DHL Express Great help, with my daughter health

DHL Express DHL is the worst agency I had pleasure to do business with

Worst agency i ever used. My first issue was a lost of 4,500. Dollars because my packages got held by DHL customs, and somehow got set back to the shipper by DHL. And now they just lost another package of mine. When I called them all I can say rude is an understatement and somehow it is a joke to them in Arizona DHL. There ratings on this site is a reflection of there service.

DHL Express It is by far the best private package delivery company

It is by far the best private package delivery company, they are ALWAYS on time, they never lose any packages and never damage any packages either.
They are the only company which ship to places that UPS, Fedex and USPS have NEVER even heard of. Lol

The express service can be pricey when it comes to large items, it is best if you use their ocean freight option (for really large and heavy items)

DHL Express Superb service

Our small village in Somerset uses a very small printing company in deepest Cornwall, and it always sends our order with DHL - Exeter hub. Info re receipt, dispatch and deliver times are given by email and text, and are accurate to the minute. I have to give the service 5 stars after this week - order placed on Thursday afternoon, job completed and collected by DHL on Friday, and then delivered to West Somerset at 10.30a.m. Today, Saturday!

DHL Express Fastest Delivery

I would like to share my experience with DHL. I have recently started a business and wanted to see who is the most reliable international carrier. On the same day, I purchased samples from China. One sample was sent through DHL, one through Fed Ex, and the third through UPS.
Within day 1, I got the customs documents for clearance which I settle, on the third day my sample arrived. Absolutely no problems and in excellent condition.
As for FedEx I got that within the week, apparently, the package was misplaced
And UPS I got after about 2 weeks ( I did not follow up with the exact day)

DHL Express DHL Review: Slow Shipping and Poor Customer Service, but Packages Eventually Arrive

DHL is a company that has been around for a while and has been shipping packages for many years. I have had a few packages sent to me via DHL and I have to say that they did eventually arrive, but it took a while. The packages arrived in an acceptable condition, but not in pristine condition. I gave DHL one more star than I would have because of this.

The two main problems that I have with DHL are their lack of customer service and their slow shipping times. Their customer service is not very helpful and they don't seem to care about the people who are receiving packages sent via DHL. They only seem to care about the shippers and the major companies with exclusive DHL contracts. This is not good for people who are receiving packages and need help with their delivery.

Their tracking system is not very reliable and is about as bad as USPS. However, their actual routes only add about one day to the delivery time on packages to my city. This is because we are a major Interstate junction in the central US, so a typical DHL or FedEx package actually passes through here on its way to their nearest "hub" before being hauled back here the next day. Although the route adds only that one day to the transit time, the WAY the company handles packages usually adds a few more days.

Unlike other shippers that operate more-or-less 24/7, it seems that DHL operates on a daily cycle so that each time a package reaches one of their hubs, it has to stay there until the next day before moving on to the next hub. If a package reaches a hub in the daytime, it won't more on to the next hub until AT LEAST the next day. Sometimes the tracking data will show a package sitting at one of their hubs for several days. If you call to ask what's happening, no one knows but the usual GUESS is that your package is PROBABLY in transit somewhere and just wasn't scanned.

I try to avoid having packages shipped by DHL, but in too many instances online you simply don't have any choice for basic shipping unless you want to 'upgrade' to obscenely expensive options like Next Day Air. Most online vendors don't even tell you how they are going to ship your purchase, and especially not when they are saying "free shipping" (nothing is really free, they just include the shipping in the price). Overall, DHL is not the best shipping company out there, but they do eventually get the job done.

DHL Express Unreliable and Unaccountable: My Disastrous Experience with DHL Shipping

I've been selling stuff online for years, and let me tell you, I've never seen anything like this before. One of my customers from the US reached out to me to say that she got her package, but she also got a bunch of other packages from DHL that were meant for other customers of mine. And when I checked my DHL tracking numbers, I saw that 5 packages were missing. I'm pretty sure those are the ones that got sent to my US customer by mistake.

So I tried to contact DHL about it, but it was a total nightmare. DHL Canada told me to talk to DHL US, and DHL US told me to talk to DHL Canada. They just kept passing the buck and not taking responsibility for their mistake.

It's been several days now, and I still don't know what happened. I'm going to have to send out the missing items to my customers again, but this time I'll have to use a different courier company. And on top of that, I lost $300 because of this huge mistake.

But that's not even the worst of it. Another customer of mine told me that DHL refused to deliver their package. They said that there was no address on file for the item, even though I shipped it to the correct address and I have the tracking number to prove it.

Out of the 30 shipments I made that day, 6 of them had major problems. That's just unacceptable. If you're an online seller, I would strongly advise you to stay away from DHL. They're just not reliable, and when they mess up, they don't take responsibility for it.

DHL Express Disappointing Delivery Experience with DHL: Unreliable, Unprofessional, and Frustrating

I recently ordered an item from Amazon that was delivered by DHL and I have to say, my experience was extremely disappointing. The item was shipped from India and tax duty fees were added to the delivery. DHL sends texts to collect the funds, but the text looks and appears as a scam which I deleted for the first few days that I received them. There was no follow-up phone call from the company to advise payment, which was frustrating. I finally called the company to find out why these texts were arriving and found out the reasons.

The delivery method was the same, the company communicates by text and informs you of when the package will be delivered and the approximate time. My experience started with 8 texts for duty tax fees. I received a text at 12:00 on Friday of delivery between 16:00 and 18:00. Then, at 14:08, I received a text telling me that delivery would happen soon with a map of where the driver is, and a second text at the same time that delivery couldn't be made because there was no answer. There was no time lapsing between texts, which was confusing.

I called the company to inquire, but two representatives couldn't explain why this was happening. I recalled the driver to return as they deliver until 20:00, but it did not happen. I called again and was informed that Monday was guaranteed. However, DHL does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday, which was frustrating.

On Monday, I called around 11:00 to confirm delivery was happening. I was informed that the truck would be loaded at 12:00 and my package would arrive between 13:00 and 14:00. However, at 17:00, I called again because there was no delivery status. The representative informed me that the package was not going to be delivered and rescheduled for the following day. By now, I was not really happy with the new status. I requested to speak with a supervisor, but no team leads wanted to take the call. The representative started an investigation of why all of these events were happening. I was told someone would call me with an explanation the following morning, but the phone call never came. I once again called at 10:34 to see what the status of my package and delivery was, but no team leads wanted to take the call.

At 10:34, I received a text saying that delivery would happen between 12:00 and 14:00. Then, at 13:05, I received a text that the delivery would happen soon. However, when the driver arrived, he refused to bring the package up to my apartment and requested that I go down to get it. This was frustrating because the instructions given to DHL on the text message were to deliver up to apt 11 and leave by the door. At 13:05, I received a text asking how the delivery was.

Overall, I have to say that DHL is not a company that can be professional, reliable, accountable, and respected for what they say and do. I have informed the seller to look at alternative competitive companies. DHL needs to get their act together because their service is HORRIBLE. DHL Express Terrible Experience with DHL Customer Service - Incompetent and No Follow-Up

I recently bought two watches from a watch company in France and decided to ship them through DHL. Unfortunately, my package got stuck in customs and I had to call DHL customer service for assistance. The first CSR I spoke to opened a case for me and promised that someone would call me back within 2-4 hours. However, I didn't receive any call that day. The next day, I called again and spoke to another CSR who put me on hold to check the status of my package. Unfortunately, he couldn't get a hold of anyone but gave me the name of Joe Subia and said he would get in touch with me.

I reached out to Joe via email and also contacted the watch company for assistance. The watch company responded quickly and provided me with two documents that I attached to my email to Joe. He replied back the next day but called me "Paul" instead of my real name. I replied back to clarify, but didn't receive any response. I called DHL customer service again but still didn't get any response from Joe or anyone else. I was frustrated with the lack of follow-up and incompetence of the customer service team.

I kept checking the status of my package and found out on Tuesday that it was being sent back to the watch company. I called again to find out what was going on and discovered that I had two cases open - one saying that the package was released and the other saying that it was being sent back. I was shocked at how incompetent the team was and how there was no follow-up from Joe or anyone else.

I decided to file a complaint and asked to speak to a manager. The CSR person said that he would send a message to his manager and that the manager would call me back that night. However, I didn't receive any call back from the manager. I called again and spoke to another CSR who promised to give my complaint to a manager, but I still haven't received any call back from a manager.

I contacted the watch company and gave them the return tracking number because Joe didn't bother to provide it to them. The watch company also confirmed that Joe didn't respond back to them via email.

Overall, I had a terrible experience with DHL customer service. It was the worst customer service that I have ever experienced and I'm surprised that DHL is still in business. I wish I could give them negative stars.

DHL Express Disappointing Experience with DHL and Philippine Customs: A Warning to International Customers

I recently had an experience with DHL that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I had sent some Christmas presents and important vitamins to my elderly parents in the Philippines to help ease their pain. However, after waiting for over a month without any updates, I decided to reach out to DHL Philippines to inquire about the status of my package.

Unfortunately, it was extremely difficult to get in touch with a live person and I had to wait until a certain date to finally speak with someone. It seemed like my chat was being redirected to a real associate by some coincidence. After finally getting through, I was informed that my package had not been delivered due to an issue with the address and phone number. However, I knew that the information was clearly written on the box.

To make matters worse, I found out that my package had been taken to customs and was past the deadline to retrieve it. If I wanted to get it back, I had to acquire several documents by visiting several organizations and pay hundreds of dollars in fees. Even then, there was no guarantee that I would get my package back and it would take weeks to process.

I spent a lot of money trying to talk to representatives and supervisors, but all I received was incompetence. I lost hundreds of dollars in shipping, my items, international calls, and endless hours of e-mails and correspondence. It was frustrating to see the greed, corruption, and dishonesty in fooling international customers. They will claim something is wrong with your package or something is not allowed and then hold it in customs, even if their claims may not be honest or legitimate.

DHL and Philippine Customs did not take any accountability for their mistakes and showed no mercy, compassion, or understanding. They simply stole from me and gave me nothing in return. It was heartbreaking to know that I couldn't help my elderly parents who were in degenerative pain and their conditions were worsening.

I cannot recommend this company to anyone sending to the Philippines. Customs in the Philippines are thieves and they work hand in hand with DHL, making it a disaster for international customers. It's disappointing to see how evil works in human organizations and how they prioritize money over people.

In the end, what matters is our relationship with God and how we treat others. DHL and Philippine Customs showed me how evil works, but I choose to do good and treat others with kindness and compassion.

DHL Express DHL: Unresponsive, Uncaring, and Expensive - My Terrible Experience with This Shipping Company

DHL is the worst shipping company I have ever dealt with. I have been importing packages for years and DHL is by far the most unresponsive and uncaring company out there. Recently, I had a package stopped by customs and DHL did not inform me for several days that my shipment was being held. Did you know that after 4 days of a shipment being held in customs, DHL will charge you $30 per day? And if you're unable to get your package cleared within a 10 day period, they will return your shipment to the sender, incurring even more charges. I was already several days in before they even reached out to me.

When they finally did reach out, it was with a generic cut and paste email requesting information. I responded with all the requested info, but then heard nothing back from them. I called DHL and was on hold for an hour before finally getting a representative to communicate with via email. They sent me the same generic email requesting information again. I provided the info for the second time, but still heard nothing back. I emailed them several times over a 2 day period, but received no response.

At this point, I was being charged $30 per day and had done everything I could to provide information and get my shipment, but no one seemed to care. I emailed the original rep and cc'd the rep that he had assigned me, but still received no response. One day later, I received an email from yet another rep requesting the same information again. It's obvious that this is a generic cut and paste email, and I have no idea what specific information they want. I have answered all of their questions to the fullest.

I'm not importing anything questionable, just proximity cards used with security systems. This situation is still ongoing and I'm now close to the 10 day mark with no real communication from DHL. I have people waiting on this shipment and I can't get a single person at DHL to take responsibility and help me get this fixed. I'm done with DHL and will work with their competitors.

DHL Express DHL: A Terrible Company That Cost Me Almost $1000 in Lost Income

So, I had to call DHL to arrange for an international delivery. The website was a bit of a mess, so I had to use the phone. I told them I needed the parcel picked up on Monday the 22nd, which was the only day I had free. They told me the driver would come between 9am and 5pm, so I had to stay home all day. I had to turn down a lot of work that day, which cost me a lot of money.

But guess what? DHL didn't show up. I called them, and they seemed surprised that I was expecting them that day. They thought it was the next day, which I had already told them was not possible. I was really frustrated, and I told them I lost a lot of money because of their mistake. They put me through to a supervisor, who made new arrangements with me. I told him I couldn't do it on Tuesday the 23rd because I already had clients booked. He said Wednesday the 24th was fine, so I turned away more clients for that day.

But then, on Tuesday, I came home and found the courier in my driveway. He said he was just given his orders to show up that day. I gave him my item, but by then it was too late. I lost even more money because my potential clients had already made other arrangements.

DHL is a terrible company. They don't care about their clients' businesses. They don't show up when they say they will, and they don't communicate properly. They cost me almost $1000 in lost income, and I'm sure they've done the same to other people. Don't use DHL if you value your business. They're not worth the risk.

DHL Express DHL's Poor Service and Unreliable Information for Sending Package to Cuba

I gotta say, I had a pretty rough time with DHL. I was trying to send a package to Cuba on December 23, and let me tell you, it was a real headache. First, I tried to do it online, but the system wouldn't let me pay. So I spent like 50 minutes on the phone with DHL agents, but nothing got resolved. Eventually, I had to go to a physical location to send my package, even though that meant giving up my 20% discount coupon code (which only works online, apparently).

When I got to the DHL retail location (6683 Jean Talon St E, Saint-Leonard, Quebec H1S 0A5), the guy there told me that the pick-up had already been made for the day, and the next one wouldn't be until December 29. He suggested I call DHL to find a location that could ensure my package would leave on December 23 or 24 at the latest.

So I called DHL support and spoke with Sabrina (around 4:20 pm EST). I asked her for a location that could meet my needs, and she told me to go to a DHL service point at 2095 Rue On?sime Gagnon, Lachine, QC H8T 3M7. She even told me the package should arrive on January 6, 2021. But I was skeptical, given the snowstorm and rush hour traffic. It took me two hours to get there and back, but I finally sent the package.

The real trouble started on December 30, when I checked the tracking system and saw that my package was still in Canada, one week later. I called DHL and opened a complaint against Sabrina. After some investigation, they told me that AirCanada had stopped flying to London.

A few days later, my package went from Canada to the UK and then to Spain. But the tracking system said it wouldn't arrive until January 13, not the 6th or 7th like Sabrina had said. Then on January 7, it showed as leaving Madrid. But now, on January 14, one week after being held in Madrid and one day after the supposed delivery date, DHL can't tell me where my package is or when it will arrive.

I have so many questions. Who's going to pay for all these delays? When will my package arrive? Why was it held in Madrid for a week? Why do I have to contact DHL more than 10 times to get an important package for my family in Cuba? Your rates to send a package to Cuba are not cheap, and none of the information your agents have given me so far has been reliable.

This package is extremely important to me. It contains supplies my grandmother needs for her bed sores after fracturing her hip. I've never had such a terrible experience with a carrier in my life. It's crazy that after almost a month, my package hasn't even arrived in the destination country.

DHL Express Disappointing Experience with DHL Express in Istanbul: Lost Package and Poor Customer Service

Istanbul is a beautiful city, but it can be challenging to find good quality vitamins and supplements. I have been living here for six months, and during this time, I have been ill three times. Unfortunately, the local doctors overcharge people, and they don't speak English, which makes communication difficult. The last time I was very ill, and I had symptoms similar to the corona virus. I decided to ask my brother, who lives in Australia, to send me some good vitamins, including Vitamin C, Cod Liver Oil capsules, and an Immune boost vitamin. I wanted to protect myself in the long term rather than always having to depend on antibiotics.

My brother sent the package via DHL express from a local post office in Brisbane on Feb 18. He sent me photos of the bottles of vitamins and the package, and he gave me the tracking number and the waybill number. He also gave me a number to call in Turkey, which the local post office in Brisbane provided - ***000. My brother said that the package would take about four days to arrive.

However, after four days, I did not hear anything about the package. I thought that the package might arrive at the local post office in my area. So a week later, I visited the post office in Uskudar, and the guy who I spoke to put in the tracking number on his computer and told me that the package was not in Turkey and maybe it would arrive the following week.

The following week, I went to the postal head office in an area called Acibadem, and they put in the tracking number in their computers and found nothing. I asked one of them to call the number my brother gave me, but this number was engaged. I spoke to another friend to call the number in Turkey, and he finally said that someone spoke to him and said I need to wait another day and if I don't hear anything than I must write a petition to the head post office about the fact that I did not hear anything about the package.

Unfortunately, I still received no SMS to date or a phone call from DHL - there was no letter or note from them requesting me to come to their office. On Wednesday 11 March, I decided to visit the DHL head office in Istanbul. I explained to someone there about the package my brother sent me and provided the tracking number and the waybill number. Then this female staff member told me that the package had arrived on 21 Feb and that they have been trying to contact me. These are lies because there are no call logs on my phone from them, and neither is there an SMS from them. Then she said that they were getting ready to send the package back to Australia. If I wanted the package, then I would have to pay a minimum fee - 20% of the total amount of the vitamins. But they will also investigate the original price of these vitamins and charge me an amount on this. And I have to get a doctor's letter from my area stating that I need these vitamins like a prescription. All of this I had no idea about at all. There is nothing on their website about this.

So I told her that I will not pay for the vitamins and will not get a doctor's letter so they can send the package back to Australia. Then she said I would have to sign a letter confirming that I would like the package to be sent back. She said she would send me the PDF letter to fill out and to send this back to her. Her email address is [protected]@dhl.

Later that afternoon, I checked my email and found that this letter stated that the package was mistakenly posted to me and therefore must be sent back. These are lies! So I wrote her back and that I refuse to lie and will not sign this letter. I have not heard from her. I have no idea where the package is, and I have not seen it at all since it arrived in Istanbul. It is very disappointing that DHL has not been able to deliver my package, and their customer service has been terrible. I hope they can find my package and deliver it to me soon.

DHL Express Avoid DHL at all costs: A nightmare shipping experience

I gotta say, DHL is not the way to go. I mean, seriously, I'd rather swim across the ocean with my packages on my back than deal with DHL again. I had 25 big boxes of book bindings to ship out, and I thought it would be easy peasy. But boy was I wrong.

First off, they picked up my boxes on Monday, which was great. But then on Tuesday, they emailed me saying they needed an invoice. I had no idea what they were talking about, so I sent them all the labels and docs I had. But then on Thursday, they emailed me again saying they still needed the invoice. I called customer service, and they were no help at all. They just kept saying "the invoice" like I was supposed to magically know what that meant. Finally, I got my publisher to send me their proof of purchase, and I submitted it to DHL. But then I never heard back from them.

On Thursday afternoon, my doorman called me and said the boxes were back. I was so confused. I called DHL customer service, and they rescheduled the pickup for Friday. But then on Friday, they didn't show up during the pickup window they gave me. I called again, and they said the pickup window was actually between 10am-2pm, not 10-noon like the first rep told me. And then they lied to me three times about when the courier would come to pick up my boxes. It was a total mess.

Finally, the courier showed up on Friday afternoon. But then they told me they still didn't have the invoice, and that my labels were missing. I was about to lose it. But then the dispatch manager actually helped me out and told me how to create the invoice. And then I found out that whoever returned my boxes to me had stuck return labels over my shipping labels, so I had to reprint everything.

In the end, I had to crawl over my boxes to get out of my apartment and print out new labels and the invoice. It was a total nightmare. I'm pretty sure if I had just swam across the ocean with my packages, they would have gotten there faster than with DHL. So yeah, avoid them at all costs.

DHL Express DHL Serbia

For more than a week I am trying to receive shipment under number [protected] from DHL Serbia. The total cost of shipment is 100 euro, they want me to pay 30 percents of tax. Even more - they send new paperwork every day (all in Serbian while i am english speaking and they perfectly aware of this). They even asked for the copy of my residence permit - what for? The representer of DHL talks rude and toxic - after I asked for her supervisor she replied "You don't have right to call for supervisor because i am right" - can you imagine anyone from DHL service talk to the client like that? I am DHL client for more than 25 years, in more then 40 countries - I've never had experience like this one. And I didn't received my package so far.

DHL Express Non delivery of package from Gurgaon India

We did not receive our package from India, which is still showing delivered over email and text message, however we did not receive the package. It is surprising how it can be delivered at a wrong address and received by any one who is not the receiver. Imagine when there are no customer care which can resolve our issues. There is hardly any way where we can reach and talk to the Call centre number provided by the DHL.

Our important package from American Express is still NOT DELIVERED and there does not seem to be any means or possibility that they could resolve this issue.

I sent a parcel to Philippines using DHL.

It arrived in Cebu and there it stopped.

Kevin contacted and told me i must pay 47,000php of he will keep the parcel.

DHL is guilty of theft dishonesty and bribery.

This is second hand property being returned to the owner. Its not even worth

47,000php.

DHL Express Customs

Customs are just money hungry [censored]! We have been waiting for our shipment since 4th of August and they are holding it for ransom. We sent payment receipt showing how much we paid for it and a invoice from our supplier. The packages are not even for sale, they are for our team to be able to do their job. Even after we agreed to their ludicrous demands just as this had gone on for too long, they still have not released our product.

Will be looking at a different company for our shipping needs because these guys are corrupt.

Wednesday 16th of August we sent the invoice from our manufacturer and receipt that we had paid it.

DHL Express Bad staff clearance in the philippines

I have 3 shipments from UK to Manila

(Shipping from UK May, and now July 2023)

all my used items they report as new. and must be taxed (even though all the goods in it are used goods)

3 delivery they reported the wrong taxes. they report the total price from 3 shipments to 1 shipment (they asked me to pay 3x tax per shipment)

and they do not admit their mistakes. 1 of my 3 shipments was held up and my shipment was returned to the UK

1 of 3 shipping taxes cannot be revised, the reason has been processed from being sent to the HDL warehouse

and asked me to force them to pay, even though I kept saying that I had reported the wrong tax. until my goods are detained and returned to the UK

The other 2 submissions they tried to revise but asked for a lot of new data (and an affidavit reported by the wrong customer)

one of my shipments asked for high taxes, the total price of the goods in 1 shipment was only 34,215 pesos (this is my personal item, game equipment that I use more than 2 years) but they asked for taxes up to 4,523 pesos for my second hand goods

and finally 1. currently revising taxes. took up to 2 months and still not finished. today is June 30th

I don't know what i should to do anymore, is it all too difficult to ship used goods in the Philippines?

DHL Express awb [protected] - dispute duties and taxes raided for the deemed value of an item

I purchased a few items for my daughter's birthday from within the United States that she had wanted. I had the items sent to a US Post box (a freight forwarding company in the US) because they would not post the items to Australia. I received a free item with one of my purchases. On the commercial receipt the item was represented as a free item with a zero dollar value. I selected DHL as the courier to ship my delivery from the US to Australia. The total of my shipment was AUD $775. However DHL Duties asserted that the value of my free item was deemed as USD $200. This took the value of my total shipment to over AUD $1000. DHL then subsequently raised a penalty in taxes and duties of AUD $277. I provided DHL Duties team with the bank transaction and all tax invoices to prove the value of my shipment was only AUD $775. With regard to the free item with no transactional value, I provided a cached screenshot of the online store website to show the value of the item on the date of purchase was only AUD $172, not USD $200. This would take the total of my shipment to AUD $947. Being under AUD $1000, I would then not have to pay the additional duties and taxes of AUD $277. Despite requesting for my case to be escalated to a manager and contacting and emailing daily, no one will get back to me to explain how they assessed this free item to have such a high value? If no actual process or procedure exists then this decision would appear to have been made indiscriminately and is an unfair process. I am seeking answers but no one will discuss this with me. As a single parent, AUD $277 is not an insubstantial amount of money.

Desired outcome: I would like to be refunded for the duties and taxes raised against me of AUD $277

DHL Express Delivery

At the end of June 2023 I sent a small parcel to my family to El Salvador, DHL didn't deliver it because they were asking for taxes fees but by Law in El Salvador, small parcel send to relatives have the benefits to exemption of payment. But anyway, DHL El Salvador still charging, receiver agreed to pay it, she just asked extra time as she needs to wait for her next salary, went she went to collect the parcel and pay, she was told that the parcel was send back to me, and told that the reason why didn't deliver was because in the parcel I didn't put her surname. Which is impossible how I am going to send a parcel without receiver's surname pots office won't accept.

Tried to contact DHL El Salvador couldn't do it, I called DHL Australia very rude told me not reason to call if they didn't pay.

Desired outcome: Money back or sent parcel back

DHL Express DHL's Delivery Service is Horrible - Save Yourself the Trouble and Use a Different Delivery Service

I recently had an experience with DHL that left me feeling extremely disappointed and frustrated. I had placed an order from Harrods that was supposed to be delivered before Christmas. I was tracking the package consistently and was excited to receive it. However, when the tracking information said that the package had been delivered, I was shocked to see an image that was NOT my door.

I live in a complex with multiple buildings, each with its own address. Each building has the same condo door numbers but in different numbered buildings. So, while DHL did deliver to the right numbered door, they did NOT deliver to the RIGHT address. The door they delivered to looked very different from mine. My door had a different pattern carved in it, different locks, and the door number was in a different location. There was even a ring doorbell on my door that was not present on the door they delivered to.

I immediately sent them a photo of the door they posted as delivered to and my door, explaining the difference. However, I kept receiving cut-and-paste emails about how they were researching it. Each time I replied with the images of the wrong door they delivered to and my door, but I never received a satisfactory response. Finally, they came back with the investigation that they had delivered to the correct address. HOW ODD! Were they BLIND?

So, I decided to investigate myself. There are 197 units in this grouping of different building numbers, so I put on my walking shoes and started searching. Two buildings up from my building at the WRONG ADDRESS, I found the door they had snapped in their original proof of delivery. The occupant did have the package, and from the way they reacted, they were probably going to keep it.

To make matters worse, DHL could not read the instructions I had placed on the original delivery from Harrods. The instructions stated that it was a back building, not a front building. They delivered to a front building at the wrong address and then lied about it.

I would never recommend using DHL. They have a bad reputation for a reason. Their delivery service is horrible, and they cannot even read proper property addresses or delivery instructions. Save yourself the trouble and use a different delivery service.

DHL Express DHL Poland Lost My Passport and Ruined My Trip: A Terrible Experience with Customer Service

I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with DHL. Specifically, the Polish office. I'm honestly thinking about suing them because they lost my passport and I missed my flight, which cost me $2000 in tickets.

So here's what happened. I ordered a "Saturday delivery package" to pick up my passport from the embassy in Warsaw on Friday and have it delivered to Krakow on Saturday. I called customer service twice before the delivery date to make sure everything was good to go and that the courier had all the necessary information. They assured me that everything was fine and that my passport would arrive on time.

But then on Friday, I got an email saying that my passport had been taken from the embassy. Confused, I called customer service again on Saturday morning and they told me that my passport was still at the embassy. Later on, they discovered that the courier had created a new order with standard delivery instead of Saturday delivery, and they didn't even bother to notify me that my order had been cancelled.

So I spent the entire day on Saturday trying to find my passport and calling customer service. I even took a train to Warsaw to try and sort things out. But nobody seemed to be trying to find my passport. When I got to Warsaw, they told me that my parcel was already in Krakow, but they wouldn't give it to me because it wasn't a Saturday package.

Thankfully, I finally got my passport on Monday evening, but I had paid for a Saturday delivery package and they completely forgot about it. They still charged me for it though. And of course, nobody bothered to respond to my complaints.

Honestly, it seems like this company doesn't care about anything. Not about the service they're supposed to provide, not about their customers, and not even about their reputation. I guess it's partly my fault for trusting such an important document to a third-party company, but still. I should have read some reviews before using them. It's just baffling to me how they can have a license and still mess up such a simple job.

DHL Express DHL's Same Day Delivery Service: A Disappointing Experience

So, I tried to use DHL's same day delivery service a couple of weeks ago. I filled out all the necessary information and paid for the service, and their website showed that the package would be picked up at 10:45 am and delivered by the end of the day. I was shipping sensitive documents for my CFO, so I was very careful in tracking the package. The courier picked up the package within five minutes of the expected pickup time, and the website still showed that it would be delivered by the end of the day.

However, when the package reached Denver, the ETA was updated to the following Monday. It was only Thursday, so I immediately called customer care to find out what was going on. The representative told me that all their packages take three business days to be delivered. I asked why they advertise same day shipping if that's not the case, but I didn't get a clear answer.

I told them that I needed the package returned to me so that I could FedEx it before 5 pm. I made the request between 12 and 12:30 pm. However, by 2 pm, I still hadn't received any alerts about when the package would be returned. I called again and was told that they weren't sure if they could get it to me. I explained how important these documents were and that they needed to be delivered by the latest tomorrow, or they needed to get it to me today. I even offered to send them a FedEx label if the courier could drop off the package at a nearby FedEx store so that they wouldn't have to drive an hour down from Denver. However, they denied the FedEx option and told me that they couldn't do anything.

I finally gave up and told them to send the package along, even though it wouldn't arrive until Monday. This would cause problems, but at least it would get where it needed to go. However, they didn't deliver the package until another day later, even though they had flights going out all weekend. I filed two complaints directly with DHL, but I never received a response.

Overall, I was extremely disappointed with DHL's customer service. We paid for same day delivery, but the package ended up being delivered five days later. This kind of service is unacceptable, and I wouldn't recommend using DHL to anyone.

DHL Express DHL: Incompetent, Unreliable, and Unprofessional - A Nightmare Experience

I gotta say, I don't understand how DHL is still in business. They're just plain terrible at providing a service. I've never dealt with such incompetence from every single employee. These people are professional time wasters who don't give a damn about you as a customer.

The delivery driver said they tried to deliver twice, but I call BS. They're either lying or too lazy to ring the doorbell, even though I was home with the lights on. My security camera shows nothing during the time they said they were there. No knock, no doorbell, no delivery card. Nothing. The call center promised a third delivery the next day, but of course, the driver didn't show up again. And they didn't even bother to tell me, even though they demanded my phone number.

Trying to get in touch with these idiots has been a nightmare. Their holiday hours are garbage, and it makes me wonder if anyone actually works there. If I worked as little as they do, I'd be homeless.

It's been 18 days, and my package still hasn't been delivered. The tracking says it's been "delayed" for the last 10 days straight, and now there are no updates at all. And to top it off, they sent me a bill for a package that hasn't been delivered and isn't even getting updates anymore. Sorry, DHL, but I'm not paying for nothing. Return the package, and I'll keep my money. I'd rather give it to a respectable business like FedEx, who doesn't have a bunch of liars and mouth breathers making empty promises.

DHL Express DHL's Fees are Ridiculous: A Frustrating Experience with Online Shopping and Courier Services in Canada

So, I recently bought some stuff online and the seller decided to send it through courier, which was DHL. I didn't even ask for it, but they did it anyway. And let me tell you, DHL charges a lot of money for their services. I had to pay a minimum of $14 plus tax, on top of the taxes and duties I owed Canada Customs. If you live in Canada, you have to keep your purchase under $20 or buy enough to justify paying DHL's fees. They charge 2.5% of the product value or $10, whichever is highest + $4 C. O. D. Fee + taxes. And when I called to ask them why I was paying $28 on a $36 package, they told me to take it up with the government because taxes are so high. But the actual taxes were only $12 and the rest were their ridiculous fees.

I spoke to a DHL person and they said they get lots of upset calls about their fees, but people pay them because they have little choice. It's frustrating because what's the point of buying things online if you have to pay double the original price in the long run? I'm pretty sure I will be stuck with the useless DHL $16 fee for knocking on my door and spending a minute at the customs counter. I know it's a matter of 1 minute because I have done my own brokerage at customs close to the Toronto airport and it literally takes no time. But now I can't do that because I moved to a town 3 hours away from the GTA and I don't drive. Otherwise, I would be there in a heartbeat. It's worth the drive just to make a point if you are close by.

DHL suggested I should refuse the package to avoid the fees and offered no other solution. My experience with FEDEX and UPS is that they are more understanding and will meet you in the middle depending on what you bought. They do have fees per line in the invoice and other stuff, but they understand when their fees are just too high and will at least try and help you out.

Overall, I'm not impressed with DHL's services. Their fees are too high and they don't seem to care about their customers. I would recommend using a different courier if you have the option.

DHL Express Terrible Experience with DHL: Incompetent Agents, No Resolution, and Unreliable Delivery

DHL is not a good company to deal with. I've talked to more than 10 agents in the past 5 days and none of them can give me a straight answer about my 2 packages. The first package has had duty paid on it, but every agent I talk to says it will be here tomorrow. It's been days and I still don't have my package.

The second package is even worse. Some agents say I haven't paid the duty, even though I have proof that I did. Others say it's on hold for a different reason, but they all assure me it will be delivered the next day. It's been a week of the same response and I still don't have either of my packages.

No one, not even management, can give me a straight answer or solve the issue properly. It was even hard to get on the phone with a team leader or member of management. They refused to put me on and even hung up on me.

After speaking with management, they said they would look into the issue and get back to me with a resolution, but that never happened. I have every voice memo attached to my account if anyone wants to know how DHL treats their "valuable" customers. It's unacceptable in my opinion.

I'm sharing this experience so that it doesn't happen to anyone else. Stay far away from DHL. Agents will say anything to get you off the phone. All they do is take your tracking number and read what it says. Anything else is out of their hands and beyond their control.

If you listen to the calls, you'll hear how many times I was assured my package would be here. After being promised it would be here today, my package is now with a different 3rd party shipping service that says it won't come until "tomorrow" once again.

DHL is a complete waste of time and a scam. They are very far from being international shipping experts in my opinion.

DHL Express DHL Review: Terrible Experience with Shipping Company - Not Recommended for Businesses or Customers

DHL, oh boy, where do I even start? Let's just say that my experience with this shipping company was not a pleasant one. For starters, it took them a whopping 3 days to find my townhouse. I mean, come on, I live just a quarter mile off a major highway in the middle of a well-established town. It's not like I'm living in the middle of nowhere! But no, it took them 4 tries to finally locate my humble abode. And when my package finally arrived, it was in terrible condition. It looked like it had been tossed around like a hot potato for 4 straight days. Not exactly what you want to see when you're eagerly awaiting a $240 pair of shoes from England.

So, I decided to return the damaged shoes and get a replacement pair. The seller shipped a new pair to me, but it's been sitting in a DHL facility in Ohio for over a week now. And get this, it's already cleared customs! So, what's the hold-up, DHL? When I finally managed to get through to a live person (which took way too much time, by the way), I was told that DHL is currently receiving a lot of packages from Asia that are causing delays. Great, so I guess my package from England is less important than those from Asia? Or maybe it's just an excuse because my package got lost or damaged or stolen by one of DHL's "hard-working" employees (yeah, right).

Here's the bottom line, folks. If you're a business looking to ship something to your customers, I highly recommend you steer clear of DHL. They clearly don't care about your business or your customers' needs. And if you're a customer considering a purchase from a retailer, do yourself a favor and check who their shipping provider is. If it's DHL, think twice before hitting that "buy" button. Trust me, the headache and frustration just aren't worth it.

I mean, seriously, DHL, do you even care about your customers? Do you care about the businesses that rely on you to deliver their products? It sure doesn't seem like it. It's a shame, really. It took Germany about 80 years to shake off its reputation for being thorough, and now DHL is doing its best to bring it back. Do us all a favor and fold like the Third Reich, DHL.

DHL Express DHL's Disappointing Policy: A Review of My Experience Sending Medicine to Brazil

So, let me tell you about my experience with DHL. I had to send some medicine to my friend's daughter in Brazil, who suffers from a severe allergic reaction. I chose DHL because it was easier, faster, and cheaper to get the job done from Canada. The package was worth CAD$ 408.87, and I tracked it during the whole process.

To my surprise, the package arrived empty. DHL in Brazil went on an investigation, but they couldn't find anything. It took them nine more days to inform my friend in Brazil that they couldn't find anything there. They notified DHL Canada, and I received an e-mail asking me to file a claim for formalities, which I did immediately.

I was hoping for a fast, sincere apology and a fair refund to buy the medicine and send it again. But that's not what happened. I received a call from a DHL attendant who calmly told me that I would be refunded only CAD$ 3 and some cents calculated based on the weight of the package because I didn't choose to check the insurance option.

I was shocked. I couldn't believe that such a big and renowned company would have such an awful policy. I felt like it was a lame prank. I was disappointed and sad that this simple task of sending a package with important medicine was not accomplished.

I will never use DHL again, and I will do my best to discourage people from doing so. I'm going to write this bad review in all media I have access to, including my website http://shareisthekey.com where I have numerous followers.

DHL Express DHL's Terrible Service: Lost Parcels and No Help in Sight

I had a really bad experience with DHL. I sent some parcels from Groningen to Bratislava, where I was moving, and I was waiting for them to be delivered to my brother's address. However, the delivery guy couldn't find my address, even though it's on Google Maps. He didn't even bother to contact me to let me know that he couldn't find it. As a result, my parcels were sent back to Groningen.

I contacted DHL's customer service through live chat, and they told me to wait until my parcels were sent to the service center from the service point. However, when I contacted them again, they told me that they couldn't find my parcels. I've been waiting for more than three months now, and I still haven't received them.

I need my parcels urgently because they contain medicines that I need for my health. However, DHL doesn't seem to care about my situation. They told me to wait for another 1.5 months, and they don't even know where my parcels are right now. The last update on my account was a month ago, and the customer service representative couldn't even tell me where my parcels were.

I'm really frustrated because no one seems to want to solve my problem. I can't even reach the people who can help me. DHL told me that if the people who receive my parcels refuse them, I can ask my friend to come to the service point to collect them. But what if they accept them? Random people will just collect my personal stuff?

This is the worst delivery service that I've ever used, and if my problem isn't solved soon, I'll never use their services again. I'll also make sure that none of my friends use DHL. It's ridiculous that my parcels are lost, can't be delivered to the right address, and I have to wait for months to receive them. I can't even change my delivery address or provide any other information to help them find my parcels. The biggest shock is that no one seems to care about such issues, and I just have to wait.

Why would DHL hired a lot of thieves & lower class people at the Haïti office that’s asking customers for extra cash just to pick up they packages?
