Please note the following correction: Dr. Michael Gray is a Fellow with the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgeons (I did a search at www.cosmeticsurgery.org) but he is not listed with the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery in Michigan, which is where he practices. Very dissatisfied with liposuction/smart lipo on upper arms. They are still the same circumference almost a year later. I experienced no skin tightening as promised by the advertisements for Smart Lipo, my arms are stil just as big, but now they look worse because the fullness has been reduced...
