This company has taken stolen data even if it is public data, that my small company collected for them, on a daily basis, and uploaded to their site, foreclosuresdaily.com.
They then in return upload data and sold to investors, attorneys, loan modification ETC. They charge their customers in advance with a against the customers or subscribers credit card.
To me this is some sort of computer crime. I know that it is theft. .
I was a vendor for Dec 1 2009 to april 14 2010. April 1 to 14 sent them data and they stole my data but they uploaded to there subscribe site and charged there customers. But did not pay me made 100 excuses. I have proof i sent data to him on a daily basis. And proof he said he was going to pay me. Which is coming from his email address on his domain. The owner who is Mike Kane and his contact info and address. But since i have not received anymore response from Mike Parisi COO at Foreclosuresdaily.com They are thiefs have tons of complaints and they are somehow able to operate and still data from vendors.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Foreclosuresdaily.com had a pretty sweet sounding affiliate program,
paying up to 50% their expensive service, I sold an order through them
back in Nov 2007. I never got a penny, this is an over $300 commission
I am owed. Of course after I sold the first one and saw they wouldn't pay,
I decided not to continue to waste my time, money and effort marketing
their services for them. They want others to do the work for FREE,
while they sit back and rack in the cash. I have heard they have done
the exact same thing for the court house researchers these guys "pay"
to mine their data for them. In other words in my opinion these guys are crooks, they never responded to my Better Business Bureau complaint either.
They have no intention of paying in my opinion since 2 years have gone by and the CEO Micheal Kane doesn't do anything other than curse me out.
