Wow were do I start...I purchased an Ed Hardy Tshirt prior to Christmas as a gift. I gave the T-shirt prior to Christmas, but the t-shirt was too small. I requested a Return Authorization number via email at christianaudigier.com as the website directed me to do. Tick tock...Tick tock...Never heard a word back and it is Janauary. Keep in mind the 14 day return time has elapsed. I emailed their customer service department again and nothing again. Finally I called their customer service number [protected] this is were the fun starts. When you call the number they say the company is something I have never heard of so I hung up and redialed. I got the same place again, so I hung on the line. So first things they don't even identify the company properly when calling. Then the automated junk says to press some number for information about returns. Then the automated systems basically reads the online return policy with no option to speak to a representative. Yet again I dial the number. This time I pick a different number to push and acutally speak to a live person. Then they tell me since my item was on sale that I could not have even returned it. No where on any of my reciepts did it tell me that my sale was final! The customer service rep. basically told me I was out of luck. I told them how no one had every returned my emails and told them I would never order from them again!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I was ordered 30 days ago a T-sirt for my sister and Hardy took my money and no T-Shirt.Never respond my emails no contact number where i can talk a live person.Hardy just a piece of [censored] THIEF...!
I had purchased this ED HARDY shirt after 1 wash thread of shirt came out. When I had shown at ED HARDY SHOWROOM in KOLKATA SOUTH CITY MALL then respond toward it was not good. They said we can"t do anything so it was of no use for me. So I have thrown that SHIRT in you showroom.
I am Buy the One T-shirts, One Denim and One Shirt at Kurukshetra Kessel Mall EDHARDY. When we wear the denim we found the manufacturing defect in Denim. Rest Product is very good. Then we going the EDHARDY store for Exchange we interact with Staff (Surjeet Bura) he directly told me we did not exchange this product.
EDHARDY is a Very good brand but my shopping experience is very poor.

I ordered two Ed Hardy products and got charged. When I e-mailed them to find out what was taking the order so long, they told me that the order was canceled. I tried calling but the number wasn't right. I still have yet to get my money back.
im still waiting to hear back from them have sent the email 6 times now no reply and im in england so cant even go back to the store.
I experienced myself and stucked with $80 sweat jacket that did not fit me. Ed Hardy has a ripping off customer strategy by not revealing their return policy clearly. Literally their sales associates will intentionally or un-intentionally(coz no training for PTmers) and misinform you on their policy. First and last time buying their items. Their business will not be sustainable with this kind of tactic or poor customer service.
