Horrible Service

I ordered Flowers from this half a@# company for mothers day.
I ordered them on a Thursday to have them delivered on Friday. No Flowers! I got an email stating that they couldn't find a florist and they would upgrade the order. They ungraded it alright, and they charged me twice....

I entered, For You Flowers, instead of From You Flowers...please search and read......
