no service , and used my credit card

i was ordering some antispyware for my new comp. well i had to pay 49.50 for a 24/7 hot line in case i ever needed any thing. well i never got the antivirus, but was charged 49.5e0 on my credit card . and, have not been able to reach them since. Hence i have been with out antivirus protection....
