After calling to discuss a cancelled booking I have received terrible service and I am shocked at the attitude of the staff, including the managers who I have spoken to, being told "That's life" and "Its not our responsibility" so I have still been charged the full amount even though no delivery took place! What started as an unfortunate communication problem has resulted in several emails and phone calls wasting my time to no avail because the company policy is all about making money and not customer satisfaction! I will never use this company again and suggest everyone else avoids it too!
