Quality of expensive furniture
My couch and chair by bernhardt was from furniture mart less than a year ago, the chair cushion is bending in the middle and very hard to sit on. Iwas told to upgrade the cushion would be an extra charge, I was never offered that option at time of purchase. I am not a big person, the chair was1000.00, I resent the treatment i'm getting. What can be done
Desired outcome: I would like credit so I can buy a different chair I would stay with Furniture Mart.

Worst service and hopeless delivery
FurnitureMart.sg is a highly irresponsible company. It's almost 6 PM here on a Saturday and have yet to see the delivery of my order. A few days back, Their guys called me to set up a time slot of 11am - 3pm while the order indicated 10am - 2pm on Saturday.
