On August 15,2022, September 6,2022, September 26,2022 and October 4, 2022 money was taken out of my account. I do not recall putting my card on for any one month deals for this company. It has taken $26-$29 from my account on all of these dates. I would like a refund. Also i would like a cancellation of the monthly payments being taken out of my account.

I was charged $23.50 for a subscription that I didn't even subscribe to so now I want my money back. I think that when dealing with people online identity should have a more thorough verification

Okay Ive been charged for 2 things already but I didn't say anything about the. 1st one but I just want my refund because I've been canceled it already wen I got my first Thing of books I liked the books that I've got but that does not mean I wanted to get charged with more payments on those books I just want a refund so I can get my money back that's all.

I bought the 3 books that were for a limited time sale for free shipping and 3$ an free draw string bag. It said my card was declined an I knew their was money so I hit the button again, an it said it was declined again but the money came out of my account ? Pleas help.

He took my card to buy a book and I don't want to be in any kind of subscription.

Only ordered the one set of books and was charged 23.43 and I did not approve this and I would like my money back asap.. I do not appreciate yall offering products for one price and without anyone's knowledge you charge them money for something they don't get. And for yall to have the odasity to take from families that is just trying to get something for their kids to enjoy is wrong and I will be suing if this is not resolve.

I was charged $23 for something I am not aware and did not purchase. I have not purchased anything for 2 months and my last purchase was the $1 I spent on two Disney books. When I saw it today I thought this was the first Time but went back to confirm and found out that it was the second time. I have not subscribed to anything. I want my money back as I need it for other things.

Earlymoments/SVK*DR.SEUSS BOOKS this company on FACEBOOK advertises a trial offer of 2 children's books for $2.00.The add states that there is no obligation to buy anything else.I pay $2 in Mar 3th 2020. After two weeks, my credit card  had been another charged $21.96.

I contacted "earlymoments.com" coustomer service, They said Order the 2 books for $2 is welcome package, It was through an offer of membership.On Mar 13th they had sent me an email announcing my next package, I didn't tell them not to send it, so it is on its way to me.

I checked my mail I find out without any about this package price and it'll charged me $21.96 billing receipt in this message.

I'm busy just like every busy parents.I'm not check the mail everyday.They can't just sell the book to me because I don't reply.So, They just catch this opportunity to illegally earn.

I never signed up for continual shipments of books. I haven't approved this purchase for this SVK*DR.SEUSS BOOKS.

Earlymoments/SVK*DR.SEUSS BOOKS has been taking money out of my credit card without ANY PERMISSION from me !

They sell me those books without my permission and asking me to pay!That'sIt is quite disappointing that people choose to make their living with such a program.

I find out if I don't cancel membership, They will charge my credit card every 3 week $21.96 and every 4 months other fee, That's just after I only bought 2 books for $2.Very deceptive!

They should really specify that by purchasing the first set of books for $2.00, that you are signing up for a membership that will take $21.96 out of your bank account every 3 weeks or so unknowingly to the purchaser until they check their account and see that they are being charged for books that they haven't even received! They obviously do this often because everyone has the same complaint. They make their money from charging people account without you knowing.Even though you don't authorize .

That's a sneaky scam.When I saw on FACEBOOK they showed everyone 2 Books for just $2, they don't mention membership and they'll set you been member so that fees can be charge automatically.

On top of that, you can't even cancel the subscription by going to your website because the website only PAUSE the subscription for max 3 months. so, you will have to call their customer service to cancel the subscription.

Major SCAM! I ordered 2 books for $2.00 and that's all I wanted. I did NOT sign up for any sort of subscription. If they were a trustworthy company they would make it CLEAR you were subscribing to something. Instead, they decided to be a terrible company and trick you into some book program where they nonchalantly steal your credit card information and charge it multiple times every month while sending you a ton of books you didn't order.

I have been charged 25$ for books that I have not ordered or even seen for that matter. I want my money returned immediately. This is theft, fraud, and illegal. I will take these matters to my local bank and/or authorities if I do not have my money put back into my account I am also going to contact the better business bureau if I have to. I am on a fixed income and I cannot afford something that I don't want need, order, or even receive. So if you would kindly get back with me immediately I would appreciate it

I have had 25$ taken out of my account this month and I want my money back immediately. I didn't authorize this transaction and therefore that's considered stealing and fraudulent. My contact #[protected]. Please contact me as soon as possible or I will take further action through my bank and local authorities. I don't have the money to pay for something I don't want need and didn't order I'm on a very limited income so please resolve this issue immediately. Also I have never recieved any books so that alone should tell you that this company is a scam.

I was told that I could not sign up for a subscription using "Cash App" card after the fact of signing up on the website. It still charged my card $2.14 for the trial - NEVER RECEIVED REFUND / NEVER RECEIVED BOOKS

As you can see in the screenshot this was on Feb 12, 9 days later on 02/21 this is still not refunded WHAT A SCAM!

I was given false information had I known money was going to be taken out of my account automatically without my knowledge I wouldn't have gotten the 3 books for a dollar. I had the understanding it was just a one time thing. I want the subscription cancelled and my money back.
