Upon receiving the product you get a letter that tells you if you would like a full refund please...

I ordered a trial sample of teeth whitening product from Dentech Whitening.com and cancel due to all there hidden fees. Now I keep getting more charges on my account. Beside the one place where they said it states the terms and the costs, which I did not see. I do remember a free gift offer...

I have tried this product and i think it is wonderfull, Most of you people out there are just dence and dont read the terms and conditons which is quite clear on how you will get charger 15 days after the order date not after you recieve it maybe next time get a clue and just dont scroll threw...

I recieved this produgt on July 20, 2009. They said I could try it for 15 days, then return remainder for refund. It, s only been 9 days and they charged my account 89.00 for and 9.99 for a wellness program. I called to cancel this but they said I had to get a RMA number from the support site....

After Dentech Whitening trail, I received the unexpected first shipment and being charged $89.95 by Dentech Whitening. I called (888) 822-4806 to ask if I can mail the first shipment back for them to credit me back the $89.95. They told me to email support@dentechwhitening.com; I got no response....

My story is the same as all the others. I threatened to contact Citibank, whereby they won't proceed with further communication unless I tell them that there is no problem and wont go to my crdit card company.
Fat Chance! Next call is to the cedit card company. Again, I went back...

They list trial entries, for a nominal fee, however, listings do not entirely lead you to believe that they will also send you an 89 dollar monthly "subscription" to the product after 15 days, without any return policy if it DOESN't WORK. Great product? Great ripoff....
