staff is that it has been processed. I asked for their supplier details so my son can collect it himself and they refuse to give me the details. Hopefully someone will reach out to me and get this delivered before Christmas.

They took my money but never delivered the order. Fraud.

I had placed my order 15 days in advance to ensure that the birthday -gift basket would arrive on 20th of Nov. I was ensured by Amy, Mary, Krish and Sam. Getting lip service from the Agents. The Gift has yet to arrive, now they estimated on Monday 23rd of November 2020. They are refusing to give me a full refund or cancel the order. Its not my mistake that they do not know how to estimated delivery timings and schedules. They have offered at 15% refund. What is money, then hearing or seeing the joy of your love one open a present on their birthday. Based on the customer service received for 2 days now, its the worst I have ever dealt with. I will never order anything from this company again. Reading my chat messages, saying sorry we will check. We will update you. If and when it comes, the issue, ITS Late! It was for my Fathers 81st Birthday on 20 of November. I thought it would be nice for him to receive a gift, since I could not be there. Ms. VERY UnHappy -Marian

Giftsnidea is definitely a scam. Not sure how to report cyber fraud. The birthday gifts that I had ordered never delivered. And I had left 2 msgs and never reply. This company should be shut down and prevent other consumers get scammed.

I wish I had read all these reviews before ordering. I have doubts about the veracity of this site. The number of emails (19+) arriving within a few minutes and all asking for the same information. They were asking for too much information about my credit card, including scanned copies of both sides, which would have allowed free use of my card.

I am passionate about chocolate. That is why I ordered this chocolate basket for my friend. Unfortunately, I got A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT ONE, with less products and NONE of the products shown on the product photo online. I have asked customer service to look into the details of this delivery without any successful solution. So disappointed! My gift recipient was not amused. No solution given. Money wasted!
