What I received instead of 2 Iced Teas, was 2 Cold Brew Coffee's, also, they only gave me 1 6pc Hash Brown, not 2.

I frequent this store every Friday, so I am very disappointed about their mistake. This needs to by made right.

Dunkin' Donuts incorrect order/ rude customer service

On December 3rd 2023 I wanted to order a bacon sandwich and a large toasted white chocolate coffee, and instead I had to order a caramel craze latte due to them being out of most product. I ask for it to be made with cream sugar and the worker was Jenn. Jenn then asks me what size and I tell her large, so she types in my order and I pay. I then receive my drink and try it, immediately I mix it up because I didn’t like the drink I usually get and like. I then realize it's missing cream and sugar, so I ask Jenn if there is cream and sugar in my drink, and she tells me they cannot put sugar or cream in lattes. I ask for a refund, and she says no manager will be there until tomorrow and with an attitude tells me I won’t be able to get the refund because I’ll be in school when she’s here. She also never told me she couldn’t put the cream and sugar until after I received my order.

Claimed loss: I lost $5.66 and wasted hours just to not even eat a sandwich.

Desired outcome: I would appreciate a white chocolate signature latte to please my craving and a bacon sandwich to finally fill me up

Dunkin' Donuts Hot coffee with undesired extras

Purchased a medium hot coffee with light pumpkin swirl and extra light cream through the drive thru of the East State Street Salem, OH dunkin donuts. Drive thru #1010 at 9:49:09 AM 11/11/23. Was taking the last few sips when I got a chunk of something in my mouth. It was a large dead fly. Disgusting. And obviously this location is less than stellar in cleanliness.

Desired outcome: I honestly have no idea what could entice me to buy any food from this location ever again.

Visited this site 10/20/2024, I received the worst service ever with Abate (Cashier) when placing order. He argued with my order regarding pork sausage breakfast. I don't eat pork and informed him the order was incorrect. Proceeded to explain that Turkey Sausage was ordered. He and a co-worker began to argue about what I ordered. After paying $10 for the incorrect order in front of other customers, this is not acceptable by any means. I was embarrassed, nervous and beyond upset to even video this. Too early in the morning for this type of nonsense. He doesn't understand English and needs a course.

Dunkin' Donuts Dunkin Donuts

I got one dozen donuts on Aug 25, 2023 and the Bavarian Ceam with chocolate frosting seems to have no parifin thus causing the chocolate to be it a liquid state and running off the donuts. Even having placed some in fridge made no difference. Needless to say it gets all over your hands and creates a huge mess. Service there is subpar also, they get my order wrong most of the time.

Desired outcome: Teach people how to make a donut.

Dunkin' Donuts Dark roast

I asked for a dark roast and was told they didn't have any dark roast that they could give me a shot of Espresso. I asked again about dark roast because I want coffee not Espresso and specifically dark roast. I settled for the expresso and paid. Before I walked away one of the girls behind the counter said I will go and get some more product from the storage. I asked so I could have gotten dark roast if I waited for you to go to storage.. She replied I am confused. This was a frustrating experience and will probably never stop at dunkin donuts again. Poor customer service.

I don't like paying for what you want to sell but rather what I want to buy.

Dunkin' Donuts Wrong orders and screwed up orders

I visited Dunkin on Teall Ave in Syracuse NY today ordered a everything bagel with cream cheese toasted. The bagel was at the window by the time I drove up I asked the girl was my bagel toasted and she said yes. It wasn't I found this out when I got home I also ordered a large Hazelnut iced coffee I got a Vanilla Iced coffee but the tag on it said Hazelnut. I spent almost 10.00 for this order. I couldn't go back as my daughter took my car to work. Then for the last 3 weeks I have visited the Dunkin 3 blocks from my home I ordered 3 iced coffees that were so strong you could not drink them they were horrible. I had 5 cream put into them instead of my normal 3 creams I do drink strong coffee but these were undrinkable and they were bought on 3 different days I am so tired of wasting my money on Dunkin Donuts when I have to throw it away and yes I have called the stores to complain. Thank-You for letting me vent I just want what I pay for not something I have to dispose of.

I was a regular at Dunkin on 44 Dodge Str Beverly Massachusetts until the staff became rude and ignorant their is a lot cursing and yelling The daytime manager Bryan Dodge would scream and yell at the staff He would also give the customers a bad attitude Mr Dodge will drink alcohol and smoke marijuana with some of the employees I can smell the alcohol and marijuana He will stop what he doing when I visit the restaurant and give me dirty looks and also mumble things I said something to his boss Debbie don’t know her last name She is taking his and the other employees side

Dunkin' Donuts Disappointing Service at Dunkin' Donuts on Lee Road in Orlando, Florida

I went to the Dunkin' Donuts on Lee Road in Orlando, Florida this morning and ordered two small caramel craze drinks and one medium signature pumpkin spice latte. However, when I received my order, they gave me two caramel craze drinks and an original pumpkin spice latte instead. I was disappointed because I was looking forward to the whipped cream and caramel with sprinkles that come with the signature drink.

When I asked the guy at the window where my whipped cream and caramel were, he told me that it doesn't come with it. I knew that wasn't true because I specifically ordered the signature drink. He then told me that the signature drink only comes with whipped cream. I explained that I wanted the caramel and sprinkles as well. That's when the manager lady came over and told me that the signature drink doesn't come with those toppings. She suggested that they could put the whipped cream in a cup and I could dump it on my drink. I didn't want to do that because I wanted my drink to be made correctly.

I told the manager that I didn't want the drink without the toppings and that I wanted my money back. She then snatched the drink from my daughter's hand, who was the driver, and told us to pull up. I was upset with the service this morning because I am a regular customer of Dunkin' Donuts and this was my first and last time coming to this location on Lee Road.

I went inside to make sure they made me a new drink because the manager seemed upset with me. The service this morning was horrible and I was disappointed with my experience. I have attached a picture of how the signature pumpkin spice latte is supposed to come, but I was told that it doesn't come like that. Overall, I was not satisfied with my visit to Dunkin' Donuts on Lee Road.

Dunkin' Donuts Disappointing Dunkin' Donuts: A Review of Poor Coffee, Bad Service, and Nickel-and-Diming Customers

I gotta say, Dunkin' Donuts is really testing my patience lately. It seems like every time I swing by for a cup of joe, something goes wrong. Whether it's a bad batch of coffee, a cold cup, or even burnt coffee, it's like they just can't get it right. And don't even get me started on the cream situation - I've been charged for almond milk more times than I can count, only to find regular cream in my cup. What a waste of time and money!

And let's talk about the food. I used to love getting an old-fashioned munchkin for my pups, but now they don't even offer them anymore. Instead, they charge you for a whole donut just to keep your furry friends happy. It's like they're nickel and diming us to death! And don't even get me started on the tap water - they charge you for that too! It's just plain disgusting.

Honestly, I'm so over Dunkin' Donuts. We need a new coffee joint that actually knows how to make coffee and treats their customers right. I mean, just look at the cup of coffee I got this morning - it's lukewarm and half full! I don't even have time to go back and complain. It's just not worth it anymore.

Overall, I'd say Dunkin' Donuts is a real disappointment. They need to step up their game if they want to keep customers coming back.

Dunkin' Donuts Disappointing Rewards and Offers: My Experience with Dunkin - A 2 Star Review

So, I got this email from DD about my rewards status, and it said I had a free drink waiting for me and that I was only 100 points away from my next reward. I was pretty excited about it, so I clicked on the link in the email to log in and claim my free drink. But when I got there, it said I had no free drink and that I was actually 200 points away from my next reward. What the heck, man?! That's not cool.

Then, for National Coffee Day, they sent me another email saying I could get a free coffee with any purchase. I was like, "Sweet, I'm gonna go get me some coffee!" So I went to the store and ordered my coffee and my favorite donut. But the gal at the counter told me I had to order through the app to get the free coffee. What? The email didn't say anything about that! She didn't even know how to honor the offer I showed her in my email. I had my Dunkin Card right there on the counter, and the email said I could get the offer if I paid with an enrolled card. But nope, according to the cashier, the only way to get the free coffee was through the app. That's ridiculous! I don't do apps, man. Her lack of training shouldn't be my problem.

So I left Dunkin feeling pretty frustrated and disappointed. But then I remembered that Barnes & Noble was offering free coffee too, so I went there instead. And you know what? Their cashier was super friendly and helpful. She told me about a bakery deal they had going on, and I ended up getting a free coffee and a delicious pastry. So thanks, Barnes & Noble, for making my day a little better.

Overall, I'm giving Dunkin 2 stars because they've had some tasty menu items in the past. But this whole rewards and free coffee thing was a total letdown.

Dunkin' Donuts Disappointing Donuts: A Loyal Customer's Review of Dunkin' Donuts

Yo, what's up Dunkin' Donuts peeps! I've been a loyal customer for like a decade now, so I know my stuff when it comes to my fave donuts and how they should taste. I hit up the DDs in Glen Burnie (Crain Hwy South) and other spots too, but that one's closest to my crib. So, I decided to switch it up and try a different donut, but it was straight up nasty, man. Even the ones I used to love like blueberry and sour cream are super disappointing now. I've complained to them multiple times at the Laurel locations on 198 North near Fort Meade Road and 197 South towards Bowie, but it's not about the service, ya feel me?

It's like they're purposely downgrading the quality of their donuts. They're all sweaty, clumpy, dry, and barely have any glaze on them. I'm sick of driving away from the drive-thru only to find out I got a gross donut that I have to toss. And they're always skimping on my caramel swirl, like come on, I know how it's supposed to be! So many times I've had to swerve back and hit up the same DD again just to get the right stuff. Who knows if they're putting their fingers or worse in my donuts? That's just unacceptable, DD!

You're supposed to represent, but you're just cheating me out of my donut game. I'm tired of your mess and I'm done with it. Peace out, Dunkin' Donuts.

Dunkin' Donuts Good Food, Bad Service: My Experience at Dunkin' Donuts

This review is about the Dunkin' Donuts near my place. I gotta say, the food is usually pretty good and the coffee is well made most of the time. But let me tell you, if you have a problem with your order, you better watch out. I had an issue with a coffee drink not being made the way I asked. I specifically requested for less espresso, but the drink was way too strong and dark. When I brought it up to the girl at the register, she got really defensive and started yelling at me. I mean, come on, I'm just trying to enjoy my coffee here.

The manager eventually got involved, but instead of trying to fix the problem, she just gave me my money back and told me to leave. I was only there for 5 minutes, and I couldn't believe how unprofessional they were acting. I used to work in retail customer service, and if I had spoken to a customer that way, I would have been fired on the spot.

I don't know what was going on that day, maybe they were short-staffed or something, but that's no excuse for treating customers like that. I've never experienced anything like this at any other Dunkin' Donuts location, so I'm hoping it was just a one-time thing. But still, it left a bad taste in my mouth (pun intended).

Overall, I would still recommend Dunkin' Donuts for their tasty food and coffee, but just be aware that if you have a problem with your order, you might not get the best customer service.

Dunkin' Donuts Inconsistent Coffee Quality at Dunkin' Donuts: A Cause for Concern

Dunkin' Donuts, or simply Dunkin' as it's now known, has been a go-to spot for coffee lovers for years. I personally love their Iced Hazelnut Coffee, but I always order it with light milk, no sugar, and 3 Splendas to keep it low fat and low sugar. However, I've noticed that the consistency of the coffee varies from location to location. Sometimes it looks like Guinness Stout, and it reminds me of products like Ducolax and Miralax. And within 20-30 minutes of drinking it, I often find myself frantically searching for the nearest bathroom. It's not exactly what I expect from a cup of coffee - it's more like Colonoscopy Prep Time!

Coffee is supposed to be a treat, not a cause for concern. Most coffee drinkers build up a tolerance to the caffeine and don't expect to feel like a leaky faucet after drinking it. But this is a whole different story. It's like Shawshank Redemption all over again. Should I bring Huggies just in case?

I decided to call Dunkin' to see if they could shed some light on the situation. They told me that each location is a franchise and they have no control over the quality of the coffee. But that's just nonsense. The franchisees have to buy their coffee and products from Dunkin', and there are standards in place to ensure that the brand is consistent. So why is there such a big difference from one location to another? Maybe it's because the company was bought out by a private equity group called Inspire Brands. Since then, everything seems to have gone lax. And I'm not the only one who's noticed - there have been numerous complaints about the quality of the coffee.

If you're as frustrated as I am, maybe it's time to put a bug in the ear of Inspire Brands. You can reach out to them at ***100 since they're the parent company. Let's hope they can get things back on track and restore Dunkin' to its former glory.

Dunkin' Donuts Disappointing Quality and Service at Dunkin' Donuts: A Review

I've been frequenting Dunkin' Donuts for the past couple of months, visiting five different locations. Unfortunately, I've had some negative experiences. I've encountered stale donuts, burned coffee, and rude employees. It's also concerning that some employees aren't wearing gloves when handling my coffee cup. That's just gross.

My most recent experience was particularly frustrating. I visited my local Dunkin' Donuts and ordered a cold brew with flavor shots and a jelly donut. I paid with cash, but the employee told me they couldn't accept it. They demanded that I return the coffee and donut, which was incredibly rude. I don't think that was my problem, but theirs. They could have let me keep it since they were just going to throw it away anyway.

I decided to give them another chance the next day. I ordered the same coffee as before, but this time I also got a cinnamon roll. However, I don't think they should call them cinnamon rolls because they're just cheap dough with cinnamon glaze. When I got to the window, I paid with cash, and suddenly they could accept it. However, my coffee was just black with cream, and they forgot my flavor shots. When I asked them to remake it, the employee argued that it was correct already and wouldn't be any different. I disagreed since they forgot my flavors, but I didn't want to argue anymore. I just asked for a refund, but they didn't give me one.

Overall, I'm disappointed with the poor quality and service at Dunkin' Donuts. Since the buyout a few years ago, I feel like they're falling downhill. I don't think I'll be going back to a Dunkin' Donuts again.

Dunkin' Donuts Disappointing Experience at Dunkin' Donuts: Overcharged, Unhelpful Employees, and Rude Manager

I recently visited Dunkin' Donuts at Store #*** and was quite disappointed with my experience. I ordered a dozen donuts and a small coffee, and was charged a whopping $18.25. I didn't realize the excessive amount until after I had paid with my card. When I asked the employee how much a dozen donuts should cost, she looked at the ticket and then threw it away without giving me an answer.

I immediately asked for a refund, but the employee said she wasn't authorized to issue one. I requested to speak to her manager, and she put the manager (whose name I only got as "Dy") on the phone. Dy told me to come back tomorrow so she could issue a refund, but I explained that this wasn't acceptable to me. If she was the only one authorized to issue refunds, she should come to her place of work to do so. However, she refused and hung up on me.

The employees tried calling Dy for the next few minutes, but she wouldn't answer. One male employee got so irritated with the situation and Dy's unacceptable response that he quit on the spot and walked out. Before he left, I asked if he could retrieve my receipt from the trash can, and he kindly gave it to me. He was the only employee who was helpful throughout the whole ordeal.

I requested the full name of the manager, but the remaining employees were told by Dy not to give it out. Dy was extremely rude and had no intention of helping to resolve the situation. I eventually left the donuts and coffee on the counter and left after several minutes of silent treatment from the employees.

Overall, my experience at Dunkin' Donuts was quite disappointing. The excessive charge, unhelpful employees, and rude manager made for a frustrating visit. I hope that the management team can address these issues and improve the customer experience at this location.

Dunkin' Donuts Disappointed with Dunkin' Donuts: Weak Iced Tea, Overpriced Pastries, and Lack of Quality Products

I have been a loyal customer of Dunkin' Donuts for many years, but I must say that I am disappointed with the quality of their products. Firstly, their green iced tea is always weak no matter which Dunkin' Donuts location I go to. It's a shame because I really enjoy a good iced tea, but I feel like I'm wasting my money when I buy it from Dunkin' Donuts.

Speaking of money, Dunkin' Donuts is way too expensive for what they offer. I can't believe that I have to pay between $2.27 to $2.62 for a large iced tea that doesn't even taste good. I mean, I could go to Cumberland Farms and get a much better iced tea for only $.99 plus tax. It's a no-brainer for me.

And don't even get me started on their pastries. They are so small and overpriced that it's ridiculous. I feel like I'm getting ripped off every time I buy one. Again, Cumberland Farms is much cheaper and their pastries are much better.

I understand that Honey Dew Donuts may be more expensive, but at least they have a better selection of coffee and pastries that are worth the extra money. Dunkin' Donuts seems to be more interested in making money than providing quality products to their customers.

I remember when I was a kid and I used to see them making donuts at the donut shop. Now everything is so small and it feels like a factory. It's all about money and not about the customer. Some franchises don't even let their employees get tips, which is ridiculous.

Dunkin' Donuts Dunkin' Donuts Rewards Program Frustrates Customers and Makes Refunds Difficult

Dunkin' Donuts has recently made some changes to their rewards program that have left many customers feeling frustrated. It now takes more points to earn a free coffee, and even then, the options for what you can get with those points are limited. This means that even if you buy an extra large coffee every day, you won't be able to get a free extra large coffee with the new app.

But the real problem comes when you are overcharged and can't get a refund without jumping through hoops. This happened to me recently when I ordered a "free" coffee through the app. When I got to the drive-through, the app charged me for two additional large coffees that I didn't order. I went into the store to show the manager, but she said she couldn't refund my money. Even though I had proof on my phone that I had only ordered one coffee, I was refused the other two that I had paid for.

I tried emailing corporate three times with copies of my transaction history, but I never got a response. The first time they said they refunded me for one large coffee, but when I refreshed the app, nothing had changed. I sent another email with screenshots of all three coffees and the store address, date, and time, but still no response. It's frustrating to feel like Dunkin' Donuts doesn't care about their customers or their money.

I've decided that I won't be loading any more funds onto my account until I get my $10.74 and my points for the free coffee refunded. If Dunkin' Donuts won't give me what I'm owed, I'll take my business elsewhere. Starbucks is always an option.
