Ok, first of all I went to bed last night with over 300,000 in chips woke up this morning with around 141,000. I play every day and there is no way I played this long to lose that many in chips. Please check this for me.. Another thing is I purchased the piggy bank twice on the 10th and I think I only got 110 dice once but sure was charged twice. Please check that as well. Please refund one of the charges on the piggy bank to my credit card. I seriously don't understand what is happening with this game. On February 22,2024 I was playing game Holly Jolly Bingo & it did not pay out full amount. This game almost begs you to spend money so you could “maybe win coins”. They rip everyone off. I am so sick of going to a game for pure enjoyment and then when “they” feel you have won something substantial you get a message that pops up asking you to leave a review of how great they are. This game is pathetic! If you don’t, all of your “money” goes away within a couple of spins. This game and its makers are disgusting and deceitful. The game Doubleu casino is getting worse. It's ridiculous that I can't play for more than 3 minutes. Your games are good but with Doubleu casino they are worse since you took over Doubleu games Doubledown Interactive LLC made it even worse than it was in 2020

Doubledown has the best slots on fb, however after years of buying chips with little to no payout. I can no longer afford to enjoy your games especially in this economy. The coins I buy are always the 100.00 5x special. and they only last for 1 day. and I almost never bet more that 1 mil a per play. I wish the coins lasted longer to play but I can no longer afford it. Thanks for the times I did play. My wife was using your game on Facebook in a new game. She had 2.3 billion in chips. She tried a new game and came to my office and told me that she lost all her double down chip and was not going to play again. She thought she was playing 200,000 per spin and may have had it on automatic spin. Instead of 200K, she was playing 200 million per spin. That happened to me once. This is the fifth time trying to get some kind of a answer. On September 7th 2023, around 10:00 am, I achieved a row of jackpot symbols but only received 400,000 coins for that row. When I logged in to double down two days ago I was asked if I wanted to play as “ruth”! My name…of course I clicked on “yes” never was asked this before, so immediately my millions of points and game are gone and and a new game with 1,000. Points, very disappointed, I had 500,000.000 plus points gone. This happened last year on double u, had 400,000,000 plus points…playing and it said I didn’t have enough points I looked and I did…then it said not enough points again and when I checked it was running points down to 1,000. After a bonus round , when the three bonus symbols disappear, and you win other sequences on your spin, the other wins do not get counted. For example, I won 200,000 coins in the bonus round, and then I won 260,000 coins additional spins when the three bonuses disappeared. It only posted 200,000, not 460,000. I have a screenshot. I have observed this before, so it appears to be a flaw in the programming.
