We don't know much about how FedEx handles customer complaints outside ComplaintsBoard, but what we see here, on our website, is quite disappointing. We think there might be reasons for the company's actions (like not knowing about the complaints), and we would be happy to see them among customer-focused businesses that easily solve customer problems. FedEx Delivery

On April 10, 2024 The fedex express truck backed out of my drive way and hit my cable line pulling it down. He then stopped for a second backed up and left. He was backing out pretty fast. It was apparent he knew what he did and left anyway without letting us know. Parts of the wire are now bare and the cable company can’t come till the 26th so I have no WiFi or spotty at best and no cable I have filed a report with the York county sheriffs office of York county limerick, Maine. I would like retribution for the cost of having the wire fixed and for loss of cable and internet for however long it takes to fix it.

Claimed loss: WiFi internet and cable tv

Desired outcome: Retribution for cost of fixing cable line and loss of WiFi and cable tv that I still have to pay for

FedEx Disappointing Delivery Experience

As a parent running Tonya's Tiny Tots, I understand the importance of reliable services. Unfortunately, my recent experience with FedEx has been disappointing. FedEx Delivery person can't follow instructions

I just received a package from FedEx. It's been raining all day and is wet out. I have delivery instructions on the web site and a sign on the front door. My preferences were ignored and 2 packages were left on my soaked front steps. When I called to complain, the pilot couldn't understand what my issue was and it took 5 minutes to be connected with a representative. She couldn't seem to help either even after a "brief" 5 minute hold. When I tried the virtual assistant it also couldn't help, so I am now writing this review. The delivery person just didn't care and there doesn't seem to be any way to get my packages delivered correctly. So frustrating! I have included a picture of the sign on my front door. I think it's pretty clear where packages should go don't you?

FedEx Always get my package undamaged

I don't get the hate here and I'm glad I don't.

I get shipments daily from the 3 carriers. FedEx, UPS and USPS.

FedEx always delivers at the same time, courteous drivers actually ring the bell and my boxes come without being beat up.

UPS is the worse for damage. I think they play soccer with every box I get. Horrible.

USPS sends my stuff all over the country for no reason. Even they don't understand it. Last package was 4 hours from my location. It took 13 days, went through 4 states and damaged the custom made parts in the package. Got stuck in the conveyor system.

So I can only say FedEx has never done any of that to me. They leave a message the day before it arrives as a reminder. Their racking is always updated. Package not damaged. What more should I expect.

Great service in my area.

FedEx My experience with Bongo International has just been

My experience with Bongo International has just been amazing.

I stumbled upon a site called Autopartswarehouse.com and tried to place an order for parts for my Ford Explorer and BMW760.

However since I was ordering from outside the USA I was redirected to place my order through Bongo International because they are the ones that handle international deliveries.

My first reaction was that of concern at the prospect of being swindled by online fraud stars.

I went ahead anyway and placed my order on Saturday 10th August 2013, received my confirmation and my spares were delivered to my door step on Tuesday 20th August 2013 in Lusaka, Zambia; that's 10 days later.

I now have so much comfort dealing with Bongo and never worry when I place an order through them.

I highly recommend anyone to try their service.

FedEx Fedex Is The Best! Thank You For Your Existance!

The Fedex Office Print & Ship Center Location At: 350 S Grand Ave # D1, Los Angeles, CA *** Is The Bomb!

I have been loyally supporting this store since December 2022 and it has been a Great Experience!

They let me take my time to sit down at one (1) of their tables and go through my files using their wi-fi to find the documents that I need to print.

They are also very helpful in terms of when I need help on using their machine and anything else that I have concerns about.

I want to personally Thank the staff at the Fedex Office Print & Ship Center for taking good care of ME every time I visit their store such as back in December 2022 - January 2023 and moving forward.

Am really surprised with all the comments on this website. My experience with bongo is just amazing.

The time needed to get a reply is fast... Response and help in clarifications is just amazing. One incident i had once was eith an item that arrived broken! I immediately had the impression that its gonna be a painfull process but again i was amazed that all i had to do was to send an email to bongo claims dept. Informing them about the damage and report it to DHL as well. From there on, bongo followed up claiming my money from DHL and all i did was sit down waiting for them to get me my cheque.
Prices are a bit high? Yes maybe... But again... They deal with DHL and DHL prices are even higher if u decide to deal eith them directly! Again... If i had a broken item with a company other than DHL it would have been a painfull process... So u pay for what u gain

FedEx FedEx Is A Decent Reliable Shipper

I have shipped and received lots and lots of packages with FedEx over the years and overall they are a great shipping company. Not to say everything has been perfect every time but if you do enough business with any shipping company there will be a few problems that arise from time to time. It just comes with the territory.

In my experience FedEx has the best record for being on time, (they are hardly ever late and when they are it's usually due to a weather situation, hurricane, tornado, etc. that is beyond their control) delivering to the correct address, and least amount of lost or damaged items of any carrier that I have dealt with. Now that the post office has switched to their insane dimensional weight pricing for all zones, making it far to expensive to ship anything of size with them, FedEx will get even more of my business.

As long as it's affordable I will continue using them for years to come.

FedEx Hello from OZ

I had been recommended by a friend and this was the first time I had used your service. I have been extremely happy with the results.
My only problem was that I had given you a postal address and not a physical address not realising that the parcel would come by freight and not post. I was able to track the parcel and organise to have it delivered to my office so there was not a problem. My mistake.
The only other comment that I would make is that the supplier had put the goods in a box twice as big as it needed to be and the freight charge was quite expensive. The freight charge usually goes by cubic weight and because the box was so big it made a big difference to the cost. This is something I will take up with the supplier.
There were a couple of things on back order and they will come through to you eventually so I will need to give you the address to send them. Do I do this on your website.
Thank you again for this wonderful service.

FedEx FedEx VS UPS and USPS

FedEx just flat rocks they have never given me any problem at all FedEx gets the job done and if a problem they will contact you and try to resolve it, Pam in Grand-Rapids, MI. FedEx you flat just ROCK Thank You!
UPS they get the Job, but the customer service lacks compared to FedEx if there is a problem UPS just sends it back to you, but I have next to no problems with UPS.
USPS what is their problem? Need to start firing or retraining employees. Sent a card to son and family they got it, but both ends were ripped apart and lucky I had money tapped in card but dancing rain deer was broken I have pictures as proof. The biggest problem USPS lost a iPhone X which was sent to a friend in Las Vegas which to this day they never got and I never had it returned and it was certified so not signed for either. Sent it July 3rd 2020 I have been fighting USPS ever since and it is 02-02-2021 now. I was never offered insurance or a returned paper work after signed, not at all. The last time packaged scanned was July 7th 2020 at 1 am. Well lets just say some one from USPS stole it and they will not take care of me. I have all my paper work on this also.

FedEx Great Service for One with Disposable Income

The Bongo service is very user friendly and simple to use. However, after ordering something small and using their service, I became aware that it is best for me to order something from Ebay that has been marked up by a reputable seller, but has reasonable shipping rates.

For anyone that has disposable income, buys from many different companies, chooses rare items that are not easily found on Ebay, Etsy or other resale websites, and wants a great, reliable shipping company to simplify the process of shipping multiple items from many different companies? This is a great service.

For me, it was best to donate the two products I bought to charity, then later order them again from Ebay, rather than to ship what I ordered. Yes, I could pay for my products twice + international shipping for the rates Bongo charges. But, I am happy to hear that they donate what I bought to charity, rather than putting it in the trash. This service really seems to be best for one making fairly large purchases of rare or hard to find items.

Customer service is great and very responsive. I had a lot of questions about everything and they were quick to reply to emails, kind, gave clear information, and I feel good about the whole experience. Peace of mind is priceless, and it is certain customers will have that with this service. :)

FedEx Most unreliable shipper ever!

I am to the point of stopping All business with Distributors who continue using FedEx! I had 5 Packages leave the Same warehouse in Shreveport LA at the same time and went 3 different directions! on the next day, they were on 4 different trucks. Also the next day 8 more packages went out at the same time and They went 4 different routes! I was originally (according to tracking) was suppose to receive 4 packages on 3/28 and 8 on 3/29. as of 3/28 at 8 am, Now I have 8 packages "Supposedly" coming in 3/29.. With UPS I would have received All Packages by 3/28! Corporate doesn't care Anything about Their customers OR timely Deliveries! I would give 0 stars if it was available! in 5 years I've had Nothing but Trouble with FedEx and hopefully I will find a way to Get Away from dealing with them Period! This company is 100 times worse than UPS or even USPS!

FedEx Driver

On March 10, 2024, the FedEx driver delivered a package to my home. Upon driving off, he broke my mailbox. I came out to my porch in less than a minute after he left and the mailbox was in the street. I have attached photos from my Vivint camera at 2:54pm that show the driver parked by mailbox, which is up, and the photo of me at the door immediately after he left at 2:55.

FedEx Scams to be aware of

[protected]@gmail.com is using your company Fedex to scam multitudes of people in America and Australia and possibly other countries, by getting people to buy apple gift cards and sending them to her in promise of gaining large sums of money. She uses pitchers of Fedex couriers delivering such packages to those in need.

She claims to work for a Govt section called DDHS, Agent Williams Perry. This is all the info i have on this person.

FedEx SCREWED around by FEDEX

This is what I mean about FEDEX they said that the BOGUS delivery would be first priority today they told me that on the phone and it is now after 5 o'clock and still WAITING! They think nothing of screwing the customer around

I don't expect it today even though they said first thing Sunday, but I have to be here two days so far incase they do what they say!

This after receiving a notice Saturday and this notice came at 9:30 on Saturday that the driver tried to deliver at 10:26 of the same day. I got right on the phone and after a very lengthy mess around from the automated answering machine finally got through to a person and she said that the driver attempted a delivery at 10:26 and I stopped her and said Mam what time is it now and she realized it was not even 9:45 proving it was a lie. Then said my delivery would be a priority Sunday because the driver put out bogus information. So I waited all day today and its 5:30 and I expect the stupid tracking to change to Monday after I wait all day. This is not the first time I have had lousy service from FEDEX and I had the seller put a note in my file NOT TO USE FEDEX IN THE FUTURE if they want me to purchase from them again.

FedEx delivery issue

one leg of my item is missing due to the box being ripped open and sealed back. neither on of the supervisors have done anything about it. its my second complaint in 3 months. case number C-[protected]. i have many more case number over the years of the same thing. the supervisors that have called instead of emailing do this so they don't have to witness the damage and they give a general response.

Desired outcome: to be reimbursed for my item because i cannot use it now.

FedEx No Knock and Attempted Delivery Time Incorrect

Two days in a row now, my package has been "out for delivery" only to be delayed sometime in the delivery window. I haven't even left my house the last two days. I have been waiting in the room by the front door for hours, and I open my door to check periodically. Well, this most recent time that I checked, I see a "We missed you" note on my door! Nobody knocked or rang the doorbell! I've been sitting in silence working at the table by the door for hours! And on top of that, the "missed" delivery time on the ticket hasn't even happened yet today! This information is all completely made up by whoever the delivery driver is. They clearly don't care about actually delivering the packages for some reason.

How can I get my package to be actually delivered, and not deal with some worker who is too lazy to do the job they signed up for? How can I report the person who can't be bothered to knock on a door and who lies about the attempted delivery time?

Desired outcome: I want my package and I would like to report the delivery person who did this. I hope they can get fired since this clearly isn't the job for them.
