Do not hire them. I worked with Heather she was organized and professional however, she is not a great planner. They are ridiculously expensive and not worth the money. She was over $5, 000 and did nothing I had to plan most of my wedding myself. She will not answer the phone after 5 during the week which was a problem for me because I work and get off around that time. She was not flexible and had too many brides to concentrate on one person. Make sure when you are hiring a planner that they are not trying to be too greedy to get money and take so many clients that they can't give you the time that you paid for.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I don't believe it is from an actual client of mine, I believe it is a fake complaint. First, none of our bookings this year were over $5000 as stated in the complaint. Second, the claim is that the phone was not answered after 5, but our office hours are until 6 pm. Third, they state that we take on too many clients - I have had 5 full-service wedding planning clients in 2012. I believe this review was submitted falsely and would like it removed, or have the person's identity verified.
