I purchased a bottle of this Fort Worth Stockyard Liquid Smoke like I have done many times. I used this bottle for many meat marinades and for different dishes. Last week I was preparing to make a dish and grab the bottle to add the liquid smoke into my pot and I noticed something floating around. I could see that it had a somewhat grayish tint. I closed the bottle and tried to see what it was. And because it resembles something of a thin or half of mouse's body, I have refused to open the bottle back up. I began to gag!
Now I am absolutely mortified of any insects, critters, etc. So I'm writing this comment to see what my next move is going to need to be. I'm not opening up that bottle but I need to have someone examine it. I will say, if i have been eating food that I have been preparing this liquid smoke with for weeks now I am definitely going to need more than an apology from this company!
