COUNTRYWIDE HAS NO COMPASSION ABOUT DEALING IN ARM LOANS. I WAS A VICTIM OF THEIR MONEY MAKING SCHEME. THE FINANCIAL PERSON TALKED ME INTO GETTING AN ARM FROM A HOUSE I HAD SO I COULD GET CASH OUT AND GET ANOTHER HOUSE. In september of 2007 i had to apply for a loan modification, with countrywide because i lost my job was seperated from my husband since feb, 07 & because i had a an ajustable rate mortgage. They told me it would be 15-45 buisness days to get a response, and that i would be called by a "negotiator"....
