Clean Health Suspicious of illegal acts and harmful to the community

To whom it may concern:
I met a woman in December 2011. She lived in Hawaii/Kauai. She said was visiting in Washington State with a friend for a few weeks. Only, she was in Utah at the time I met her. She was actually living in a friend of her's home in the Salt Lake City area. I later found out she had been on the mainland for almost 4 months. Her name she told me was Jacqueline Anton. I saw on a credit card of hers, the name Jeanette Leavitt. She said she had to change her name because the "Jewish Mafia" was after her a few years ago. Her late husband, a multimillionaire attorney in California "had ties." She had a stack of credit cards in hr purse. She also carried her passport in her purse. The name on it was Jeanette Leavitt, not her current name. Her address in Kauai was a P.O. Box. She eventually moved to Utah wanting to pursue a relationship with me. She listed her new address as a P.O. Box here in Utah as well. She has no listings of any current address over a 3 year period of anything other than a P.O.Box. The point I am slow in getting to is that she is the President of her self-started company. It is called Clean Health. She does some kind of Neuro-Modulation Technique sessions on the phone with people, charging them $125/hr. She claims she can feel them from her phone and heal certain conditions over the phone. The other point I am making is that she also was a private distributer of naturopathic supplements. She apparently has customers all over the world. I don't recall the name of the supplements and she night not have any connection to the fraud case listed on this site. I ran a background check on her and nothing comes up but her name and P.O. Box and the name of her company, listing her as President, but no contact info whatsoever. She left her place here in Utah very suddenly, without any prior warning or reasoning other than to say she was going to her daughter's in Bozeman, Montana and will no longer stick around here. She left her p/u truck 2004 Toyota, immaculate condition, all of her belongings, clothing, a closet full of supplements, at least a couple of grand worth, and several bins of personal belongings. It was all there for over 2 months. I knew the landlady, i helped her find this place to live. I have never heard from her since. She has over 797 contacts in her phone (I helped set up her new iPhone), but only 27 friends on Facebook. None of the friends are any that she spoke of or lived with here on the mainland. She stated to me that part of the reason she moved here was convenient to get to know me, but also to apply at University of Utah and Brigham Young University for their Nurse Practitioner Programs. Her RN license expired in May of 2011> She told me to keep that quiet so she would not ever get in trouble in her practice with her clients. I don't know things for sure, but everything to me sounded suspicious. I have been searching for some info on her or her company, but very little turns up. It may be all nothing, or it might be something worth checking out. She does bank at Chase. I once saw a personal note to herself, on it was written, "Goals for 2013: 1.2 million dollars. Goals for 2016: 12.6 million dollars." She doesn't own a home, she rents and travels all over living out of two suitcases and a backpack. She left her friend's place in Salt Lake City one night undercover without even telling her or leaving a note. I was there. I told her she should at least leave a note. She apparently has done this a lot with many of her "friends" who are not on her Facebook page. Her "daughter (married to a man 30 years her senior)" or any other of her 11 siblings or parent are also not listed on her Facebook page. She once told me that they all think she's crazy and thought she should be institutionalized, so she never speaks to them any more. She had 3 marriages. Her 1st files divorce against her. She told me he was gay so she let him file for divorce. Turns out he lives in Salt Lake City, married a woman just 8 months after the divorce and had 4 children. Gay? Hmm! Her 2nd husband died, but was in the process of a divorce. The 3rd husband filed for divorce against her. She claimed her was crazy. He also died of a heart attack on an airplane in August of 2011. One of the supplements in her closet was some kind of liquid. The label stated that it was not for human consumption and was meant for turkeys and other poultry, right n the label. # marriages, 3 divorces, and 2 deaths. Sounds like a mystery movie. I can't think this stuff up. I would like to see her stopped before she potentially harms any of her "clients" or anyone else, maybe even herself. She has had past relationships where she also left abruptly. She has a need for constant reassurance of herself and asks many times a day for such assurance. I caught her in several lies and she changes the subject or says that she never did or said any such thing. She copied me and my actions and quips and quotes/sayings> She had a story for everything. If you said you were a jeweler, she knew the best in the world and she does know jewelry. If you have an interest in marine biology she said she knew the 3rd best marine biologist in the world, the number one surfer. She said she was a 3rd degree black belt in Jiu Jitzu, but she was so weak I literally carried her to the doctors several times and in and out of her apt. to get to the car. She was ill about 4 days a week, the the other days were recovery days. She called me once and I went over because she was laying on the bathroom floor, pale white, her eyelids were literally purplish in color, the cuticles of each of her fingers were picked and bloody and she was nauseous and had tremors. I picked her up off the floor and set her in her room. It took her nearly 4 days to recover to the point of going outside and agin I carried her out of her place and held onto her to walk. Maybe I'm just hyper because of recent news of a woman who put Visine in her boyfriends drinks so she could "get his attention" according to reports. This woman sought out attention and reassurance of herself constantly. 3 marriages, never her fault, same with skipping out on her fiends who let her live in their places for months. 2 dead husbands and another who does not match her story, as well as many of her stories that did not match up with congruent timelines, dates and durations, and people that did not exist. Please forgive me for the length of this message. I saw the company of Clean Health and fraud and my mind went off. I would really like this person to be helped and if needed placed into custody or in an institution for all of these behaviors before someone gets hurt. I will not state my name or a moniker because she has some delusional thinking and I do not want any harm coming to my family or me. Please forgive me for that, but there is a lot more I could share, but this is the gist of it. Please direct me to the right authorities to see if there is any connection with this case here. I really do believe there is something very wrong with her and her behaviors not matching things she says. Not good. Thank you for your patience in reading this. Sincerely, Concerned, very concerned
p.s. I have a brochure with all of the info on it and her credentials, photo of her, address phone numbers etc. of the business. My email is [protected]@yahoo.com Let me know if you want more info. Thank you again.

Clean Health no product/big charge

I ordered a product from Clean Health on the internet. Realized right away that I had made a mistake. Called to cancel. Never received any product. Was billed. I paid on the assumption that product would come and that cancellation would than kick in. Wrong. Received nothing. Just was billed again, no product. I have called c/c and asked for a new number. C/C will investigate, but since phone number on the bill is 'no longer in service' I feel really scammed. If you are smarter than me and check ahead -- do not buy from Clean Health. They will clean you out!

Clean Health Fraud

Was getting gas on Thursday, Feb. 3, 2011 using my debit/credit card. The pump stopped at $7 and wouldn't proceed. Called my bank to see what was the problem. The account read only $2.02 available. Shocked, as I knew there should be approx. $100.00 available to me. I then noticed there was a charge of $87.13, plus another $2.95, from CleanHealth ... Something looked suspiciously familiar ... As I recalled, there was another incident several months back where I got duped by a health product company and was charged the same amount of $87, plus $2.95 ... I've never been duped or scammed before, but took steps to contact said company to CANCEL any further transactions and demanded a refund for their ERROR. There was a partial reimbersement made back into my bank account, for which I then chalked it all up as a lesson learned ... Having actually spoken to one of the company reps. I made it very CLEAR there were to be NO FURTHER orders or business with this company and DEMANDED to be removed from their books. Regretfully, I did not received any confirmation to this ordeal ... This recent episode was quite a shock and naturally made me furious. I'm on a very minimal SS income and cannot afford ANY losses ... Went directly to my bank and changed accounts. Which, I had for umpteen years. The bank is now aware of this unscrupulous company, which I found out, the company is already on a BAD list ... Not only this - BUT! This company is using ATT phone services in a fraudulent manner, as the # [protected] which is being used as a contact number and does nothing but play music - until you get frustrated and hang up. I stayed on the line for at least a half hour (during business hours) and still no answer ... I called ATT and reported the scamming use of their service and that one of the numbers used #[protected], which was listed with one of the charges on my acc., connected me directly with their service ... I'm making a BIG stink over this because NO-BODY tries to take CRIMINAL advantage over me without serious repercussions ... Even if it's just getting the WORD out ... The COMMENTS made here-in are going to be distributed to as many sources as I can contact - including the FCC and FBI ... Thank You, Barbara O'Bleness ... [protected]@frontier.com

This is the worst company I have ever worked with ..I have been trying to get my money back since June 6, 2015 and I have been given every excuse in the book. We are now at the end of july and they now tell me they already gave me a refund. Un freckin believeable. I so far have called them 15 times. They have made me so anxious and don't know how they are getting away with treating people this way.

Terms they use: In process, expedited, proceeded to

No unconscious at all

I first used clean health nutrition for Garcinia cambogia and testostrong, a mate and i did a trial i went to gym and watched what i ate, and he kept eating ### and sitting on the lounge, i lost 15 kgs in 3 months, his weight stayed the same, draw from that what you like, my sex drive and performance were greatly enhanced, my mates stayed the same apparently. i am 50 years old hes 40. Only charged once. delivery to australia 3 weeks. 2nd time tried a company pure select for wonder pill vital cleanse, to use in conjunction with cambogia, this company did charge me for product a second time, i could not get hold of them, correspondence to stop them taking money from my account escalated to the point they contacted my employer, telling them they shouldnt employ someone like me, because of what i threatened to do to them UNBELIEVABLE. MY EMPLOYER THEN THREATENED THEM WITH LEGAL ACTION, and no more money was taken out. Pure select is a out right scam ( be warned)

I stupidly fell for a 'Trial offer' of Raspberry Ketone Pills. They arrived, didnt agree with me, and so I forgot all about it. Then 2months later checked my bank account and over £100 had been taken from my account by ' CLEAN HEALTH'. I contacted this company, who had no record of my details, they then gave me the number for Garcinia Slim [protected] also email address support@garciniaslim500.com
I contacted this company and it was them who were debiting my account.
SO BEWARE THAT ANOTHER COMPANY IS TAKING MONEY FROM ACCOUNTS USING ANOTHER COMPANIES NAME!

I ordered 3 bottles and got 2 free. I also ordered the Safer Colon, 3 bottles.. I'd been using the product for over a month with no visible results, as did my daughter and a friend. I ordered for all 3 of us. I just called the company and spoke with a gentleman who gave me a Return Merchandise Number to ship my unused bottles and product back. I will see if they stand behind their 60 day money back guarantee. I had no trouble getting in touch with customer service and the man was very nice. You can look up their address on their website. It's not rocket science. I really hope they stand behind their word. If not, I will be re-posting my experience, and contacting the proper authorities, but for now, we will see.

I agree with WendyDJ. Ordered my pills and thought I was scammed as they did not arrive. I had all but given up when my pills arrived in the mail. Very late, but I got them just the same.

I have read a ton of complaints on Clean Health Nutrition and people state that they are 'frauds' and 'it's a scam'! I do not disagree that this is a possibility, but I received my Garcinia Cambogia pills from them so they must not be total frauds? I ordered on the June 10th, and they said I should get my package in a few days. I waited about a week, then a little longer, and then some, and still nothing so I did some research (which I know, I should have done before ordering), and found all these horrible stories. I thought I was screwed but finally on July 8th my product was delivered. I agree, NOT good customer service, but unlike most people who are saying they never got their package, can't get ahold of anybody, and never got refunded- maybe wait a little longer for delivery before calling it a scam.
