eDreams Still waiting for them to resolve the issue, but losing my hope...

I booked a flight from Kenya to New Zealand and had to reschedule it. The flight was a 2-leg one from Kenya to Indonesia and from Indonesia to New Zealand. I was given a call from their call centre from India and the flight was rescheduled, but only one leg from Indonesia to New Zealand, while I was informed (and requested this) that both legs wee rescheduled. I was promised to be sent a confirmation of the new dates within 48 hours. As this didn't happen, I made several calls to request it. Finally, after 9 days, a confirmation was sent. Unfortunately, meantime I missed the original flight that wasn't rescheduled! After sending them my complaint, they said I had requested rescheduling only one leg and that they had recordings to prove it that they can send to me. I requested the recordings but since then (over 2 months now), no one has contacted me. It is almost impossible to get hold of them now. It is clear their staff who was rescheduling it made a mistake and then not sending me a confirmation within 48 hours was another failure. If they sent it, I would have picked up there was something wrong and there was still time to fix the issue. TO summarise, a terrible experience and I would advise everyone staying away from eDreams. There are a lot of complains all around the internet about them that I should have read before I even opened their website. eDreams Prime membership cancel

I want to make sure that I cancelled the prime membership as I do not wish to pay monthly subscription after 30days free trial. I have already requested through your agent and was confirmed the cancelation but received an email afterwards that I have joined the prime membership. I assume that it was an automatic email but Please make sure it is cancelled.

eDreams Sisters together

This is the first time I have booked a flighted with eDreams. After reading some bad and some good reviews. I always like to experience my own thoughts. I havnt actually been in the flight as yet so I really can not make a comment on the actual flight ect. But up to now with my booking details and everything it has all gone smoothly. I will make a review when I return in October

I read somewhere indicate that eDreams give me 30days free membership and they will still remove another money from my account for annual registration

Why must I register?

What if I decide not to use the service again because i need to use service for a while and enjoying the service before I can think of registration as a member

But now it's look compulsory and I'm asking Why?

eDreams Fast and furious

The opportunity to get a one-month free trial on prime membership was great, for I discovered that prices are comparably lower than on other platforms and the membership fee is amortised after just a few bookings. So I would recommend prime membership to frequent travellers.
The booking platform works very well. Its main fault to me is that the only possible method of payment is by credit card.

eDreams Return to Australia

I booked this flight early thinking I would get the time and stay over between flights as I wanted them. The time of the flight would suit us for transfer to the airport, I could book the seats that I wanted at a reasonable price, when we flew from Melbourne to UK we were given different seats, that was with a different airline. I just hope this does not happen again. When we have flown Emirates before we have been satisfied..

eDreams I use edreams because I can pay with my credit card

Yes. I received a request to travel to Krakow and it was a short time. I checked the airline flying from Beirut to Krakow and I see that I will divide the flight into portion. One Beirut and Antalia and the 2nd Antalia Krakow. For the portion Beirut Antalia I can pay on airline esite, but for the portion on Antalia -Krakow I couldn't pay online on the Sunexpress airline then I check for travel agent and I see that I can pay on edreams for the flight so I pay and I receive a reservation.

I want to take the time to thank you for your EXCELLENT SERVICE! Last year new customer on your online page, booked my flights to Cape Town for my holiday from JHB to CPT and returned. I did investigate your page reading all the reviews before booking because I always do my homework!

I am a business owner and I know customers just complain about *** and give bad reviews because they feel like it. After reading through all the good and bad reviews I used my own discretion to make use of your service

3 Months after I booked and fully paid, BRITISH AIRWAYS COLLAPSED! Immediately panic alarms hit me, yes it is difficult to get hold of you on the phone or by email - so I thought to myself, thats it I have lost money and it was my own fault! A month later on your system I try to put a claim in to get my money back, I did make piece that I am not going to get anything BUT IT IS WORTH A TRY

3 Months after I claimed, forgotten about it, I woke up the next morning checking my bank account - AND YOU FULLY REFUNDED ME FOR THE FLIGHT!

eDreams Pretty happy despite other reviews

Hello! I recently used eDreams as a last minute, book a hotel and flight to Vegas, kind of trip. After making my purchase and also buying the trip canceling option, I went and read reviews and was surprised to see so many negative reviews.
I'm not sure why those negative reviews were so negative.
Anytime I had a question or needed any kind of help, an eDreams representative always made sure to help me and reassure my bookings were good.
I made sure to contact both airlines to check that my info and booking status were good. I called the hotel to confirm my reservation. Everything went great with no problems!
I then had an issue where I saw on a Facebook group page, that the hotel I had was going through renovations and some rooms had no ac or hot water. I contacted eDreams to ask them to cancel my hotel and I would pay any fees needed. I just did not want to be in the dessert with no ac haha. Fortunately my eDreams rep was able to cancel my hotel with no penalty fees and refund the hotel part of the trip. Unfortunately I did have to rebook a hotel and with only 3 days till the trip. Vegas hotel prices were rising. I did book a hotel through my employer instead very last minute.
When looking at my cancelled hotel room. I noticed it said my flight was in process of being canceled as well. I contacted eDreams reps multiple times just to reconfirm that my flights were not cancelled and each one helped me and reassured me that they weren't cancelled. I even check with spirit and frontier reps and everything was good!
So I'm not sure why people were saying that the reps weren't helpful and refunds weren't being given back. I believe if you're patient and let your reps help you. They will help you. But you also have to help yourself and check that everything you booked has gone through. Going through any 3rd party to book flights and hotels has its downfalls. But if you do your due diligence and check on everything you've booked. You should have no problems. Remember. Hotels and flight workers are trained to help customers who book directly through their sites first and 3rd parties come second. Be patient and responsible and you should have no problems booking through eDreams.

eDreams Unauthorized deduction of euros 64.99 from my account

An amount of 64.99 euros was debited from my account under the description "EDreams Prime- Barcelona, Spain on 19th of Feb 2024 with transaction number 2402190800501580050158681." However, upon reviewing my recent transactions, I cannot recall applying for any such service or making any bookings with e Dreams in recent days. As such this deduction appears to be possibly unauthorised activity on my account.

I have requested edreams for refund through email but I have not recieved any positive response from them yet.

Recommendation: Fraud. I will never recommend e-dream

eDreams Fraud company

I bought flight tickets on 2022 07 and company without informing me charged yearly fee ussing my credit card data. I was charged next year too, so totally 2 yearly fees which have never been ordered without knowing me, I noticed it only by cheching my bank account. It is fraud, it is forbiden unauthorized usage of credit card data. I am still waiting for refund, but nobody contacts me. They used my credit card data without my permission.

Desired outcome: Refund

Recommendation: avoid

eDreams eDream Pirates inc.

It is 2 months since my flight was cancelled by Turkish airlines, I have still not had one singe email from edreams, I sent request after request for a refund but all totally ignored. The law states that all cancelled flights must be refunded in 10 days, but it seems edreams need longer so they can find some way of keeping your cash. Do Not book with these people, they are pirates and scammers. Once they have your money, you've got very little chance of getting it back.. Still Waiting eDreams, give me back my £ 765.46

I just read Pros and Cons of eDreams, talking about their app, what a load of nonsense, I've been using their app for the last 2 months plus, all it does is send you around in circles try to confuse you and make you give up trying to get your cash back. eDreams Useless customer service

I tried to raise a complaint over the phone and couldn't.

So the customer service representative told me to fill a form out.

I filled it out and after a few days someone emailed me about my tickets and didn't even raise my complaint so I responded and its been like a week now and haven't received any response.

Recently I filled that form again and its been few days but haven't heard back.

Recommendation: Try another place first use as last resort

I bought tickets on 9th July around 3:30 AM and then the next day I received email saying that the tickets that was sold to me they had no right to sell those tickets so I will need to send all my details again and they might charge me more.

eDreams eDreams Review: Nightmare Experience with Flight Changes and Refunds

My flight reference number is ***581.

Hey guys, I just wanted to share my experience with eDreams. I made the mistake of booking my flight through this agent and it turned out to be a nightmare. If there are any changes to your flight schedule, which can happen at short notice due to common excuses, it can take years to get your money back. In fact, many clients never receive their money back at all. It's unbelievable that this agent can never be held accountable. The amount of money lost may seem small, but imagine if this happens to thousands of people who are looking for cheap flights and book through this agent. The amount of money accumulated from people who lose hope or give up must be in the millions of dollars.

In my case, after changes were made to my flight schedule by the agent, which I only found out about through their phone app, my family and I had to stay overnight at a hotel at our own cost. When it was time to board the plane at Perth Airport, we were refused entry onto a Malaysian Air's plane even though we had a valid evisa to enter Saudi Arabia, a valid Australian Passport on February 7, 2022, a PCR Test, and a vaccination certificate. A Menzies Company staff member, who was a Malaysian Air subcontractor for customer handling, made the decision that my visa was invalid, even though the eVisa was obtained from a government single platform: visa.visitsaudi.com.

I tried to complain to eDreams, but they had no email address to address complaints to. So I spent dozens of hours calling them with no result or clarity, as the people who responded to the call were consultants, mostly based somewhere in India.

I tried to seek legal representation, but it was difficult for two reasons: 1. The money value of the case was low, and 2. The case involved multiple jurisdictions. As of writing this review on February 12, 2023, I still have not received a refund.

Recently, eDreams said that they could not get a refund from Malaysia Airlines and left me to deal with the airline directly. After a year, Malaysia Airlines contacted me and claimed that I did not show up, even though I clearly argued with Menzies ground staff that refused us to board the plane. But as an ordinary person, I, like you, have little power to seek redress in cases like this.

I tried to complain to The Menzies's executive, but he washed his hands of the situation and instead directed me to an email of a Malaysia Air regional manager in Perth. However, the manager never replied to any of my several emails.

If you want to hear my story and sign the petition on Change.org to get people aware of the mistakes I have made, type in this key phrase: stop-menzies-aviation-with-its-unfair-plane-boarding-refusal. Let's put this irresponsible and corrupt practice into account as a civil movement.

I lost $4,000, and I hope you don't have to go through what I experienced. The message is clear: do not repeat my horrible experience.

eDreams Nightmare Experience with eDreams: Multiple Card Declines, Incorrect Ticket Details, and Non-Refundable Admin Fee

Let me tell you, my experience with eDreams was a complete disaster. I thought booking my flights through an online travel agency would be a breeze, but boy was I wrong. The website crashed a few times during the booking process, but I was willing to overlook it because of the low price. I booked two separate tickets and received a confirmation email stating that my reservation was placed and to wait for 24 hours for confirmation. However, within 20 minutes, I started receiving a flurry of emails, and that's when the nightmare began.

I received an outbound flight ticket with my name on it and an inbound flight ticket with another passenger's name on it. Then, I received an email stating that my booking was amended due to a card decline, which was confusing because I knew my card had sufficient funds. I decided to call customer support, and to my surprise, they were very helpful and understanding. However, after spending hours on the phone, we still couldn't resolve the issue.

The customer support representative told me to follow a standard procedure of calling my bank and coming back to them. I did just that, but my bank assured me that they didn't block any transactions. After a second call to customer support, I was asked to wait for another 24 hours for confirmation. The next day, I received yet another email stating that my card was declined. I went to my bank's branch, and once again, they assured me that there were no declines. I called customer support for the third time, and they told me that one ticket was declined, but the other was still in the process, so I had to wait another 24 hours.

After trying to pay with three different cards from three different banks, all with sufficient funds, none of them were accepted. I requested a refund, but to my surprise, I was charged a non-refundable admin fee of 75 pounds. I didn't receive a single full ticket, but I was charged almost half the price of both tickets. I was beyond frustrated at this point.

When I requested invoices for the declined and accepted transactions, I was told that I could only get an invoice for approved transactions. To make matters worse, I was asked to wait for another 24 hours. I contacted my bank again, but there were no declines. To add insult to injury, eDreams claimed that they didn't take another payment from my account.

In conclusion, I will never use eDreams again. The experience was a complete nightmare, and I wouldn't wish it on anyone.

eDreams Edreams.com Review: Scamming Machine with Terrible Customer Service and Fraudulent Charges

So, I wanted to go to Paris with my wife and I found edreams.com. I booked 2 tickets from Boston to Paris on November 1st. But, when I checked my credit card statement, I saw that they charged me a different amount than what I agreed to pay. I was really upset and immediately contacted their customer support. But, I had to wait for several hours to actually talk to someone. Finally, I talked to someone and asked for a cancellation and full reimbursement of the tickets. They asked me to write an official complaint to their customer service online. I did that the very same night, asking for a full reimbursement and cancellation of the ticket, that very same day. But, instead of refunding me the full amount, they refunded me only the difference of what I had agreed to pay and what they actually charged my credit card! (52 euros) I was really angry and called them again. But, they forced me to write 5 different complaints and had me wait for over 28 hours on the phone, talked to 24 different agents, all in India! All of them were courteous and nice, but none of them ever helped me. They all asked me to wait and that they would contact Barcelona, the head of customer support. But, 45 days later, I still have not received any response despite all my efforts and wait.

They kept my money for 45 days and NEVER answered any of my written emails. I talked in the course of my calls to 3 different floor managers who tried genuinely to help but always referred Barcelona as the only support center that could actually take this type of decision. They all said they would recontact me personally after 3 days and every time I never heard back from anyone. I kept the name of all my 24 interlocutors and even recorded some of the crazy conversations where sometimes you barely understand what they are saying. And every time I would call, I would have to wait an average of 90 minutes before they answered the call!

In 30 years of dealing with airlines and booking agents, that has never happened to me. Not only was the ticket I bought charged at a different price (which they admitted as they reimbursed me the difference - which in itself is an outrage), but the ticket I bought also had insurance and did not reflect the possibility of changing the dates of my tickets either. The whole online booking is just a huge mess and appears to be a scamming machine to fool customers.

And what is even more infuriating, you have to wait literally hours before you get on the phone and you generally end up talking to someone in India that has absolutely no way of resolving the issue.

In the end, I managed to talk to the head of customer service in Barcelona, who just purely and simply canceled my 2 tickets, refused to reimburse me the difference, and edreams.com kept $300 from us. The worst experience ever after 30 years of international travels and agents. Avoid them like the pest! And check trip advisors complaints. There are thousands of people complaining about the same thing. This company is just a big fraud scamming away customers. Don't be fooled by their attractive prices!

eDreams Warning: Terrible Experience with Travel Agency - Do Not Use!

This company is the WORST! I have never had such a terrible experience with any company in my life. They charge you for every little thing they can and they are ALL OVER THE PLACE when it comes to getting the things you need done. They will have you contact the airlines if you need cancellations or change of dates. You would think that a travel agency would be the ones to assist with this issue, but I guess not.

In regards to my situation, I made a mistake with the dates for my trip, so I take accountability for that. However, when I called to either cancel or reschedule, they were not helpful at all. When I asked for a refund, they pretty much told me to kick rocks. They said I would only get a refund of $50 out of $300 on only one part of the transaction. I can only imagine if I was going to cancel my flights. I spoke to five people who knew nothing about the issues and how to fix them. So, I am stuck without almost $900 because I will only be getting $50 as a refund according to this awful company.

My issues are still not fixed, and when I asked if they could change my dates, they wanted to charge me an extra fee to change the dates. This company already had me in the negative, and they don't want to work with me. If I could give this company negative stars, I would.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE EVER. It's true when they say you get what you pay for. Use someone else instead of coming with this company. Take it from me; it will save you hundreds!

I also believe that if you do not leave them a review, they will take it upon themselves to make themselves look good. When, in fact, they are not! I've seen it happen with each phone call I have had with them. So here is my review with the most terrible experience I have ever had with this company.

I will continuously update my review until it is fixed, if it will even be fixed. Let's see if my flights even go through or end up getting canceled once I get to the airport like the guy six reviews down from mine.

UPDATE: I canceled everything within an hour of the mistake, and I have nothing but trouble from that moment on! THIS COMPANY IS AWFUL.

Another update: THEY WILL NOT SEND YOU CONFIRMATION THAT YOUR STUFF HAS BEEN CANCELED. BUT PROMISE OVER THE PHONE. WHEN YOU CONTACT THIS COMPANY, BE SURE TO RECORD AND INFORM THEM THAT YOU ARE RECORDING THEM. I AM SENDING MY RECORDING TO MY BANK AND TO A LAWYER. I WILL BE SUING THIS COMPANY!

If you are having an issue with this company, please do me the biggest favor that can shut this company down so they don't scam others. Report it to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU and file a claim with your bank! That is a start! I'm not giving up on this; I will contact these people every single day if I have to!

eDreams eDreams.co.uk Review: Misleading and Dishonest with Incompetent Customer Service

I recently booked a return flight to Malta through edream.co.uk, and let me tell you, it was an absolute nightmare. The flight was with Ryanair, and while the initial cost was a steal at only ?14 for two people, the additional charges quickly added up. Choosing seats cost over ?30, and adding a 20kg bag was over ?60. With the uncertainty of COVID-19, I wanted to keep costs as low as possible, but even with minimal extras, the total cost ended up being around ?53. I decided to try out the "edream prime membership option," which gave me a discount of ?39, and a 30-day trial. I thought I was getting a great deal, but then the real trouble began.

I received an email stating that I was charged ?110.30, minus the ?39 discount, leaving me with a total of ?71.30. I was confused because I did not ask for any insurance, yet it was added to my booking. When I called customer service to correct the mistake, I was told that the insurance was non-refundable, even though I had my own travel insurance. The customer service representative was difficult to understand, and I had to ask for a detailed invoice to see what I was actually paying for. She agreed to send it but never did, so I called back after two hours. This time, I was told that the invoice would arrive within 24 hours, and that the two hand luggage bags were also non-refundable. I asked to cancel the booking and the prime membership and to receive a refund, but was told that I had to call Ryanair directly. This was frustrating because my bank statement showed that my card had been debited ?71.30 by OPODO, which is actually eDreams.

I asked to speak to a supervisor, but the customer service representative initially refused. After some discussion, she agreed to ask her supervisor to call me back within three hours. However, I had a feeling that she never intended to pass me on to her supervisor. I waited for 20 minutes and was told that the supervisor was too busy to speak with me. This was unacceptable, and I felt like I was being scammed out of ?71.30. The signing-up process on their website clearly stated that any changes or refunds would be catered to with no delay, but this was not the case.

To make matters worse, I found edream.co.uk through Holiday Pirates, which used to be my go-to search engine for holidays. However, when I tried to post a comment warning other holidaymakers about my experience, I was not allowed to. It seems that they no longer allow comments, which is a shame because I used to leave positive comments all the time.

Overall, my experience with edream.co.uk was a painful and time-wasting one. They are misleading and dishonest, with incompetent customer service. I will never use them again and would not recommend them to anyone. It's a shame because I used to have a great experience with OPODO, but eDreams has ruined their reputation.

eDreams eDreams.com Failed to Issue My Tickets: A Terrible Travel Experience

Hey there, I recently had a terrible experience with eDreams.com and I just need to vent. I booked a trip to Italy through them and it was a complete disaster. I ended up getting stuck in Mexico because eDreams.com failed to issue my tickets. I had to spend a lot of money on hotels and flights just to get by. Thankfully, I had booked those through more reliable sources.

I reached out to Condor AIR and they confirmed that eDreams.com had not issued my tickets. I was devastated. I had spent over $1800 on this trip and now I had nothing to show for it. I tried calling eDreams.com multiple times, but I was getting nowhere. They kept telling me that my flight was secure, but that was not the case.

I received an email from eDreams.com saying that my flight had been cancelled and they offered me three options: depart two days before my arrival in Manchester, depart two days after my arrival, or get a full refund. I chose the refund, but I never received it. I called them again and they assured me that everything was okay and that my reservation was secure. But that was not true. Condor Air confirmed that eDreams.com never issued my tickets.

I was so frustrated that I had to post a review on Trustpilot.com and Tripadvisor.com just to get a response from eDreams.com. Finally, David from the Customer Care Department reached out to me. I sent him a copy of my complaint and booking information. I just want my money back and I want eDreams.com to take responsibility for their mistake.

It's really disappointing when you trust a company to handle your travel plans and they let you down. I hope eDreams.com can make this right and learn from their mistakes.

eDreams Refund of changed flights from the airline

I bought some tickets with them and then the airline changed the flights to a time that was suitable for us. We said we wanted the money back, eDreams started the refund after 10 communications where they said we had to contact the airline directly (which makes no sense as I bought the tickets via them). Then they said that the refund was in process and after chasing another 20 times now they say the airline went in bankrupt but it’s not true, you can still book tickets with them. eDreams Rebooking my tickets using Prime insurance.

I have been trying to change my booking reservation, ID [protected].

The flight I am trying to pay for and book ! is for the 24th of May to 29th May.

Unfortunately, I have been called by a person who says is from Edreams, who could not speak English, his Spanish was very broken and the signal wasn't good.

After asking me to confirm the last digits of my card online, he insisted that I could only pay by credit card

I declined to give him any of my credit cards details on the phone. Then he sent me a link.

I sent the detIAeived any confirmation of this payment.

He kept on insisting in me paying by credit card which I haven't done.

I AM USED TO PAY ON LINE AND BEING NOTIFYED IMMEDIATELY VIA EMAIL OR WHAPP OR SIMS.

Now I am risking to loose my flights in May for this edreams incompetency.

Desired outcome: In the case that you cannot book these new tickects for me I want a refund.

eDreams airline ticket

Booking ref number : [protected]

We have 2 kids and we book the ticket based on available extra luggage on Edreams website, I have added 3 luggage and paid for it and on the website didn’t mention that the extra luggage is not available to purchase, But one day after I made the booking, I have received an email to cancel the 3 extra luggage that I have already purchased and it says : This is usually due to either a lack of availability or confirmation from Scandinavian Airlines. I have to add this date is 98 days to the flight how possible that the flight is full by this time? Basically now the ticket is no use for us and we ask for refunding the payment but they say the ticket is non refundable and to be honest we are only canceling the ticket because the website changed the condition of the ticket.

Advised by Qantas that the have processed the refund on their behalf and that I need to contact the Booking agent who can now provide my refund. (eDreams)

I did so but was advised by eDreams I had to wait for Qantas to forward refund to eDreams

eDreams Not receiving my refund yet

Good after noon,

My name is Tsimpouki Sofia and my mail: s.[protected]@gmail.com

My booking reference is [protected] with eDreams and I cancelled my Prime subscription on 2nd February.

Since then, I called three times (!) to be informed on the exact time when I receive my money back. Every time your employee was assuring me that in 2-3 working days I will receive my refunding. My last conversation was with Mr Napil. He assured that he was working on me refunding!

Please, reply to my email the reasons for the 20-day delay in refunding the money that I deserve.

eDreams Refund of cancelled flights

Flights KL1060 08/12/2023 and flight KL1065 10/12/2023 were cancelled with less than 5 hours to spare, incurred hotel stay, additional transfer costs and cannot engage with them at all regarding refund, the best I have is they have stated I could ring KLM and chase, I cant as I didnt book it through them, terrible service, 2 months later and no further forward or looking like this will be resolved.

eDreams Cancelled flight

Hi,

I booked a flight on the 30 July 2023 from Cape Town to Johanesburg via the eDreams app. The flight was cancelled and I’ve requested a refund for months and eDreams promises to refund me but they don’t. I’ve emailed the flight but they say they can only refund me if it’s initiated by eDreams, I’ve emailed and called their call centre many times but there’s progress. eDreams Flight reservation

I am a 76 year old. On Jan 23m 2024, I Mistakingly booked flight on edreams thinking it was porter airlines. When I saw their charge for 170.66 cdn for a $411.00 flight i realized i had made a mistake. I cancelled my porter flight as it was within 24hrs. and got a cheaper fare for the same dates.

When i finally contacted edreams thru their chat line which took a considerable

amount of time, they said the sale was final and they would not return their fee.

I am very disappointed by their response , their company policy and lack of public relations

eDreams Missing Confirmation Email for Flight from Bombay to Doha on 26th January ( I have no Booking Refernce number.

missing confirmation email for my upcoming flight from Bombay to Doha on January 26th, 2024. I booked this flight today and was given a booking reference number, but the webpage reloaded and I cannot find it anywhere.

However, I have not yet received the confirmation email containing my itinerary details and e-ticket. I have checked my spam folder and inbox thoroughly, but it is nowhere to be found.

eDreams Adding middle to booking

Hi, I did a booking through EDreams and there was no field for the middle name. I just followed the prompt and book my tickets. It wasn't stated that name on passport should match the fields when doing the booking. I contacted them straightaway away regarding adding the middle name. eDreams booking reference: 8322944045. complete fraud in the sense for last 2 years I have been requesting for a refund. the standard answer I have is: "We have sent all the necessary documentation to the airline and are currently waiting for a response. Airlines are currently taking 3 to 6 months to respond despite the fact that, under EU Regulation EC261/2004, airlines are bound to refund within 7 days. We will continue to follow up with them until we have a resolution."

It is sad state of affairs that one has to beg for refund.

eDreams Refund of airline and car rental charges for oct. 20, 2023 naples italy

1. Edreams booking ref#12476734446 for easy jet u24103 20oct2023 nap-pmo airline ref#k5z38dr was cancelled that am... No one available for reason why cancelled or what we should do next. Received email from edreams saying deal with the airline and an email from easy jet totally in italian. Have no idea what it said but fight was cancelled.

2, due to our tight schedule and no advice forthcoming we rented an alamo car id4112672 under name randall nipps to drive to pmo that day. We had an alamo rental reserved in pmo under randall nipps #it797750860 to pick up in pmo return 22oct 2023. An email was sent to the alamo in pmo as the agent in nap said he could not cancel it for us. I never received an affirmative of cancellation from the rental in pmo. We paid $408.00 us for new rental and expect to be refunded the $193.52 that had already been paid to edreams along with the cancelled easy jet flight of $571.20 for 4 passengers.

Claimed loss: $764.72

eDreams Charged full price/Prime membership

Hello,

I’ve booked ticket from Belgrade to Ha Noi on 09.12.2023. as a Prime member invoice was 432.18€.

Instead of that price it’s been charged on my credit card full price of 497.72€.

I’m requesting a refund for the amount of 65.54€ to my account.

This was my email to Edreams.

First I got the answer that the reservation wasn’t booked through Prime account, and it was through their app which is my personal prime account. I attached all the information for them to see what was the price when I was paying and the amount that was charged to my credit card.

Last I heard from them was listed cost of some fees that wasn’t included in the payment plan at the time of my purchase.

Claimed loss: 65.64€

Desired outcome: I would like refund for the difference of 65.64€

eDreams Paying for cancellation

I booked a flight from Birmingham to Barcelona for Easter, I purposely booked cancellation so I could get a full refund as wasn’t sure if I could get the time off work, in total I payed £600 i did have to cancel and was offered £334 back! It’s been 7 days I have asked to speak to a manager and have been told of a call back but haven’t received one! I was asked to call the insurance company I took out whilst booking through Edreams for a full refund only to be told they only deal with claims! It has been awful from start to finish with no sympathy from any member of staff! 5 phone calls no return phone call! Will not use again!

eDreams prime fee

They didn't remain me via an email or phone call and they take my money via my bank account for prime subscription. I didn't want to buy any services through their company because they are not honest. They said they cannot get me refund but when I received the pay announcement, I call them straightly for a refund, which is in 14 days. It is legal and reasonable to get my money back, while they didn't want to refund which I think they havedamaged my right. I don't think it is possible.
