Economic Freedom Corp. Scam ditto to Bankcard Empire

They give a high return sales pitch and guarantee results verbally with full payback within 2 months as documented in report below. They Even play the Christian ... can do no harm card. (no offense to real Christians). They do not follow the "golden rule" as they are inhumane and take the money and run. Never following through on verbal promises that they have condoned the fraud and lies / deceptive sales practices for at least a year.

Do not follow through on commissions. Tell all to buy more leads for sure success as leads are pre-qualified showing interest in cr. card machines, then it says no guarantees in the contract that they rush one to sign. And they swap around the accountability between web4amer and f-marketing / cornerstone mkt'g...etc. Confuses even them let alone the consumer.

As mentioned elsewhere...seems like a clone of bankcard empire fraud of a yr. ago and just read how owners are prior employees of bankcard. 60 million $ rip off on the bankcard fraud...reports on google.

Check out the 3 on your side news report of 3-4 weeks ago. Grossly understated as there are hundreds of scammed victims nation wide. Websites4america are equal criminals in all of this. A John Hanson lied to me many times. Sold web4amer to EFC then ran for safety.

I wonder just how many got ripped off? I have a list of around 60, but know this is nation wide? How can they keep it going? Latest was 200 bmw winners...actually earn $600./mo. to make the payment...and we know what happens after they sign someone up = NOTHING but run around grief...I sure hope it returns on them big time.

Added info...

Cornerstone aka Websites4America is huge SCAM! Holding hands with EFC.

First EFC contacts potential buyers and promises high returns. Followed by a supposed coach / partner promising pay back of investment within 2 months ago as in the news report...but it requires buying thousands of leads from web4america. They juggle the names and keep passing the buck saying they are unrelated and not responsible for the other co's methods or conduct.

Not sure of current ownership but a Chaney Foerster was mentioned...and at one time Cornerstone / web4amer. / F-marketing were all operating off of the same desk. Also google this bunch to see I am not alone in these factual beliefs.

John Hanson knew and condoned the FRAUDULENT sales tactics as I see complaints against him going back at least two years. He fought my dispute with my cr. card co. and I lost. Then a couple of months ago he said I would get a refund, but the refund authorization turned out to be from a bank saying account CLOSED.

MANY seniors and all kinds of good people are injured by this scam. 80 to 90 yr. old women and WWII veterans who know nothing of complaint boards nor how to run a computerized business. I heard that the quadrupelegic in the report did finally get a refund.

These folks need to see the light and live by the "golden rule" as they claim to be Christian, but are using the word without the soul involved.

I believe they are also an off shoot of bank card empire fraud of a yr. ago. Google that for strong similarities. They have taken the money and then run and hide. SHAMEFULL company!

Economic Freedom Corp. fraudulently misrepresented their company

On August 25, 2010, I was contacted to become involved with Economic Freedom Corp. by a Mr. Mike Reynolds. He stated he was no an employee, so he had no vested interest in the company - he was simply offering me a great opportunity to make money. He said there was a new program beginning in September and I would just make it in time to get in on it. There were several ways to make money & I should receive my initial investment of $10, 000 within a few months. After speaking with Mr. Reynolds, I was contacted by Marty on Sept. 9, who was to be my Marketing Coach. I was to receive 10, 000 leads every month and I didn't need to do anything except check my backpage for my commissions. In October, I received 2 checks for $50 each for merchant accounts. Then I was told everything slowed down for the holidays and it would pick up after the 1st of the year. I had several accounts they were working on. I spoke to Keisha on Oct. 25 and was told I had 2 merchant account closings - those were what I had received the 2 checks for. Nov. 15 I spoke to Kesha again and she said I had 2 pending from Nov. 3 and 5. On Nov. 22, I was told I had 13 applications that were pending. I left multiple phone messages, for Kesha, Shawn Smith, Donald Wilson and Shaina. (I documented all my calls). I finally heard from Mark in the Marketing Dept. on Dec. 22. He said checks would be mailed out on Dec. 24th or the 27th. I spoke to Samantha on Jan. 7 and she said 2 checks had been cut - one for $23.16 and one for $27.43. Those 2 checks I never received. I received 4 checks on February 4 for a total of $150. In their paperwork, it states that checks will be mailed around the 25th of each month. I have not received my payments for February and it is March 7. I cannot get anyone to answer my emails or my phone calls. This company is a complete scam. STAY AWAY FROM ANYONE WHO SAYS THEY ARE AFFILIATED WITH ECONOMIC FREEDOM CORP. I am filing complaints with the Federal Trade Commission and the Attorney General's office. I urge you to do the same if you have already been scammed. We can stop them if we ban together! My email address is: [protected]@aol.com.

"Golden Rule" abandoned for personal greed. These co's ARE ETHICALLY BANKRUPT! Fueled by self importance and arrogance of these llc's or corporations and their owners / managing individuals ... May they burn in their own soul-less existence. The main heads I have had only a couple of conversations with over 10 months of trying to get simple answers to very legitimate questions & a REFUND...are the Liars John Hanson & Justin Johnson. From Cornerstone / web4amer/ F-mkt'g & economic freedom corp. respectively.

Excuse me as I am crying over a great LOSS / THEFT by these artful dodgers of accountability. I Was supposed to get a call back today, but stood up as can be expected
(happened dozens of times before). This run around is typical as I have heard MANY state on these boards.

They have victimized many good seniors as myself, WWII veteran / and veterans as myself. One vet said it is an abomination they use America in their name as they have abandoned ALL decency and values that America stands for.

Please view the recent understated 3 on your side news report on EFC...and always remember that web4america / cornerstone / f-mkt'g...are all in bed together...Hopefully in bed in jail soon along with their model leslie mersky of the bankcard empire FRAUD of a yr. ago. Only 12 victims mentioned, but there must be 100's as this is a NATION WIDE RIP-OFF !

And feel free to chime in good people, or I'd love to hear a rebuttal from the managers that took the money and are in hiding. Hanson has said god bless and they care about resolving issues with customers. That is a huge lie as they issued a refund to me on a CLOSED ACCOUNT!

They knew of the FRAUDULENT sales tactics for months before they got to me and for months after...they must be BUSTED and not just a slap on the wrist as their SCAM has hurt good folks for a lifetime of debt...with nothing to show for it as was promised by the original salesmen. BAIT & SWITCH Artists !
