I wish I had read all of these complaints on Complaintsboard.com before I made an online purchase from FactoryOutletStore.com I bought a supposedly factory rebuilt Polycom Soundpoint Pro Desk Phone. It arrived incomplete and non-functional. It even still had many little bits of food in the handset microphone. Before I ordered the phone I called to make sure that it was actually rebuilt by POLYCOM - and I was told by the phone agent that it was. I seriously doubt that now, since the "0" button didn't even work.
I did call and get a return authorization and I returned the phone...

I placed an order with this company on 5/5/13. My credit card was charged on 5/6/13. I expected my order delivered by the end of that week because the company isn't that far from me. They contacted me to verify my shipping address because they can't deliver to the PO Box where I get my mail, the item is much too large for the PO to handle, but since their order form doesn't provide two lines for the address, you can't provide the same address for both billing and shipping. This verification took several days and countless phone calls including many, many hours on hold, because...

At first shopping best price, I found several in the same price range. Got the price from Amazon.com and ordered it. The shipping was free. When ordered it clearly said 2-5 business days. That was 14 days ago, when called they say it shipped today over and over. It was a hundred dollar product, now I'm worried if they are ripping my credit card off. The worst online company I've ever bought from, and this isn't over....

WORST customer service I have ever received!!! The item I bought (a underground fence collar for a dog) was sent with the wrong battery (a 9-volt instead of the correct battery which would cost ~$20), which could have been easily fixed. After calling customer service they told me that I would have to send the item back at my cost to have the same item with the correct battery sent to me. After 2 lengthy conversations with customer service (rude and not knowledgeable at all), I was told that I would get a $5 credit to my account to cover shipping. This never happened. I purchased a GPS from Factoryoutletstore.com, 34 34th Street, Brooklyn, NY, August, 2012. The merchandise arrived defective with loose parts rattling in the unit. I was given a run-around between Factoryoutlet and Magellan, including a 15% charge for return. I contacted my credit card company which reversed the charges and notified the vendor who had until 9-13-12 to settle the dispute. Vendor failed to do so. Ordered a Garmin Edge 500 Bundle with Heart Rate Monitor and Cadence. The heart rate monitor strap didn't work so I asked to return it for an exchange. I put a small x on the heart rate strap before I shipped it back (at my expense of course). They told me they exchanged it for a new one. Like other reviews their customer service is terrible to non-existent. Ordered a 4.3 GPS and clicked on accessories which brought up 6 or 8 other items. Ordered a dash mount and carrying case, assuming they were for this item, but both were for smaller units and unusable. When called and told them of their mistake the only recourse was to send it back and reorder, but no one knew what I was to reorder. This company is a scam, they have sold me a defective dvd home theater sound system, sent it back having to pay for expensive shipping, and lo and behold the second one was also defective, i am frustrated and dissappointed toeve deal with again. I wrote to the BBB but they are not affiliated, i think these people really need to be stopped. misguided website, defective products, passes the consumer to the manufacturer where the problem gets worse...it goes on. just d not buy online uless it is target or walmart where you can return the product to the store or a full refund no hassle no scamming....

- with Wireless Heart Rate Monitor
- with USB ANT™ Stick
- with Wireless Foot Pod
The shipment came with the watch and heart rate monitor only, missing the USB ANT stil and the Wireless Foot Pod.

Do NOT Purchase anything from this company. They will rip you off and promise refunds (that never arrive) until you finally go away.

I have been dealing with this vendor since Sept 30, 2011 when I placed the order. My order never arrived. Below is a timeline of what happened:

10/7 - called to inquire about the order and to tell them that it had not arrived. Was asked to call back 10 days after its shipping due date.

Called back on 10/14 and talked to "Ken" who told me if the package had not arrived by 10/20 to call back and they would re-ship...

My wife ordered a panasonic electric toothbrush online with FactoryOutletStore.com, and we thought we saved a good deal of money when they advertised the brand new product with free shipping.

I thought this was too good to be true. I went and searched for reviews and was plainly shocked at how a lot of people (over a hundred complaints) that the company ships the wrong product and then forces the customer to pay a restocking fee if the item was returned.

I placed an online order for a battery for my cordless phone from FactoryOutletStore.com on August 3, 2011 because they offered free shipping.

Big Mistake!

I waited for 20 days before I emailed them as to where my order was. I sent two emails and they never answered either one. By then I was furious because I was being ignored. They had no problem taking the money out of my bank account the same day I placed my order but could not even acknowledge an email.

I purchased the Plantronics Backseat 903 Plus from this vendor. It was advertised as "Brand New". I received a used, scratched headset that wouldn't even charge. I had to send it back at my expense via UPS. When I called for a refund they deducted 15% for restocking fee. I paid $45.00 + another $10.00 to return it. Customer service was terrible Now I filed a dispute with AMEX to get my money back. Avoid this seller at all costs....

This outfit sucks. I ordered a shaver that had a 30 satisfaction guarantee from Panasonic which said to return to the place of purchase for a FULL REFUND if I didn’t want for any reason. They refused to honor the guarantee and wanted to charge a return fee of 15% PLUS the cost of shipping it to me in the first place. This is certainly not a full refund. Their customer service basically told me too bad, if I didn’t like it I could call Panasonic since it was their guarantee. I would never buy anything from them again....
