Etisalat Poor Customer services

On Saturday I regretfully changed my line from Vodafone to Etisalat. I cannot activate my line because the customer services employees cannot simply do the job.

they gave me a sim card an promised me once I am out of Vodafone and insert Etisalat Sim everything will work.

I did that and nothing worked for many hours. I send my assistant to Etisalat Shop in Downtown new cairo and they say that they gave me a wrong SIM card.

Now I have to leave my work and go again to the shop to get a new SIM card .

This is pretty poor performance and time wasting when you most need support from Etisalat the hotline number 333 is a total waste of time.

Desired outcome: Nothing really much. Thanks a lot for the errors and wasting our time. I started regretting too early moving to Etisalat.

Etisalat Contract terms / human mistake / no customer care

Dear all , I would like to raise complain again Etisalat company representative, and the quality of the provided service . I singed contract #[protected] , 23 November 2023, upon my first arrival to UAE , the person who supporting me during contract awarding process assured me that is 1 year contract upon the completion of contract I don’t need to pay for devises. Now I found that within the system it’s not 1 year , it’s 2 year contract , and for the cancellation i need to pay additional 1500 aed for the devices ! I want to admit that it’s purely human mistake , mistake of operator , as he assured me 1 year duration , as I could not sign for 2 year contract , as I did not know if I will stay more in uae ! I want to highlight the operators not providing detailing information about service , they don’t speak properly in English . This case it’s purely human mistake by Etisalat representative now they asking me to pay for it.

Desired outcome: Please review contract duration, and change from 2 year to 1 year as it was mentioned initially

Etisalat Fraudulent transaction

Dear

I have attached the doc for purchasing 8aed item from nocoom.com website and entered my credit card ending with 7052 details dated 16th on Saturday at 2:35 pm.

On Monday I saw 2 GBP transaction done from Etisalat eshop.

I have raised the complain to cBD bank but would like to pullout help from you too.

Etisalat Regarding Etisalat old bills which are invalid

Absolutely fed up with #Etisalat's relentless calls and tactics! Getting old invoices from 2009 and 2012 that have nothing to do with me, and their ridiculous advice to visit random places. Now they're trying fake fraud cases and the harassment is unreal. This is beyond unacceptable! i had called Etisalat but their staff says ok matter is resolved then after few years again they are calling and saying there is this amount pending please pay before we block ,and i had told him we dont have any pending dues why do we pay like these many scams are going on in Etisalat and my friends have faced too

Etisalat Verification and delivery of sim card

I never been so poorly treated by Etisalat business department , first getting someone to contact me then waiting for the sim cards for My Company, today was the day I suppose tom have verification and sim card delivery. I had 4 people contacting me for it, and one by one was passed to the other person

and the last one called me for sending the Office location, I told him I already in formed the Sales person handling my account that I would be at home and not the office, he refuse to bring the sim card and do the verification to my home address! The Sales person told me it should be at my home as per my request!

Its now night time and I am furious with the service care and professionalism of their staff. I will be sacking any of my staff that refuse to do what was told , and

providing such a poor service, I am in a whisker to cancelling and go to Du, I

just can't cope with so much mess and unprofessional behave!

AmI say wrong or this is so far the worst service I received so far here in Dubai!

Etisalat Postpaid simcard I requested to cancel

I was with an agent who told me about getting a postpaid package with Etisalat of which I should first get then be able to get a mobile device. On reaching the etisalat store they told me I cannot get the mobile device, so I was lied to by the agent and in a month time I paid the monthly subscription and letting them know to cancel my plan as I didnt get the mobile device. I stopped using the simcard and kept it buy they kept on billing me over and over and now its 890AED yet I clearly told them to cancel the simcard and I havent been using it.

I am completely disgusted as they now send me messages and calling to forcefully pay for the amount 890AED that I didnt use.

Etisalat TV-Channels included in package

Dr. Gerhard Ellermann/[protected] - I have been a couple of times to your shop in Emirates Mall, talking to a person called Ahmed Hegazy. He told me, last Friday, January 27th, in my package with a monthly of payment of last time (today) of AED978.41 should be included:527 CNN, 528 BBC, 529 Sky News. He called the Etisalat Back-Office in my presence and told me, these 3 News-Channels will be included. That has been confirmed, I would also get a call from the Back-office for verification. A Week has passed, I haven't got a call, the 3 News-Channels are still not included! It is a shame and a lousy customer-service! I am very annoyed! Etisalat Wifi bill payment

Good afternoon,

This is Abhishek Soni here, I want to inform you that in under my name there is one Wi-Fi plan bill due amount which is 1800/- AED. So, this is for my previous company bill Now I changed my company before 6 months ago but their staff not payee that bill amount. So, they are ignoring this payment bill & all which I never used. You can check when I bought Wi-Fi plan on that time, I put company's official ID which is '[protected]@aonehairstudios.com'. I took on my name because on that time owner IDs was expired that's y I took on my name After that I changed my company, and I told them already I have all proofs. Because of this, Etisalat disconnect my personal postpaid sim card.

Please resolve this issue asap, Otherwise I will go for the legal procedure.

And Wi-Fi is under my name only, but email ID is under company mail and address is Bait al Jabel building located in back side of bur Juman. Resident is under company name only A-one hair & beauty salon. So, they are ignoring my all messages, can you please help me out of this. And also, please activate my personal postpaid sim card.

Etisalat An additional amount is being charged in billing || Mobile postpaid user

Hi Tea, I trying to find out customer service/call center number for last two weeks but couldn't locate the number.

Today I am writing my concern on this form. I am a postpaid user of Etisalat UAE mobile(calling/data) services.

I have a monthly plan of 375 AED post adding VAT it is going 393.xx in billing which is fine.

However, I see an additional usage changes in billing 12.xx AED which is not correct I checked at the last day of month I had flexi minutes as well as data balance too then how it is being billing, please give a justification on it.

This is something I am not happy with and a bad experience.

I cannot put my PI/PII as I am afraid if it is a publicly open platform, and everyone can see my PI.

Etisalat Wrong information to reactivate business line

Dear all,

I went myself 4 times to Etisalat Business center opposite Dubai mall and the staff gave me information that the cost is 110 aed package for every sim that was in the company name 2 years before, because of corona at that time all was put on hold.

I spoke with chairman and got approval, i went again to Etisalat to pay, they said that the package is 325 aed.

I spoke with duty manager Mr. Ahmed, he said this is the rules, i explained that the information i got is different, he replied that it doesn't matter he knows what he s telling me and this Etisalat rules.

It s very easy to make people feel small because this is Etisalat, it's very bad feeling.

I am in a very difficult position with my manager, thanks to Etisalat.

I am not sure anyone is reading these complaints but i hope that i will receive a review for this case.

Etisalat My new wifi, sales agent.

Good evening Etisalath,

On 30th August Morning I saw one Etisalath Leaflet lying at the entrance table in front of the Building Watchmen, The leaflet showed the New Offers, related to WIFI. One of the packages attracted me and I noticed that it explains, a 429 AED Wifi package with a discounted offer of AED. 299/- The Offer is a 130 /- discount on each month for a period of six months, Total benefit for us is 780/- AED for the first six months and after the six months the package will go back to the normal rate of 429/-.

I called the contact number in the Etisalat Leaflet [protected], He gave an another number and asked me to contact that number, [protected], I contact that number and He asked me to send the location on Whatsapp, I sent my location on Whatsapp and he replied to come to my location and can discuss all Offer condition in detail. Only one thing he asked me, bring the Emirates ID, I keep My ID with Me too.

He reached my place and started processing on his Laptop, He also explained the same benefits to me as per the package on the leaflets is 429/- will get you for 299/- for a period of six months and after six months it will go to the normal package to AED. 429/- The benefit for me is AED 780/-, ( He calculated on his mobile and showed us) Then it will go as normal for a period of two years.

While processing on his system I saw the 429/- He is activated, I asked Why like this, and He said that the discount will come on your monthly Invoices. I hope maybe it's correct. Yesterday night When I check my Mail, The Etisalat Contract came on my Mail, the Contract is 439/- It totally confusing, and one more he did without my knowledge and permission for the Insurance, Monthly AED. 10/- also added in the Application and it comes in the contract too.

From Dubai, one of your Agents called and asked me the status of the new WIFI, Connection, I explained to the concerned the things that happened until now. The number of the agent who called me is [protected],

According to the schedule of appointment, the fixing people came and fix the WIFI connection and left on the 1st of September 2022, after some time two of the other guys came and took the remote of the TV receiver and left without permission, without informing us.

We are Totally fed up with this situation and need to find a solution for this, Your Immediate response is inevitable, Otherwise, we will be forced to cancel the WIFI connection,

Etisalat unauthorized post paid to pre paid sim switch

I got a call from 101 and my sim was transferred from pre paid to post paid without my confirmation, since then I am trying to change my sim back to pre paid but every time i call and file a complaint to Etisalat they say it was the staff mistake but I need to pay the exit charges for switching to post paid.

I refuse to pay any such amount for your own staff mistake.

Desired outcome: Switch back from post paid to pre paid without any charges as it was your staff mistake. Thank you.

Etisalat Charging botim service every month others are getting free

This is regarding the complaint I have registered with etisalat ref: [protected] registered on 10/07/2022 regarding the extra billing of an BOTIM(internet calling plan) of AED 100Dhs+Vat per month in my ELIFE plan Acc no [protected]. I am using this plan from December 2018 onwards(43months) But I came to know from my friend that he is using the same plan with a free internet calling plan and when i checked personally with whomever is using my nearby flats all are using this service free of cost.

Then I raised the complaint to the customer care. The customer service executive has confirmed that the information is correct and they have to take the necessary solution for the issue .But until now there is no positive response from customer service.

Today I called Customer Service and they asked me to send the proof for the concern which I raised . Hereby I attached the whatsapp conversation with three etisalat agents they have double confirmed that this service is completely free. and first and last bills from my account also attached for your ref.

As a right s to the customer I must get this service free from the beginning and the amount which I paid Must be returned back to me & justify the mistake from etisalat in a professional manner to protect the company's prestigious value.

Hope this will clarify and will help to resolve the issue.

Etisalat installing new wifi but same account number

Complaining to Mr. Waqas (waqas.[protected]@skylines.ae)

Our conversation start on April 12,2022 regarding applying for the new wifi

and i sent all the documents on May 11,2022 . our conversation is all ok and then installation team came an May 13,2022 they connect the new router and our current still not cancel so its mean we are using to router . and i request to him that we will used our current account number but until now no update for him . i messaging him but no respond and we receiving bills from the new account number . we agreed to each other that we will used our current account number or telephone number

we would like to complaint him in the beginning there are active but now its like nothing . no reply and always tomorrow
