We were lucky enough to visit DQ in Sequim, WA and the service and food were

great! Not having one in our area we were so thrilled to be trying out all the flavors of blizzards., and your 7$ meal deal made my husband smile, and that's hard to do when we eat out! Are you expanding more stores into Massachusetts? We are in western mass, "The Berkshire's" and would love to see one out this way. We will be having a new mayor come January and I'm sure he'd love to invigorate our area, and a DQ would be just the thing to bring some joy to our population. Their food is sooo good! You can get burgers, chicken, and ice cream all in one spot! It's like a dream come true for anyone who loves food! I highly suggest this place to anyone who wants to have a good time and fill their belly with some deliciousness!

But once we finally got our food, it was pretty good. I got a burger and fries and my husband got a chicken sandwich. The burger was juicy and the fries were crispy. The chicken sandwich was also good, but it was a little dry. We both got blizzards for dessert and they were amazing. I got the Oreo blizzard and my husband got the Reese's blizzard. They were both so creamy and delicious. Overall, the food was good, but the smell when we walked in was terrible. It definitely needs to be cleaned up. Also, the service was slow, but that's to be expected at a fast food restaurant. We'll probably come back again, but only if they clean up the smell.

Dairy Queen used to be one of my go-to spots for a quick bite, but lately, it's been a bit of a letdown. The fries are so greasy that they leave a slick on your fingers, and the chicken strips are a real disappointment. The skin is tough as nails, and it's a real struggle to get to the meat inside. It's like they've been sitting around for days, and it's a real waste of money. The only thing that's worth ordering is the gravy and toast, which are both pretty tasty. Overall, I'm not sure what's happened to Dairy Queen, but it's just not the same as it used to be.

Me and my girl went to Dairy Queen Grill and Chill in Silverdale, WA on Ridge top Blv. on 01/28/2019. When we walked in, we didn't get no "hello" or "howdy" or nothing from the worker who was busy with some papers at the counter. She didn't even notice us! I was about to tell my daughter that we should go somewhere else where they actually care about us as customers and give us some dang customer service. But the worker didn't even look up! (That's just sad, man.) So I guess I might have to think twice before going back to this Dairy Queen, you know what I'm saying? Mark A Venezia

Ordered one of these things recently and let me tell you, it was not a good time. With the hot summer heat bearing down on me, I thought it would be a good idea to treat myself to something sweet. But the package was different this time around and I ended up getting less than I expected. And to make matters worse, the top didn't even close properly.

Now, let's talk about the "ice cream". It tasted like frozen skim milk with no flavor whatsoever. I mean, come on, isn't the point of ice cream to be delicious and flavorful? I guess the syrup toppings were supposed to make up for the lack of flavor, but they didn't do much to help.

And don't even get me started on the banana. It was buried under all these globs and I couldn't even tell if it was fresh or not. It looked kinda yellow, but frozen at the same time. For $4.39, this was a horrific experience. I took two bites and then promptly dumped the rest down the drain.

I would have taken it back to the store, but apparently they don't take anything back. So, I'm stuck with this terrible excuse for a dessert. Save yourself the trouble and skip this one.

So, I decided to give Dairy Queen Grill and Chill a try. I went to their website and ordered a birthday cake for my daughter's special day. They sent me an email with the exact time to pick it up, which was two days later at 2:00 PM. I was excited to surprise my daughter with a beautiful cake.

On the day of the pickup, I arrived at the Dairy Queen Grill and Chill, but to my dismay, they said they didn't receive my order. I was disappointed and frustrated. However, the staff was very helpful and understanding. They apologized for the inconvenience and offered to make a cake for me on the spot.

I was impressed with their customer service. They didn't make me feel like I was a burden or an inconvenience. They were genuinely concerned about my situation and went above and beyond to make it right. The cake they made for me was not the one I had originally ordered, but it was still delicious and beautifully decorated.

Overall, I had a positive experience with Dairy Queen Grill and Chill. Their customer service was exceptional, and the cake was delicious. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a tasty treat or a special occasion cake.

However, I do wish their website was more reliable. It's frustrating when you order something online, and it doesn't go through. I hope they can improve their online ordering system in the future. But, if you do have an issue with your order, rest assured that the staff at Dairy Queen Grill and Chill will do everything they can to make it right.

Me and my hubby went to Dairy Queen Grill and Chill for some grub. We waited for like 5 minutes before someone came to take our order. There were 3 other peeps just chillin' in the eating area, not doing anything productive. Finally, we placed our order and got it in less than 3 minutes. But, my cheeseburger was microwaved and the pickles and buns were so hot that I couldn't even take a bite. My hubby's hotdog was still cold on the inside and the cheese was piled up so high with stale cheese. The French fries were cold and limp, like they had been sitting there for hours. We ended up throwing our meals away, what a waste of money! And to top it off, there was no ice in the ice machine. We are never going back there again and we will tell all our family and friends to stay away too.

Dairy Queen Grill and Chill is a popular spot for families to grab a quick bite to eat and enjoy some delicious ice cream treats. However, one thing that I have noticed is that many of the locations seem to be run by teenagers. While this isn't necessarily a bad thing, it can sometimes lead to some minor issues with the service.

For example, almost every time that I go through the drive-thru and order hot food and ice creams for my family, I am given the ice creams first and then forced to pull up and wait for the hot food. This can be frustrating, as I am left sitting in my car watching the ice creams slowly melt and drip all over my car seats, steering wheel, and even myself!

It seems like it would make more sense for the staff to give me the hot food first and then the ice creams, or even better, to give me my entire order all at the same time. This would save me the hassle of having to wait and prevent my ice creams from melting before I can even enjoy them.

Another issue that I have noticed is that sometimes the staff can be a bit careless when handling the ice cream cones. My children really don't like getting their ice creams if they can see evidence that their 53-year-old father's tongue was swept all over their cones! It would be great if the staff could be a bit more mindful of this and take extra care when preparing the ice cream treats.

Overall, Dairy Queen Grill and Chill is a great place to grab a quick meal and enjoy some tasty ice cream treats. While there are some minor issues with the service, these are easily overlooked when you consider the delicious food and friendly atmosphere. I drove up to the drive thru last night around 7:30 pm. No response, so I said Hello. Lady said I'll be with you in a minute. So. I wait another 5 minutes and said hello again. Same lady came back on and sais" I said I'll be with you in a few minutes. So, I left since I could not get service from your facility.

I will be sure to put this on social media, so we all can go somewhere else.

If your lady cannot handle drive thru business, then she shouldn't be on that register.

I gave the employee a 10.00 dollar bill for this meal and received 1.04 in change. Went and sat down at the only clean spot at a table I could find. The table and floors were fifthly. The meal came without delay. I could not believe the miniature hamburger crammed into a miniature box. Wasn't even very good. The fries were also small crammed into a miniature box. This was 9 dollar kiddy meal. I will never eat at dairy queen again unless I was just rescued from a deserted island and dairy queen was the only place within 50 miles to eat and drink. 6-7 years ago, you could get a nice meal at dairy queen.

July 27th, 2023 around 7:20 pm.

I went into the store and order a chicken wrap and small fry from the 2 for $6.00 menu and a small smartie brizzard. At the time there was only one person behind me. First they made the brizzard, which sat on the counter near me, then I waited for my meal. The fries appeared on the order shelf, then they were put into another order. Then the wrap was put there to wait for the complete order. In the meantime the blizzard is now melting on the counter, when I asked for a napkin I was told there is some on the side counter. Finally they gave me some to clean the mess on their counter. After inquiring why they would made the blizzard first when they were slow at filling the meal, I was told sorry. When I finally complained again that I now had a melted blizzard, a cold wrap and still no fries, they redid the wrap, finally filled the fries and then made another blizzard. NOTE it only took 35 minutes to finally get my order, since at least 4-5 customer had ordered and been served by then. Several customer congratulated me on being calm during this ordeal.

Dear Dairy Queen,

I am writing to express my slight disappointment with the quality of the chicken strips I received at one of your restaurants. The chicken strips tasted metallic, like metal. I don’t remember the date of my visit, but I do remember which restaurant I got it from. I was very unhappy with the quality of the food and would like to request a refund or compensation.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

The girl that was handing ice cream

Orders out at the Dairy Queen in Shelby NC . I waited for 30 minutes to get a blizzard and a cone the girl ask if I had gotten it I told her know and she said that’s not what you said. Argued with me ask me what was I going to do about it? I told her I will contact the manager and corporate. She said the manager is right over there . I said I won’t waste my time and contact corporate. She kept saying what are you going to do? What are you going to do? Ask her name someone said Riley or Kiley I do know she went on break at the busiest times. She was caring a light blue Nike bag her hair was ina ball on the top of her head. Tattoo on her right arm. Rude all together. I called the store ask for corporate number they hung up on me called back and they wouldn’t pick up. This was 4/16/2023 around 7:30 pm. I am livid something needs to get done or this place will lose more business. I will make sure something gets done.

Yes I have been complaining to this company for years about not having Orange Julius beverages in their restaurants and I would ike them to start selling them n their restaurants again.. They won't give me a reason why they don't ssell them anymore and I want to get one at a DQ restaurant again.. The location for the DQ is the corporate offices.. I would like to have the entire chain be revamped with locations everywhere and more treats and meals added to the menu..

My girlfriend asked the worker if ordering a larger “lava” blizzard would also have an increased amount of “lava” inside the ice cream. The worker started shouting at her! It was almost humorous that someone could be like that. We assumed maybe the worker had mental problems and continued to place our order. I ordered a larger sized blizzard with lava, and what I got was almost no lava at all…. I couldn’t find it, and when I did — it was cold. It sounds funny to expect it to be hot when surrounded by ice cream, but I’ve ordered lava blizzards many times at a different Dairy Queen — the lava is actually still very warm.

Since this location cannot make a lava blizzard very well, I just asked to change to something more simple, but because the ice cream was disappointing. After that they got upset with me because I wasn’t satisfied…declined to make a new ice cream. So I just handed them the one they made and tried to convince my girlfriend that we should just leave…but then they rudely handed me a different blizzard.

Several weeks later I went back to this DQ and ordered my usual blizzard. Instead of greeting me and saying “Hi welcome to Dairy Queen” the workers says “Do not try to refund anything today” — this man was a higher ranking worker than the rude woman who shouted at my girlfriend weeks prior.

I am very disappointed with the DQ on 6214 199 St. In Edmonton. I called to see if they could do a custom picture for a slab cake for my father-in-laws 90th birthday. They told me I need to order 24 hours ahead of pickup. I arrived at the store and put in my order on Thursday April 6, 2023 to pickup on Saturday April 8, 2023. I was told it should be ready anytime after 10:00am. We spent $55 (prepaid) for the large slab cake. We arrived to pickup the cake Saturday morning at 11:55am and nothing was done. They had no idea what the order was under until I told them it was for a 90th birthday the next day, today April 9th. They told me it was not done because there was not a time for pickup on the order and the email with the picture and the name on the order were different (my husbands name Terry Rach, was on the email and my first name, Linda was on the order form). The email said Rach 90th birthday. Aside from this confusion the cake was not ready. We ended up waiting for 20 minutes for them to do the cake. While we were waiting we were offered a dilly bar which we said no to. Their time management and ensuring emails and orders are consistent for cake orders need to be improved. I was not impressed.

I have been getting free dilly bars for a long time by doing the required survey.

Lately the brief survey link on the receipt does NOT work. I cannot find the form and when I finally do, it says it need 19 digits to work. My so called code is only 10 digits.

So, Where Do I Go to access the survey? And where is a 19 digit code to put in; my receipt has 10 digits.

Why is the incorect link on the receipts and What is the Correct Link to access the survey.

Everyone needs to do like Oklahoma… If you’re in the United States and you can’t speak English, learn it …we live in the United States and I’m watching TV and fukking commercials came on in Spanish for Dairy Queen. You will not get my business anymore and I will be spreading this on social media, we speak English in the United States of America. Stop using political [censored] for your commercials.

I'd like to see a new KETO approach to DQ's e.g., lettuce wrapped burgers (Like A&W's) not just a piece of lettuce thrown on a burger. Also perhaps using an extra patty as a bun (like a double down no bun). English Muffins could be (back bacon instead of a bun)? If possible, xanthium gum French fries? They look and taste like fries if appropriately salted. Almond or coconut almond flour coated onion rings. No sugar added ketchup. More diet drinks not just diet Coke/Pepsi. Keto ice-cream (made with real cream) and 75% chocolate drizzle with almond pieces, grilled chicken bites with low carb or no-carb dips. Would like to see DQs expand to the low carb folks not just salads. I'm trying to change my lifestyle and I need you to help me when I need to grab something that compliments my new lifestyle. Millions of people need this approach and I'd like to see DQ's surpass A&W. Thanks for your consideration!

This is the 3rd time I've had issues and the first time complaining... The chicken bites had no breading at all and was naked chicken and quite honestly it was gross .. the cheeseburger wasn't cooked all way..

Top that off, it was a 45mimute drive from dairy queen in whiteland Indiana to Waldron Indiana where we became aware that the food was bad... I would be grateful if you all could do something bout it cause I feel like they just getting lazy in there too ..

I went to web site. entered the information from the receipt. then comes up with "the information you entered we can not complete." the receipt was made on the 19th and I entered it on the 22nd, that is within the 3 days that it needed to be completed. we go there often, and I get busy so don't put in the reciepts. I only remembered because we went again on the 20th. I couldn't get past the sorry screen to put the receipt for the 20th. so I'm out 2 dilly bars. overall, I guess my complaint is to not lock a person out from using the site. I must have typed a number in wrong or something. but I really don't think I did.
