David Bolz owns First Class Facility Management based out of Destin, FL and EC3 Inc. in Delray Beach, FL. David Bolz is a former football coach in Mexico and now has homes in Delray Beach/Hawaii. His business is based on hiring immigrant workers and placing them in underpaid janitorial positions. Employees of his are paid through other employees in order to have illegal immigrants working for him. He currently has contracts to clean Maroone Delearships, Bank of Americas, Bank Atlantics, and B&T Bank. The illegals cleaning these banks are like slaves to Dave, underpaying them for their hard labor because he knows he can get away with it.

David Bolz is a in the closet homosexual. Makes you wonder about his football coaching days in the U.S and Mexico and what fun he enjoyed in the locker room and slapping player behinds.

David hires good looking younger men (20's-30's) to be managers of his business in hopes of developing a relationship with the men. He over promises them pay and fires them as soon as he learns no sexual relationship will come of him and his new hiree. This is a fact as it has happened on multiple occassions.

He also uses his business to pay nonemployee boyfriends of his and even sets up 401k and other retirement accounts. When there relationship is over, he holds the retirement account he setup for them over their heads to come back to him.

He recently hired Scott Littlefield of Birmingham, AL a man who stole business from his own family. Scott had a contract with a resort in Destin for HVAC and Janitoral Services and stole that contract from his family business to start a new company with his undercover sexual partner David Bolz. David and Scott formed company First Class Facility Management in Destin.

Scott Littlefield has children with his wife and hides his current homosexual relations with David Bolz. David lets Scott stay in his Delray Beach townhome for this reason.

If you come in contact with David Bolz take my suggestion walk away and be aware of any of his business beware of his shady business practices!
