Domino's Pizza Poor delivery service

I felt bad for my husband because he ordered a pizza and some cheesy twist breads. He waited for a long time, and he finally called them and was told that the delivery person just left the food on our back steps instead of calling to say we’re here and he ended up eating everything cold . It was a little bit disappointing to him.he paid by credit card so I guess they had their money already.☹️

Domino's Pizza I personally love this place!

Listen, I personally believe this is the best pizza for the price anywhere! The hand tossed crust has this beautiful buttery quality to it and is perfectly seasoned. I tell myself that I'm eating healthy whenever I order a thin crust pizza. I love the specialty chickens, especially the bacon and tomato. I love the variety of sauces I can choose from for my pizza and even though the topping quality is not as amazing at some boutique pizzerias, Domino's by far beats out the competition for price and convenience.

Order 3 Pizza=All were wrong!

Deluxe with No pepperoni but added Ham...Came with Pepperoni

BBQ chicken pizza Added bacon...No bacon to be found

Hawaiian...For some reason this came with Jalapenos and 0 pineapple?

All crusts were soggy with sauce and could not pick up to eat. What is going on at this location?

Ordered carryout and discovered errors when I got home. 9pm and didn't want the hassle or reorder and wait.

Will not return.

Domino's Pizza Disappointing Experience with Local Domino's: Long Wait and Below Average Quality Food

We live real close to a Domino's and we order from there a lot, using the Drive-Thru pick up thingy. We used to get really good food and fast service from this local Domino's, but the last few times have been pretty bad, and I reckon we're gonna hold off ordering from there in the future. Yesterday was the worst. We put in an order at 5:50 pm with an estimated pick up time over an hour later, for 6:59-7:09 pm. We knew the order would take a bit longer than usual, but the order wasn't ready until 7:22 pm (nearly 15 minutes later than we were told). My old man didn't check the order before leaving the parking lot (he's had a stroke and after already having to wait in the parking lot in record-breaking temps at nearly 100?F, he'd had enough stress yesterday), and when he got home, I found our Stuffed Spinach/Feta Bread was the basic Stuffed Cheesy Bread, no spinach or feta like I'd ordered and our receipt said. We also had two Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwiches which had no ranch - they were crusty and dry. I get it was super hot yesterday and finding good staff has been a problem at a lot of places, but that's no excuse when our order took 1 1/2 hours to get below average quality food. We're pretty disappointed and we're thinking of trying out some other pizza places in the area instead.

Domino's Pizza Disappointing Experience with Domino's Pizza: Raw Dough, Wrong Order, and Frustrating Customer Service

I'm not too happy with Domino's Pizza. I ordered some food from them and when it arrived, the cheesy jalapeno bread had bacon on it even though I specifically asked for it to be without bacon because we have a vegetarian in the house. To make matters worse, the center of the bread was raw dough and we couldn't even eat it. I was pretty upset about it, but Domino's sent me an email offering 20% off my next order to make up for it. I figured I'd give them another chance and use the coupon before it expired. I went through the whole process of ordering, but when I got to the end, I didn't see my discount. I thought maybe it would show up after I completed my order, but I was wrong. Apparently, you have to sign up to be a "piece of the pie rewards member" in order to get the discount. I wasn't too thrilled about that, so I decided not to bother.

Unfortunately, my order was messed up again. I tried to contact Domino's to complain, but they wanted me to fill out an online form. I started filling it out, but then they asked for information about my cell phone and what version of software and app I had installed. I didn't feel comfortable giving out that information, so I couldn't complete the form. It was pretty frustrating.

Overall, I don't think I'll be ordering from Domino's again. They're pretty expensive and their food isn't that great. I'd rather support my local pizza place instead.

Domino's Pizza Poor Customer Service and Long Wait Times at Domino's Pizza

I gotta say, I'm pretty peeved about my experience with Domino's Pizza. I'm a regular customer, but you wouldn't know it from the way I was treated. It's like they don't care about my time or my money. I ordered two pizzas and was told they'd be ready in 20 minutes. I showed up 30 minutes later, thinking they'd be waiting for me at the drive-thru window. But nope, I had to wait there for 10 whole minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. Finally, I had to call just to get someone's attention.

When someone finally answered, it was a woman who told me the window person was on the phone and would be with me soon. I waited another 5 minutes before I decided to go inside. And what do I see? The same woman on the phone, trying to fix a payment issue. Meanwhile, there were at least 10 employees just hanging around doing nothing.

Finally, someone decided to help me, but by then I was pretty frustrated. I told the woman how long I'd been waiting without any acknowledgement, and she referred me to her manager. But the manager didn't seem to care at all. She just threw up her hands like it was no big deal. She didn't even apologize or show any empathy.

Honestly, I'm shocked that they think it's okay to run a business like this. If they keep treating customers like this, they're going to lose a lot of business. I think corporate needs to take a hard look at who they have running these stores. As for me, I won't be going back to this one.

Domino's Pizza Disappointing Domino's Pizza Delivery Experience in Satvik, Nashik

Hey there,

I just gotta say, I had a really bad experience with Domino's Pizza today. I ordered through their app and was all excited to celebrate, but then the delivery person cancelled my order! Can you believe that? I was so disappointed and upset. When I tried to call the outlet manager to complain, they told me that their delivery people have the authority to cancel orders without even asking the customer first. What kind of policy is that? It's not fair to us customers who are just trying to enjoy some pizza.

And to make matters worse, the delivery boy was really unprofessional when I called to ask why he cancelled my order. He was rude and didn't seem to care about my concerns at all. This isn't the first time this has happened to me or my friends either. It seems like Domino's has a real problem with their delivery service.

I mean, come on, how are we supposed to keep track of our orders on the app and expect a call from the delivery person? And if we miss the call, they just cancel our order? That's not a good way to do business. And even when I updated my address on the app and told the delivery person on the phone, they still didn't seem to know where to go. It's just not acceptable.

I'm really disappointed with Domino's and their service. I don't think I'll be ordering from them again anytime soon. It's better to go with Pizza Hut or KFC's, in my opinion. I've had much better experiences with them.

Overall, I would not recommend this outlet for pizza delivery service. It's just not worth the hassle and disappointment.

If you're curious, the outlet I had trouble with is located in Satvik, near Purnima Bus Depot in Nashik. Their phone number is ***3999.

Domino's Pizza Disappointing Experience with Domino's Pizza Manager in Pittsburgh, PA

Domino's Pizza in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania is a popular chain that has been serving the community for years. However, my recent experience with the manager, MOEL, at the East Carson location was disappointing.

I had placed an order for delivery, but unfortunately, my telephone number had not been updated in the system. When the driver arrived, they were afraid to knock on my front door, and my order was canceled. After waiting for an hour and a half, I called the store to inquire about my order, and MOEL assured me that the driver would be there in five minutes.

However, an hour later, I called back to check on the status of my order, and MOEL informed me that he would not deliver to my address again because of the incorrect telephone number. He claimed that it was a waste of his $40 worth of food for it to have to come back to the store. I was shocked and disappointed by his lack of concern for my situation.

As a loyal customer who has spent thousands of dollars at this specific chain over the past five years, I expected better treatment. I have always tipped generously and have never had any issues with my orders before. However, MOEL was condescending and disrespectful, and he did not care about my history with the company or the fact that my children were hungry.

I understand that I forgot to update my telephone number in the app when I placed my order, but MOEL did not mention anything about it during our first phone call. Instead, he only asked me to verify my address. He also made a comment about how it is not 2020 and drivers are not knocking on customers' doors. I found this to be a rude and unnecessary remark.

In my opinion, it is unacceptable for a manager to treat customers in this manner. I hope that this is not the standard that Domino's Pizza upholds. It is not just about the money that I have spent with the company, but it is also about the principle and morality of treating customers with respect and empathy. I hope that the company takes action to ensure that this type of behavior does not happen again in the future.

Domino's Pizza Best Domino's Experience Ever: Shoutout to Store #3567 in Georgia!

I gotta tell ya, I'm a huge fan of Domino's Pizza. I've had it all over the country, since I'm a truck driver and all, and let me tell you, it's not always the same. It all depends on who's making it, ya know? But let me tell you about my experience at store #3567 in Georgia. It was a real treat.

First off, I gotta give a shoutout to William and Adreana. These two were laughing and joking with me as soon as I walked in the door. I'm a bit of a character, so I was asking all sorts of questions about the spicy chicken sandwich. And then Luis comes in and he's just as friendly and funny as the rest of them. He even offered to make my food himself. And let me tell you, it was the best sandwich I've ever had from Domino's.

I gotta say, the whole experience was just great. I had a blast joking around with everyone while I was ordering my food, and then I got to enjoy the best sandwich I've ever had from Domino's. The toppings were just like you see in the commercials, and the cheese was baked to perfection. You know when it gets all caramelized and golden brown? Yeah, Luis did that.

So I just wanna say thanks to William for greeting me when I walked in, Adreana for cutting and packaging my food, Ryan for cutting one of my sandwiches (even though Adreana did most of the work), and Luis for making the best sandwich I've ever had. You guys all did a kickass job, and if I lived in Georgia, I wouldn't order from anyone else.

And to the DM or GM reading this, I gotta say, these young people deserve some recognition. They're working hard and doing a damn good job, and they deserve a paid day off or something. Nowadays, kids this age feel entitled, but these guys are really putting in the effort. So thanks again, guys. You rock!

Domino's Pizza Inconsistent Customer Service at Domino's Pizza in Cottonwood, Arizona

Dominoes Pizza is an okay place to grab a bite, but I have to say that the crust has been a little too burnt for my liking. However, I have to give credit where it's due, and the Mediterranean Sandwich is really good. But, the main reason for this review is the customer service, specifically at the Cottonwood, Arizona location. It's a hit or miss situation, and unfortunately, I've had more misses than hits. So, I've made a promise to myself not to give my patronage to this location again.

Recently, I had a refund coming to me from this location, and I had called the next day after being told the day before that my money would be refunded to me. It was nice of the owner to refund the money, but unfortunately, one employee, a younger man, was not very pleasant to deal with. I explained to him the conversation I had the day before and that the owner approved the refund. I simply wanted to know when the refund would take place and if it had already been done.

The response I got from the young man was not very friendly. He dragged out his words in a hateful manner and said, "It taakes twoo to threeee dayss for moneyyy tooo beee refunded!" I decided to take the high road and just said, "Very, very good! Thank you!" He then hung up on me.

It's disappointing to see that the customer service at this location is so inconsistent. It leaves a person feeling like they deserve better, and the only way to remedy this is by not giving them my business. I remember calling the corporate location two years ago to complain about another employee who was pretty nasty, but unfortunately, it fell on deaf ears. But, I guess that's the nature of the pizza chain business. There's a high turnover rate of employees, and it's hard to find good help. Hopefully, someone like the young man I spoke with will learn about his disposition when he comes face to face enough times with his reflection in another just like him.

Domino's Pizza Domino's Pizza: Terrible Pay, Employee Mistreatment, and Favoritism - A Former Manager's Review

I used to work at Domino's Pizza for two years, but I recently quit because I had enough. The pay was terrible, and they took advantage of their employees. If you upset the general manager, they would cut your hours and sometimes even your pay. As a manager, I was only making $14 an hour, and they told me I couldn't get any more raises. When I was sick and had to take three days off work, my hours were cut from 45-53 hours a week down to only 34 hours a week. They even gave my position to a driver without training her, and she was getting paid $15 an hour, but I couldn't get any more raises.

A few months ago, the full-time drivers got raises to $15 an hour plus their tips and mileage pay, but us managers couldn't get any raises. Then, the owner was arrested and had to sell the business. I think Domino's needs to improve on every aspect. I understand that they may be short-staffed, and customers may get frustrated when the app tells them 30 minutes for delivery, but it takes two hours to get their food. They need to update their system.

It was always okay for the GM to be sick and miss work, but they would get angry if anyone else missed work. Whenever I missed work, I always had a doctor's note. There is a lot of favoritism going on, too. I had a customer who would come in and always make me feel uncomfortable. He would say inappropriate things and just stare. One of the drivers witnessed this happening every time. I told my GM and the district manager about the situation and told them I wanted him to be trespassed, but they never did anything about it.

The last time he came in, I told him he was no longer welcome in our store and that if he came back, the cops would be called. When I told my GM that I had said that to the customer, she said I wasn't allowed to do that. I told her I had every right to do it. As a female working late at night, we should have one more insider so we're not left alone in the store by ourselves in case something were to ever happen, but Domino's didn't care about that. All they cared about was making money.

Domino's Pizza Disrespectful General Manager and Poor Quality Food at Domino's Pizza

So, I went to Domino's Pizza the other day and let me tell you, it was not a good experience. First off, the General Manager, Liz, had a really bad attitude and her teeth were all rotten. It was really off-putting and made me question the standards of the company. When I got my order, the bread looked really dry and I asked Liz if she could put some more butter on it. She said she would do it this time, but not next time. I thought that was kind of rude, but whatever. Then, when I opened the pasta container, there was only one scoop of pasta in it. Before I could even say anything, Liz said that's all the Alfredo sauce they could put on it. I felt like she was being spiteful and purposely made my food that way. She even insulted me by saying that even if I complained to corporate, they wouldn't do anything except give me a credit. She said that every time I come, I have a credit, like I don't spend my hard-earned money there all the time. Liz even bragged that she was only going to be there for two more weeks, so she could do whatever she wanted and get away with it. I couldn't believe that a company would allow someone like her to be in management. Her attitude and appearance were really disgusting and she shouldn't be allowed to treat customers that way. If something isn't done about her blatant disrespect, I'm going to take this issue nationally. I'll post videos and pictures on every social media site and even on the company's site. I'm just really fed up with this particular Domino's location.

Domino's Pizza Terrible Experience with Domino's Pizza in Leland, NC: Dry Pizza, Rude Staff, and Chemical Smell

I had a really bad experience with Domino's Pizza at the 318 Village Rd. Leland, NC *** location. I placed an order for a pan pizza with extra sauce at around 8:15 pm, but when it arrived, it was bone dry. I called the store and spoke with a staff member named MJ, who offered me store credit, but I declined and asked for a new pizza to be delivered instead. However, MJ's tone became rude, and he told me it would take another 40 minutes, and I should give the driver the old pizza. He then hung up on me.

The second time I received the pizza was at 9:45 pm, and the staff decided to get petty. The extra sauce that I requested was ladled in the middle of the pizza, and sauce was also spread across the edges of the crust. The dough was lifted so that sauce could be applied to the sides of the dough. I guess this was their way of punishing me for requesting the pizza I ordered and paid for. Although the pizza was not cooked through or cut through, I decided to try and make the best of it since it was late.

However, my growling stomach made me call the store again. I got MJ again, and when I told him the problem, he laughed. I asked him to please send me a pizza made correctly and if I could receive my order before the 40-minute time quote when I called the first and second time. But he said it would take at least 40 minutes. The third pizza arrived at 10:40 pm.

Unfortunately, the third pizza was also a failure. It was overcooked, and the sauce on the edges was burned along with the cheese. It had a weird chemical smell, and the box was wet with the same smell. I was starving and needed to get to bed, so I tried to give it a shot, but it was a bust.

This is a franchise store, and I've been in contact with the district manager multiple times. He texted me that they reviewed the footage and found no evidence of food tampering. They also checked all potential sources of chemical injury and found none. All of their cleaning supplies are ordered from Domino's and are safe for food service. However, I found that odd since the most recent health inspection noted the storage of hazardous chemicals.

When I asked him about it, he asked me to complete a liability claim form for the franchise insurance company, but I refused. Overall, my experience with Domino's Pizza was terrible, and I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Domino's Pizza I order garlic spread and got pizza sauce.

I specifically requested garlic sauce instead of pizza sauce on my extra large pizza.

However, when the pizza arrived, it had pizza sauce instead of the requested garlic sauce.

Domino's Pizza Computer generated phone ordering system

I called to order delivery from the New London, Ct. Domino's last night. The computer voice on your system was full of static. I told it my address was 19 Hawthorne Drive, Unit 160, New London, Ct.. Your system sent my order to Warren Street, where I got a call from your delivery driver telling me that he couldn't leave the food at my door without the lights on. He said "you gave the wrong address". No, I gave my address twice to your computer voice, "19 Hawthorne Drive, Unit 160". Your system changed it to Warren Street. So I won't be ordering from Domino's anymore, because you can't hire humans to take our orders, & instead you give us a computer generated voice full of static that sent my order to the wrong address ! This happened last night, February 4, 2024, at 10 pm or so.

Domino's Pizza I ordered a pizza to be delivered

I ordered a pizza to be delivered and when the product got here it was not the way that I ordered it and the lady that I tried to talk to that answered the phone at Domino's hung up on me and the manager tried to cover up for saying it must have been a mistake but it was not the lady was extremely rude and told me I could just come in and order in person instead of talking to me over the phone and then hung up before I could even place the order originally it took me four phone calls to order and then when it got here it wasn't what I ordered

Desired outcome: I want my five topping pizza replaced and delivered the way that I ordered it

Dominos the most overrated crappy pizza of all time. You are eating pre frozen everything fom dough to veggies. Go with a real pizza resturant. Dominos is the yugo of pizzas and everyone eats it up.

Domino's Pizza Dominos Manly Vale NSW, Sydney

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I recently experienced at one of your Domino's stores.

I had a Domino's voucher that I used to place an order, and upon reaching the store to pick up my pizza, I was shockingly denied the order by the person at the counter who claimed to be the store manager. Despite explaining that I had a valid voucher and had placed the order, the manager insisted on not providing the order and was unreasonably argumentative.

This incident not only wasted my time but also left me frustrated and disappointed with the level of customer service I received. As a loyal Domino's customer, I expect a certain standard of service and courtesy, which, unfortunately, was severely lacking in this situation.

I kindly request that you investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure that such incidents do not happen in the future.

Domino's Pizza Wrong sause

I've never had to complain before because the service has always been excellent; however, yesterday's ( 10/07/2023 ) pizza was not what I had ordered. We got like a BBQ sauce for a base, instead of marinara sauce as I had ordered (online, which was then delivered ). Domino's Pizza Brooklyn pizza

I picked up my pizza and it was sitting waiting for me, which is odd cause I only live 5 min away. I get in my car, remove a slice, started driving before I took a bite. Wish I was still there. I would have brought back. Not only was the pizza cold, not even warm, and the crust was hard, unedible. I did bring it home. That was my mistake. It tasted like it's been sitting under a heat lamp for an hour. I'm guessing somebody ordered and didn't pick it up so they stuck me with it. The cheesy bread was hot, why not my pizza. Never ate it, threw it out and went to pizza hut. I know there pizza's are hot, all the time.

Domino's Pizza Pizza

We used to order at least a pizza a week but no longer. Every third pizza we received was a buffalo chicken, even though we always ordered the same supreme. The last time we got our delivery order it was a bbq chicken….again. I called and the manager refused to bring the correct order. She called me a lair. We returned the pizza the next day and she still refused to give us a refund. She refused to tell me who her boss was so I could complain and the the convo got heated. She threatened to call the police. She stole 30 + dollars from us and we had cold sandwiches for dinner that night. Th8s was after waiting two hoursI for the correct pizza. I never found I format to make a formal complaint or correct the situation so we no longer patronize Dominoes and and tell everyone I can how bad their customer service is. So sad Dominoes has sunk so far….

One last comment…don’t bother commenting because nothing will come of it. They just don’t care anymore. But whatever you do…f order delivery, check it first. 👍 Give the driver a tip but don’t pay for the wrong pizza.

Domino's Pizza Domino's store 6485 not refunding money as stated

On Friday July 14th, our family placed an order for approximately $58, due to a strom moving in the pizza was never delivered. When I placed a call to inquire, 40 minutes after it was supposed to be delivered, I was told the pizza was delivered, then told it was sitting in the store, then told again the pizza was delivered. We never received the order and was told due to the storm it would be at least an hour before our order could be delivered. I requested a refund and was told I would receive compensation for the inconvenience by the worker on the phone. When the manager spoke with me, I was told I would not receive compensation for the inconvenience, but they would refund my money. I did file a complaint due to the manager making false statements. I received a call on or around the 15th, from the manager, after the complaint was forward to the store, at this time I was told no compensation, but money would be refunded in 5 to 7 business days. As of today, no refund has been issued. We have had several issues with this store in the past, which I have let slide but as of today I am done with Domino's all together. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK AND I WILL BE SURE TO LET OTHERS KNOW ABOUT THE SERVICE. Case #6508678
