19.80 charge from bnk accnt

I notice unauthorized charges on my bnk statement for 19.80 from esi- easy saver. I'v already disputed with my bank. I'm not eveven sure what esi is and never used my debit card over internet, so i'm wondering how they even got my info to submitt a charge....
