The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I attempted to place a credit card order to this company for the purchase of one unit and they gave special offer saying they will send 2 units for the pricew of 1 and this would include free shipping. However, when the order confirmation was printed, it showed double the original item price as well as a shipping charge making the order total $34.85 instead of tyhe agreed upon price of $14.95 plus handling charges. Therefore, I wish to cancell all orders with this company since there is no way to actually speak to anyone in customer service. This order taking is done either through the internet with online ordering or through the phone to an automated order taking system with no possible avenue to cancell the order.
Original order number is [protected] for this order.
As there is free shipping as well as an additional $5 discount that should have been applied to this order, is less than $20. However, due to their complicated system and hoaky order system, the total of this order came to $34.85 and I got two confirmations under the same order number. This is FRAUD.

I was finally able to locate my order on https://www.customerstatus.com/Default.aspx? by entering my last name and order number. I had to wait almost 24 hours, but it finally showed up. From there I was able to cancel the order. I think I just got lucky, but it's worth a try if you're stuck with more than you bargained for and want to cancel. I also submitted a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and http://complaint.ic3.gov/update. I urge all of you to do the same. Maybe if enough of us complain they'll be stopped. It's just not right to trap people this way, and then send a really lousy product at 4 times the original price. People should know that shipping will be as much as the product, they won't have a chance to confirm or cancel, they'll get 2 or 4 times as many as they want, and that the product sucks besides!

I got my so-called "forevercomfy" cushions and they are NOT COMFORTABLE. These are the "deluxe" one too. HORRIBLE! The cheap cushion I bought at Wal-mart is a LOT more comfortable.

I got charged for 4 at 74.70! I only ordered 1. I will most definitely block this charge on my credit card, let them try to collect!

Unfortunately I don't believe the FBI will take this complaint because it may boarderline being "legal" but it's certainly deceitful how it bills. Like if you "upgrade" it will *NOT* tell you the extra $10 will be charged to BOTH cushions instead of one (you believe the upgrade applies to both pillows because of the "buy one get one free" gimmick), and if you by chance check ordering "two" they will send you FOUR and charge you accordingly. It's VERY deceitful how they do business.

If they REALLY overcharge I'll be filing a complaint with the FBI. Now I find out there are complaints about this company all over the Internet. I have to wait and see what happens. I don't like the wording "estimated". http://www.fbi.gov/scams-safety/fraud/internet_fraud

Was supposed to be $19.95 plus $10 extra for the "deluxe. Instead of $29.95 it ended up $39.95 and $20 for "estimated" shipping and handling. I have a feeling they are going to tack on even more "shipping and handling" charges - looks like I will have to be taking this to fraud.

Mine was for $59.85 because I ordered the extra gel. Not $19.95 plus $10 extra.
