I purchased flowers on Feb11th 2013 (afternoon), to be delivered on Feb12th 2013 in the morning (AM). While they do warn that they might not be able to deliver at the target time, they still guarantee delivery between 8:00AM and 6:00PM.
That was not the case for me.
My wife left her place of work around 6:30PM (later than I thought!) and hadn’t received anything. However, the delivery guys called around 6:15PM (already past the limit, especially for an AM order), and claimed they were leaving from New Territories and they’d be there in an HOUR. She declined — who wants to stay at work for an extra hour doing nothing?
So yeah, surprise is ruined — and it’s not even February 14th!
I have filed a PayPal dispute to get a refund. Please, save yourself the trouble, The fact that there’s no phone number anywhere on the website should have been the first warning sign. They will NOT give you any number to call in case of trouble.
Don’t get scammed.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
