G4S Service: g4s female security at the yellow surgical ward 1 mater dei hospital

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I would like to file an official complaint regarding one of your G4S security representatives. Today the 28th of July, 2023 at around 20:20 I was visiting a patient at the yellow surgical ward 1 who just undergone surgery, just a couple of hours prior to the incident, at Mater Dei Hospital.

A female security representative who was wearing the G4S uniform came to inform the visitors that it was time to leave as visiting hours had just passed. In the room, there were just two visitors at that time myself, and another individual, who was visiting another patient. The visitor of the other patient told the security to give her just 10 minutes, and the security accepted. The security then addressed the undersigned, and I replied to her the same way the other woman did, that in just 10 min I will be out. This is when this security just lost her temper and started shouting in Maltese “qum issa minn fuq is-siġġu u mur saqsi lin-nurses” (“get up from that chair right now and go ask the nurses”). As I was instructed I got up immediately and went to ask the nurses for those extra 10 minutes to settle in the patient as I had to help her change into her pyjamas since she was in such terrible pain and bleeding from her surgery. As I was speaking to the nurses she continued saying “ha najjat issa” (“I’m going to shout now”). This is when I addressed the security and asked her for her name and surname, whereby she refused to identify herself. I also want to point out that it is obligatory under Maltese Law for a company individual to provide their identification. Thus, I had the right as a Maltese citizen for such basic information to be given to the undersigned.

I trust that since your company has high standards that action will be taken against this individual. As she caused stress to the undersigned but even more so to the patient who was just operated.

I would also like to be informed of any action that was taken, as otherwise, I will be escalating the matter. Do not hesitate to contact me on: [Redacted]

G4S Dishonest managers

Moved me from a site and later telling me that the client wanted me taken off their controlled sites. Worked on 2 different sites controlled by client. I complained but got NO answers until i started calling sick (within time) and making more complaints. Finally, got noticed BUT, they removed ALL SHIFTS AND LET THE PROCESS DRAG FOR 2 MONTHS. Was not paid, was not suspended.

They turned my PERMANENT CONTRACT into a CASUAL WORKER status.

Makes no sense !

Manager took the meeting as well.

Liars including the HR and ALL the rest.

Favour people over others in SO MANY WAYS and dont hide it.

Hi

I am disgusted at the way my son has been treated with your members of staff. The biggest majority of your staff are under age of 25 with no life skills at all and are expected to deal with situations regarding calls to speak with young men and their curfews.

I am speaking on behalf on my Son Jamie Clark 18 Glenpark Rd Pa12 4HT who has been on GPS Tag for last 6 months. He has complied every day apart from a couple of life threatening situations and always kept in touch by phone as to what has happened and been covered by police and his lawyer.

Most recently your staff have sent out at least about 6-8 letters telling him he has breached but a Judge granted his time variation from 7-7am to 10-7am.

He has all his paperwork for his time change etc to back him up.

And your staff still call and call and call! Because they are too young to be in the job because they don't know how to handle these situations.

Now my son ended up in the hospital on Friday 21st & ended up in for a week due to mental health breakdown & stress due to your young staff constantly calling and breaching& hanging up the phone also called to speak with a doctor in the hospital who are too busy. This is now getting out of hand and if anything happens to my son due to this I will hold you responsible.

He just got discharged today and we had to pick up his medication and clothes. I want this sorted ASAP my boy is ticking time bomb.

Desired outcome: Breaches have to be retrieved and stop!! ...a bit of common knowledge should be used in situations. Yes they are criminals but with dignity they are still human beings!

G4S Being stopped from entering the palace theatre

We were attending the Palace Theatre on Thursday, the 13th of April for my sister’s 60th birthday celebrations. I am 65 my partner is 64 there was a group of eight of us. My wife was stopped from going into the theatre saying that she was inebriated at no point did my partner, stagger or fall or raise her voice. I asked Pablo, who is the security manager the reasons for not allowing my wife in when the rest of the party which included my 88 year old mother we all had afternoon tea with glasses of champagne at the Hilton in Deansgate earlier we offered to go and have a drink of water and come back he refused. He refused to let us in we returned three times including at the interval we were refused entry. It is an absolute disgrace that we have travelled from Gloucestershire and stopped from going into the theatre to celebrate my sisters 60th birthday. There was no reason whatsoever to spoil our day. We are both professional people and we have never been refused entry to any venue we are in our 60s. I was very polite and respectful to Pablo last night on every occasion. He had made his decision without even speaking to my wife

Desired outcome: I would like an apology in writing. I would like your staff to undertake training. Pablo made a rash decision about a 64 year old woman and then refused to budge on his decision.I would also like a refund on our tickets

G4S Services of security of g4s agents in el salvador. Abusive actions.

I am a former stock market regulator in El Salvador, I was President of the Board back in 2004, when we discover a Ponzi Scheme that defrauded many people for an amount of some millions of dollars. This scheme was ran by a group of white-collar criminals that were members of the ruling party of that time, including a former Police chief that are associated with the former military people that tun G4S in El Salvadr. The fact that I was going against directors of the ruling party, brought me many problems specially with a UK company named G4S, that is being managed and advised by former military people associated with the people that ran the Ponzi scheme.

I unfortunately live in close proximity to the US Embassy to El Salvador and ever since my resignation from my post as Securities Market Superintendent (that’s how they call it here in my country), I have been subject to harassment from the G4S branch to El Salvador. Since 2004 they didn’t bother to hide what they were doing to make me feel threatened. Resources belonging to the Embassy they operate allow them access to infinite possibilities against people that denounce their illegal activities, including spyware or virus for spying, equipment, radars, and armed personnel.

I have sent various notes to this company and file complaints in their speakout service with no results whatsoever.

Desired outcome: I would like for them to investigate and stop this harassment against me, and that you indicate me what other complaints I should file.

G4S Driver of LM09 OCG on 10/03/2023

I would like to make a complaint against the driver of your vehicle LM09 OCG on the 10/03/2023, whilst on New Road Robin Hood's Bay, Whitby, North Yorkshire.

The driver of your vehicle refused to go past my van which was parked outside my shop, whilst I had been delivery stock from our store room which is off site. There was room for the driver to get past I even proved this by measuring with a tape measure.

The issue he caused by not going past was there was nowhere to move my van to as other vehicles were queuing up. Eventually the other cars on the road to the private car park backed up to allow the situation to be resolved and allow the traffic to move again.

Your drivers stubbornness and lack of driving ability caused all these problems and he was unwilling to discuss to try and resolve the issue.

Desired outcome: A disciplinary hearing for your driver and if he is retained driver training so he is aware of the size of his van and can actually drive it through gaps which are large enough.

G4S Supervisor

Dear sir/madam

The job of night security guard working in your company is very nice so the idea to them is that ASO gives some perks to certain security guards and one of those perks is the night security guard in this photo sleeping duty especially this sleeping photo in the main gate night guard. It is a fact that other night security guards are not allowed to sleep during their night duty and they are expelled from the company for some reason if they fall asleep. But in this company, the supervisors are putting points as if they have taken the security forest for their own benefit. Has any ASO in your G4S company said that only they can sleep during night shift... If we complain to our operation officer about the problems happening in us, they are stuck to take any action. Also if you can't fill the security cards completely in this company... The supervisors are going back and forth and the security cards are not being filled completely. Not only that, they are misusing the non-existent security forest for their own benefit without knowing how to get a job, so the existing security cards are also leaving this company for some reason. I sincerely hope that you will take a positive action through this letter, which has increased the work load of the existing Security Forests.

G4S Job centre security on youtube

Watching you tube at 17.42 pm on Thursday 9th of February I've been in the Security industry for 20 years and I must say your security guards are not trained right you need to look at all your security on job centres again and retrain them on hiw to deal with the public there name on you tube is group 4 stupid and what I've seen on you tube so far it's true as a company you need to retrain your guards again disgusting behaviour

G4S bulk cash delivery order

We ordered a delivery of cash and it never arrived.

G4S have had £8000 of our money and have not delivered our cash order.

G4S have had our money for 8 days.

They are extremely difficult to contact.

As a business that has had a high financial impact and prevented us operating our business.

Nobody replies.

Very poor service.

Have taken money for goods not recieved !

Desired outcome: An explanation,compensation and a way of contacting G4S and not being on hold for 2 hours on a premium rate call

Brutal behaviour by guards

Corrupt healthcare department

Stolen clothes and visa card

Starvation and dehydration

No sanitation in my cell

I was stripped naked by guards and my clothes disposed of

My dietary requirements where refused, I starved and lost over 13 kilos

I was refused water for my final 3 weeks

The sanitation to my cell was turned off for weekskilos

My treatment was so abhorrent I had to be transferred to a psychiatric hospital weighting 63 kilos , dangerously dehydrated and completely traumatised to recover

I was starved, stripped naked and thrown into a cell, all my clothes thrown away, tortured by cognitive assault in the healthcare centre where very odd things where afoot, the bright neon striplight left on for the last 3 weeks creating extreme insomnia, not given water for days at a time and not allowed a shower in the last 3 weeks because I could drink the shower water I suspect, also ensure drinks laced with olanzapine a drug I have an adverse reaction too passed to me as I would collapse on drinking certain things also certain foods, food and drink being offered to other patients and my cell ignored while I was starving and dangerously dehydrated

I tried to commit suicide I was treated so bad and then told to clean up my own blood and never given support

All this and more occurred in the healthcare department at HMP Altcourse, I have logged a grievance with HMP Altcourse itself but nothing has come back to me.

I'll never stop trying to get justice as I was so traumatised by the healthcare staff and a few guards I had to be transferred to a hospital to recover, I am here till early near

I arrived at this hospital in dirty prison issue slippers and prison issue clothes completely traumatised, 63 kilos (under 10 stones), I'm 6foot 1 inch that's very underweight, dangerously dehydrated and with a bushy beard

I'm still recovering from my traumatic time at the HMP Altcourse healthcare department where I was refused next of kin and my phone did not work to call for help

I want justice and the value of my missing clothes and crypto.com card that was missing from my wallet on entry to this hospital.

I was working at st andrews for the british open when a member of your staff levelled a complaint of sexual harassment against me, the police phoned me and said said the allegation was unfounded and uncorroborated and no action will take place against me, due to the nature of the complaint I have been unable to get work with my agency, therefore I have no option but to seek legal advice and if needed legal action, the quicker this is resolved will stop me taking legal action.

G4S Forced Benefits

I worked for G4S then they were taken over by Universal security. Without warning I was terminated. I am guessing it's the same reason they were randomly terminating long term employees because benifits cost a LOT of money. I have over 10 years seniority. My biggest concern was that they also forced benefits on Me that I did not sign up for. I discovered this only because My tax advisor asked My why I had 3 insurance policies, 1 from G4S. I was told to call G4S benefits and after a month gave up because they don't answer so I started to write them and they don't answer letters either. Looks like It's time to get an attorney if I don't hear back from them in a few weeks.

Desired outcome: I want the money they took for insurance I never opted to get.

I am Subrata Ghosh g4s pvt. Ltd howrah branch working at Chandi Steel Industrial Belur Lilua Assignment My Clock Number 896660. I join duty on 15th February and do duty till 19th April. I tell New Employee that many old guards like Pintu Patra Clock Number-161620, Durjadan Hajra Clock Number-444820 and Supervisor Somnath Bera Clock Number-241313 always try to feed me case and scold me.I continue my studies by working as a guard in a poor house.From 20th April, my duty supervisor Somnath Bera suddenly stopped my duty with bad report in journal Babu Mukherjee without any proof. My humble submission to you, sir, is that I am completely broken in this situation. If my duty can be resumed and these three are punished then I will be eternally blessed to you.

G4S Extremely aggressive security

Visited a job centre, sat down with an advisor and was asked to move my chair a couple of inches to the side. I tried to explain to the security that I always sit in this position when I am visiting my advisor because I am hard of hearing and cannot hear properly through the perspex screen. He said I need to move now for security reasons and was not interested in my explanation. He was pointing his finger in my face and told me I need to get out. His English was poor and told me I had called him names. I never called him anything, I only asked if he was crazy? He then proceeded to film me. Its likely I can lose a lot of money

G4S Security Guard Behavior

Hi Kevin Leggett,

I want to make this complaint against one of your security guards, his name is Kevin and he said is a team leader

He entered the shop with a lady, took some items then went to the self checkout to pay but his card got declined, and he tried to leave the shop with the items, but I stopped him and asked him to pay for the items.

He then started getting aggressive and hurling insults at me for doing my job, I asked him to step outside but he wouldn't listen, and started questioning why I stopped him etc.

He started mentioning how he's a security guard working at the job centre in Hull, and that he's a team leader at G4S.

The incident took place last Friday, at Sainsbury's, in Sutton Park Hull, around 18:30 and 18:45.

I'm partly making this complaint to make you aware of his behaviour but also asking that you caution him, because a guard insulting another fellow security guard doesn't seem fit to be a team leader.

G4S Not getting duty and company is charging me 1000 rs for lost of visitors card

My name is ajit Dutt SG on G4S SECURITY. I joined the company on Oct 25 I came from Pune. On Oct 21 to Bangalore.

I stay in rented pg in kalisaipaliya..
I have worked only for 2 days in sankhaya lab
Embassy Icon, Third Floor & Ground Floor, #3, Infantry Rd, Vasanth Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560001
Unfortunately I shifted of kalisaipaliya pg to KR market
My land owner lost the I'd card.
I informed same day to Mr Prakash my sir and mr Vinod incharge of sankhaya labs.

Now after 3 months they are charging me 1000 RS for visitor card..

I can only pay 300 RS charges due to. Lost of visitors card untill and unless mr Prakash won't fix the meeting with hr of sankhaya labs.

G4S G4s security staff at Glasgow science centre

Hi there

I was attending a Xmas event at Glasgow Science Centre on 04/12/2021. I opened my handbag as normal for security etc the female security person then snapped me "you need to take the whole bag off!" This then followed with "I need to search the pockets" yes fine, why didn't you ask me firstly to take my cross over bag off my shoulders though? This woman clearly doesn't like her job & felt the need to ruin my evening. Jealous perhaps? Don't know but your staff need manners & maybe some common sense.

G4S Harrasment/verbal bad laguage

Hi Goodafternoon.
im working city centre bahrain. I dont know where i can complain. This is what i want say and to complain there is one security guard here in bahrain city centre. Name MAHDI AHMAD. This is the story before he trying to get my number how many time he tried to take my number. I told him i dont want and then suddenly he get pissed off because i didnt give my number. For me there is no case if he get mad or what. Now this is my complain he keep call me in the front of people in arabic (erie! Ala eyri) one of customer said its private part of man. This is not the first time he called me like that Thanks hope u will do action on this
