My mom has Directv in her name, at her house, in a different town than me. Because I used my bank card one, time a year ago, to pay on her account, they are randomly taking money out of MY bank account....

I made a payment on 7/19/2014 through a checking cashing place which I paid 105.00. I was shutoff because of payment. So I contacted the check cashing place rep Mark at Blackwood clementon Rd. I notified him payment went to the wrong account went to 004677462 instead of my account 46774627. He gave me the phone number to Check Free Pay 1800-676-6148 option 3- rep Jeff who stated that the payment was corrected and directv recieved the payment and it should be credited to my account from Directv since payment was sent to them and verified they received. DirecTV - not posting money orders to account

I have been sending to the above address money orders to pay on the Directv bill. They have not been cashing them. Keep harassing us that we are not paying on the bill. I mail in the money orders along with their billing statement and in the envelope Directv provides.
I want to know why they aren't cashing them and applying to my account. Past month within days I have mailed to them TWO money orders and they received the one and not the other, I have copies of everything I send to them. l I want thesemoney orders credited to the account.

DirecTV - Arkansas, Warren - Installation and movers fee

Direct TV did not do the installation correctly. There were supposed to rectify this situation, but the installation guy called in sick 2 weeks after the original installation. I also suspended the account due to moving a few months down the road and was never notified of a movers fee until i purchased a new house and was getting ready to set up the new installation. Also, i submitted multiple e-mails and made multiple phone calls only to be told lies and that the movers fee only costs $199 vice $300. I also requested to speak to a supervisor on multiple occasions, but never received a call back....

This company has a policy of not recognizing a payment when a receipt has been given them.. This company employees all they do is programmed to repeat what was taught to say to their customers instead of resolving the problem/ or issue

It should be suffient and acceptable for a customer to call in a report they made their payment and read off the terminal ID and receipt number confirming the payment is made but because they don't see a posting they wont turn services on the customer still have to continue wait after these payments for days.. this is not professional nor is not...

I terminated my services on or around 10 May 2014. On 9 May 2014 I paid $98.82. I thought this was all that was owed or would be owed. I received another bill for $68.18 or close to it. I'm trying to figure out why I owe this amount when I already paid $98. I returned the equipment. I received a call from Directv on 10 August 2014 at 11:09 pm. Why am I being called this late by a Directv employee? This is unacceptable behavior....

I would not normally complain about a company and I have never complained about Directv till now. I have been a loyal DirecTv customer from 2000-2003 and then 2004-present so over 13 years.
I am in the process of having to move and the building we are moving to does not allow satellites. There is also a city ordinance that does not allow satellite dishes unless they can be out of view. The building we are moving to does not have any location that would be out of view.
Now you would think that they would understand the situation but they are fighting me left and right saying the owners...

I got tired of never knowing how much my bill would be, so I called in January and told them, NO NFL TICKET, and take any and all promotions off of my account. I would rather pay more, than never know what my bill was going to do. So my bill drops a good deal. This morning, I find they took out an additional $42 out of my bank account. I called and a CS rep took it off, but only CREDITED my account. When you are budgeted $140 for your bill, and it randomly jumps to $190, that hurts. My name is Victoria Harris, i was a customer of Directv for 8 years, on May 2, 2014 I discontinued my service with Directv. My bill was finalized on May 21, 2014. Final payment was $51.87 which was paid in full. Now, on July 1, 2014 there was a deduction of $14.79 from my bank account. First and foremost, I never authorized payment from my account nor did I receive any statement regarding the deduction.

In June/July 2013 I moved from Colorado to Missouri. I initiated a call to DirecTV to move my service. DirecTV indicated that as part of the move I would be receiving an upgraded receiver but that it would require another 24 month commitment. I agreed.

I then called to complain about the new receiver not having previous functionality and found that they had actually downgraded my equipment from an HR-34 to an HR-24. I was promised a free upgrade to a High Def converter if I stayed with them for an extra 18 months. The time came, I made the call, and they said they do not have, and never had, such a program. I have had billing issues 2 months in a row with being over charged. I've called in each time, and each time I get a different call center person that cannot help me. I send two checks to Directv they electronically file them! So fron Aug. 23 until Dec 7 I have been fighting with them. I am sick of it. Been DirecTV subscribers for six years. Last year our HD DVD receiver began to malfunction. Tried many fixes and software upgrades provided by DirecTV but nothing worked. We kept asking for replacement equipment and were told that it's only available to new subscribers. Finally the receiver quit working and we canceled our service. After paying almost $100/month for six years, for crappy programming and equipment, we received a bill for $135 for the broken receiver. We will NEVER use DirecTV EVER. Customer service is non-existent....
