Asalamualikum.
We have purchased Plot in Eden residencia its about more then 10 years (plan of 5 years instalment). But in that time we didnt get anything even after full payment of 22 lack
After 7 to 8 years they called us and ask to give 10lakh to get land in eden abad within one week, but we were not able to arrange 10 lakh within week. We went there after 3 weeks with payment and they ask us that plots are finished we are sorry we will tell you when we have some plot to give.
Same like previous they call us after one year and ask to give 14 lack within week other wise we will not be able to give you plot, So after giving 14 lakh they give us possession. Total amount we have spend like (36 lakh) but we have nothing, Please help us

we have finished all instalments for house in eden abad but they never give us any possession since 2010.All the money we collected after hard ships is lost .they promise to give money back but still this promise is also not filled .they are big cheaters and frauds . I have booked one 5 marla large house in Eden Smart Homes in 2009, They promised to deliver the home in March 2013, I have paid all money, only one installment left which is due on possession. When I contact in March 2013, they advice me to contact in July 2013. In June, I received a letter from company to pay more 10, 00, 000.00 (One million), if you want to get your home. When I visit their office and agree to pay this money, they told me that this scheme is roll back by the company. Now you request for cancellation and get your money in next 6 months. I request to Prime Minister, Chief Justic of Pakistan, Chief Minister of Punjab and Chief Justic of Lahore High Court to look into the matter personally and do your best for justic.

Hi, I have a booking in the same project but was told all issues have now been sorted with the Government and that construction is going to commence from November, 2013. I concur they had told me there were issues with LDA and Government and that the matter is in courts and it would be best if I file for refund which I did not do at that time. For the past 1 month I have been assured by Eden representatives that we will get the house next year and construction is expected to begin by November, 15th, 2013. I have not received any demand letter for an additional 1 million.
Crushing the clients
I got a house booked in Eden Abad in March 2008. Company had to give the possession of a complete 10 Marla, double storey, 3 bed house in April 2009. I paid all my installments regularly but company did not start construction and presented different excuses for the delay. I have paid more than 48 Lac Rupees to the company and more than 10 Lac Rupees in terms of rent of the house after the due date of possession up to June 2013. Company sent a letter to me and other clients that delay in the company regrets for delay possession and will compensate by improving the finishing of the house without any charges. Now, in 2013, the company has sent a letter to pay 20 Lac Rupees as escalation charges otherwise they will cancel the allotment of the house and refund the money as per policy of the company (they will deduct 30% of the total price of house and return the remaining amount in installments. This slaughtering of the poor clients. It is our misfortune that we are living in Pakistan which a heaven for such fraudulent companies. All law enforcing agencies sleeping as if there is peace and justice everywhere in the country and they have no responsibility on their shoulders. The Eden Housing should give a house at the proposed site or they should pay the current price of a 10 Marla house. They are also responsible for the loss in terms of rent paid after April 2009 and a reasonable amount as penalty for giving a continuous mental torture to its clients.
Possession
Its almost one year they promise to give us possession last year, then they said 3rd quarter of this year and now they said that it will take further one year. I am really depressed that may be they are cheating people. They don't honour their promise.
Somebody let me know where I can complain about this.

I'm also victim of Eden Abad, I have invested in 2006 for a house of 5-Marla but no idea what Eden housing is doing. It looks that they will not handover possession and by fraudulent means they may offer refund (may be in instalments) which should not be accepted at all. I'm planning to go to court in this regard. if anyone is interested to join hands, please send your interest through my email atofique@yahoo.com.

delay in completion of housing projects

i would like to invite your attentiont to unresponsible behavior of the management of Eden housing developers. They have sarted many housing schemes in Lahore and have sold thousands of plots/houses to Pakistani/foreigner clients in past 5 years or so. But they have failed to deliver any of thier project in committed time lines. They are getting monthly/annual installements regularly from the clients.
One such example is thier housing scheme named Eden Luxury Villas at feroz pur road which was started about 3.5 years back and they promised to hand over constructed homes in 3.5 years but after the laspe of committed time their progress at this scheme is almost zero (after 3.5 years). They have collected millions of rupees from the clients but even now no work is being started at the site.
Please take notice of the subject so that odinary people could get some relief from such fraud/irresponsible behavior of big guns.
At least Eden managment should be stopped from collecting further monthly installments till the houses are ready and handed over to clients.

I have booking in Eden Lane Villas. The project was delayed but after visiting the site, Iam satisfied with construction quality and I myself witnessed the vivid compensation offered by the company in terms of finishes. The company did a great job by enhancing the finishes of the house for the delay.

They have a project named Eden Palace Villas situated at Raiwind road, Lahore, Pakistan that project was supposed to finish 26 months ago but they still haven't finished yet, and they already took all the money in advanced and still they are delaying my house's construction day by day, and i need this construction done urgently! They are not even offering...

Biggest cheaters took my money and have not delivered house in eden palace villas lahore.
I have paid for one house in eden palace villa one year back, they promised the possession in 6 months but still after 1 year i am hanging at the same position. i don't have sufficient funds to invest again for house. i am living in rented house from last one year.
Pakistan government should take action and audit their previous projects. they collected millions from public and investing nothing on eden palace villas. every time i visited their office, they promised for next 3 months and told me about funds but they have invested funds buying land for new projects. they are collecting huge money from innocent people by the name of Eden Abad, Eden Gardens, Eden Home etc.
Pakistan govt. should ask them to complete their previous projects before they open new projects. we have decided to file a case in supreme court against eden.
Eden Housing and Eden builders are doing the same thing to all of their clients. I have met with many of their recent clients who are planning to file case against them. Eden is delaying all of their projects including eden gardens, eden lane villas, eden lane villas 2, eden city, eden cottages, eden abad etc. But the biggest of all is eden palace villas where they are not doing any progress from last 4 years. Eden palace villas people have decided to file this case in foreign court in london and are almost ready to take action against Dr. Amir who is owner of eden housing.
I also took5 Marla house in eden smart homes.Now they said us to convert it in plot.2 years have gone they are not even giving me any plot.Now they are saying that they've given possession to few of people.can anybody tell me truth, if someone found possession papers

I am victim of Eden as well... i have booked 10 Marla house in Eden Villas Lane 2, and completion and hand over done in Dec 2012 ( after delay of 4 years). However, they promised us to provide all utilities including Gas, water and electricity. So far there is no Gas, and electricity is provided by their own generators for 12 hours in a day. Construction quality is B grade and really disappointed with Eden.
Those who have grievances, with regards to possession, kindly talk to some senior person at their office, as they have more accurate details about completion and handover. Delay in possession is routine subject with Eden Housing and no one should trust them any more.
