I have been a daily customer of this Circle K for a few years now and have gotten to know the last 3 managers. While the previous 2 were pleasant enough, the current manager John is by far the best yet! His pleasant attitude to the customers and employees is exemplary. The store is always clean and well stocked. I look forward to starting my day there before work.

To tell you the truth, I had been working with this company the longest ever since I could remember. When they were Stop N' Go, Corner Store, Diamond Shamrock etc. then now name which I called a "Psycho K". I got this job because it was a very convenient for me at that time being married to a Military, from a different country. Ma'an I had a good experienced pretty much the whole entire time till I was let go unfortunately before I plan to retire this year. 2024. I had a very good Managers all the times for the fact that I was a good asset to the company I think. and I will name them, My area manager during I first got started, was 'Henry Delgado"A very good firm and caring man. This job was actually my first of the two job I had. Working as a cashier here and working as a waitress at the same time. The length of my employment working at this company tells all. That if they take care of me, then I will be a good employee in return, its not just about being getting paid, its about taking pride of what you do as a customer service. And I love that. To make the story short, The last previous manager I had name Crystal, she a very firm individual and tell you the way it is, easily to get along with everyone, hard working, caring to her employees, very easy-going, funny and always on to go of a kind. Well, unfortunately, this company let her go for a very stupid reasons, for the fact that she stepped outside the store for writing the customer's license plate number after assaulting one of the employee. Crystal was replace by" Cynthia"this new supposedly a manager? I don't know how she became one. Well this company is very desperate to have employee stay and very well known of not fairly treating an employee with respect and dignity, as well. This company is known for hiring employees managers, regular employee, or maybe employee who are working in the above level like market managers who were selling drugs and use drugs. I had seen it all and dealt almost it all. I remember I had an issued of one of a co-worker who I caught drinking in the cooler and smoke weed. I thought on that time it would be appropriate by mentioning it to the manager and the area manager at the same time, But I only regret it later on after, a response from them that, 'Well I know and understand your concerned, but to tell you the truth, sooner or later drugs will be legalize here in this state. I cannot believe what I was hearing and I was shocked for this management conclusions of the issue to the store. Maybe just because I was being naive and married to a military and being from the different country, I Sense then, I realize that its useless to confide any issues in the store to those particular management who were against of what you think its right. So its beast way to just keep your mouth shuts and go with the flows. Since this Cynthia took over, I thought I will give us a chance to get to know each other to get to know her and for her to get to know me well. Well, time passes by, then a year. One first incident she just came back from few days vacation and I was in charge the money in the safe, I had reminded her that we are out of changes and she goes," I just got back from my vacation and why is that you are telling me and not the asst.? The cook name Regina stop and look at her in weird way without sayin anything, and Cynthia continued to [censored] at me just over the change and that I waited for her to come back and tells her? After that, Regina offered to get some changes by saying in frustration,"Give me some damn money so I can get some changes" And that's when Cynthia remain silence and decide to go get some change cause I told her that she is the manger and therefore she is responsible for what we need in the store. And She didn't not take that so well. After that incident, I had noticed the distance between me and her. The smart remarks continued by her saying things toward me like, why can't you stay still do you have ants in your butt?

Why are you leaving the mop bucket, why are you helping this person todo the trash she can do it herself, I missed part of a broken glass outside after sweeping she literarily came to me, Hey why did you left this or that? She finds little stuff to irritate the craft of you, I wouldn't give her an inch of a satisfaction but instead I will showed her for buying everyone drinks including her with her energy drink. I sometimes buy everyone's meals including her just for us to come and work together as a team and get along and that was my intentions, I really believe that with her, once you burn that bridges towards her, She is the type of a person that waiting for that opportunity find little tiny reason to get rid of you, This woman doesn't care how hard working you are, how good employee you are, to the customers, how good asset you are to this company, she would never recognize that. for the fact that she is threaten by that. She can't stand the fact listening to some customers giving me some compliments like, Oh I am glad you are here, its a messed when you are not here, no body would clean the store, no body would move faster when there's a long line etc. She can't stand the fact that she is next to me (while we are working), when someone would ask and want to talk to me because they thought I am the manager. She would mocking me with my accent, she would jokingly ask me when someone on the phone want to talk tome. When you put all these together this is a behavior of someone who is so intimated by you and jealous of you. When my car was in the shop, and I was driving a rental car for couple months and she literarily says. omg, you still driving that rental car, how much you are paying? I feel sorry for your husband? She would say to me, I am planning to get a Mercedez and you should too, of all that money you spent for lottery? You can afford to buy one. So why is that its her concern? I just look at her and say. yeah I think you deserve to have a Mercedez. I dont like Mercedez I said, I love Corvette and I used to drive one. A ZR1. She would look at me with her eyes wide opened by surprise. So back to what I am saying here, that this company is so desperate to keep managers running the store with a little pay. Therefore someone like Cynthia, even though of all the stuffs that has been happening

and going on to this store the market manager name Joe Duqueze would put up with her for the fact that they couldn't fine anybody with little pay. Joe Duquez knew what is going on this store like employee chasing thieves outside which is against the company policy, that Cynthia is chasing somebody who stole a bag of grocery and cigarettes outside the store in fact I know the dates that happened. I sent a letter to that market manager but ignored the issue, The employee who tripped and chased the customer all the way outside for stealing a cartoon of cigarettes and in fact that employee was hurt by the thief who pushed her against the door and also there was a police report? And Cynthia never report the incidents to the loss prevention for the fact that the employee is her husband relatives. She knows it would be a hersay if the company finds out that they are related coz they have to prove, This incident was mentioned to the market manager Joe Duquez and never resolve. Now the two other co workers of mine, Precious and Tiana and I were buying scratch off ticket on the clock which is against the store policy, we understand and aware of that, and these was going on for quite awhile since she took over. Scratching ticket on the clock is just as bad as chasing the thieves outside in the middle of the night and there's no difference. But the minute when you talk back to that manager or stated your opinion that she doesn't like? She would hold and use that against you and that's what happened to the three of us. Chasing the thieves outside is the big no no to the company as well, as chasing the thieves Cynthia had done that as well, in fact that was the reason why the previous manager Chrystal was let go? The same scenario.

So tell me and you decide and tried to figure out these pictures? There's a conspiracy going on at circle K that sometimes the CEO of this company need to know and recognize. and to see the bigger pictures that there's more to just having managers pretending and running the stores and not investigating on what's actually happening and find solutions. Other incidents in fact? just a recently, I run in to one of my good customer at HEB, told me On February 23, 2024 around 11 am to 12 she said, that someone at the store who she describe chunky with black hairs, and that she was literarily embarrassed the employee by saying not the exact words saying about dirty laundry and that he is nasty in front of people? This is what I am talking about? This person got away with once, and she will continue to do so, because Joe Duquez is allowing her. There's so many to tell but I was just mention some of it. I would most likely say this, Circle K is not that bad of a company to work for? Its the type of people that they hired for and ignoring the issues of what's going on the any locations.

The night-time shift black woman ( who refused to give her name while cussing and screaming at me) after threatening me over her phone conversation she was having while mopping the floor, because I asked her if she knew “the price of an item, a candy bar”. She proceeded to talk on the phone after barking “NO” and staring at me menacingly because I dared to ask a customer service employee a question, then says “this motherfucker gonna walk on the floor like I’m not [censored]ing mopping here”, then when I ask if she’s talking to me, because she’s speaking about me and we’re the only two people in the store - she says “IM ON THE PHONE - YOU GOT A PROBLEM?” Then escalates to cussing further claiming “she doesn’t give a [censored], [censored] - this a part-time job “ when told that she’s not very nice or good at her customer service job. Then she has her baby-daddy or whoever’s on the phone come flying into the parking lot to attempt to attack me after she’s already been hostile, rude, and aggressively threatening over a customer asking her a question while she’s on the clock, working.. She refused to give her name , but this was at the Collinsville, IL, Circle K on route 159/West country lane. She’s a 25-35 year old black woman. 12/20/2023

Circle store k 1774,

December 15, 2023 at 12;30 pm. Reigister # 1 # 56872, I Went to buy prime drink and the manager was very very RUDE. I ask the price and he said can’t you see at screen, although the screen was off, all black, then I started the payment and the machine tap was not working, so he asked me to insert the card so I did and then machine ask me to use the strip so I told him that this machine have some problem, he screem at me and said you don’t know how to use it and don’t come to this store next time. I been here since last 24 year never been treated so bad. Please teach some ethic before you hire some person I. The Reputed and well know store . Please take of care of this person, my kids always come to this store and I am not scared to send them here, this person is mentally sick.

Had the most horrific experience with a racist and unprofessional dude at the Circle K, 9101 SAM FURR RD

HUNTERSVILLE, NC, US, [protected] counter on 2 nd october 2023 at 8 pm, , got some chips and coke bottle and was going to get some cigarettes at the counter, dude said he sells only lottery here at the counter and all other stuff needs to be self checked out, I said I'm buying cigs as well and will pay all at once, he started yelling at me saying learn English and insisted I pay twice for these products separately which I denied, rude is not the word it was outright racist. 7 eleven needs to fire him and bring in professionals.

The racist employees in Casa Grande AZ.. isn't going to fly much longer here. The unnecessary rudeness, the disrespectful comments, the threatening of weaponizing law enforcement on predominantly black people..the list goes on. This complaint is to hold Circle K as a whole responsible for the type of environment the company is representing in culturally mixed communities. Until further.

On March 10th 2024 at 1511 hours i was buying chew at your Mira Mesa ,Ca store on Reagan and camino ruiz. The customer before me let the clerk know ( blond guy in his 50s ) that the security tape had been removed on the no #3 pump. He paid cash and when he left i asked the clerk what he was gonna do. He said “I have no clue, they never trained us on that” . I said what if theres a chip in there stealing cards. He said “I don't know what to do”.Thought you’d like to know as that was unprofessional and i felt bad for all the others using that pump that day or even now if it wasn't fixed.

I find it offensive that I am 35 years old with gray hair in my beard and my cousin Crystal is a cashier. She knows exactly how old I am and has asked me for my ID many times, and she refuses to sell me beer without my ID. The fact that she is blood related to me and I have gray hair in my beard and I have been ID'd many times over means that I shouldn't be ID'd anymore. I literally take offense to this and I want it to stop.

My husband purchased a bottle of white wine from the Circle K in HoChiMinh City. We put it in the refrigerator at our hotel to enjoy after our tour the next day. When we did return and open the bottle the wine was off. My husband took it back, less about a half of a glass as we were both tasting it and we were told that we would not get a refund or a credit. They had several excuses - you opened the bottle so we can’t take it back- how are we to know it was off if we didn’t open the bottle? They then said we didn’t buy it there - but it’s hard to find white wine in SE Asia and they had the exact wine in the shelf. I told them I would leave a hotel review and tell ppl not to buy wine at their store.

An employee that was being nosey about why I quit and about my current divorce sent me a message when she didn't get what she wanted saying my first husband killed himself to get away from me and talking about my stillborn baby boy. I won't have her distracting their memory. Since I said she was harassing me I can have her brought up on charges. I have spoken to law enforcement and Georgia State Prosecutor Carl Schluter. This isn't the first or second complaint I have filed about Candi Marshall with the store. This is the 4th complaint and the 2nd one about my son. It had also be the last.

I was a customer at the Circle K on in Cary North Carolina. I was purchasing a water and stood in line behind a couple. Daniel Ward, the cashier said, “Mam, the line starts over here. If you could stand over here please.” Sounds innocent enough however, there is one other customer in the store, no one behind me. I asked him if he was serious. “You want me to move one foot to the left of these people? He told me by standing there that I was blocking the door. Clearly trying to exert some kind of control. Currently, I am in my car writing this and Daniel just approached me outside and asked me if I would like to come back in the store. I asked him to go away because he is nuts. He told me to leave or he would call the police. I said, please do, I think they will take you away. So, circle K, you have a problem on your hands. This guy is a bad apple and unstable. You have been warned.

I went to my normal circle k [protected] hwy 80 Phenix city Al. I paid for 20 in gas inside but when I went to pump nothing came out. I went back inside to complain and maybe move to another pump but the manager wouldn't listen to me and said what I was charge was from my bank. I wasn't complaining about the charge that was for my other stuff. She wouldn't listen and I left with no gas.

i will put it very easy to understand >>>its time to boycott your company>>reason the absolute failure of training staff. today veterans day >>i am a 69 yo viet nam veteran, went into circle k carbondale ill, for 2 coffees. approx 9 45 am. two women 1 bl. 1 wh. behind counter. wh. was involved, other standing b.sing thought bl would say something as i stood, nope bl. kid moved in front she took him ,me other called , rang up purchase of coffees, 4.00 not only were these 2 total [censored]es they did not even think to give vet discount ,even tho wearing nam vet shirt and cover. not one word of support for vets..i did get resolved>>> but your company makes billions because of the sacrifice and this is proof of the crap from your company. this vet is going to get very loud about it. whoopie a cup of coffee that costs you what a dime and you charge 2 bucks. its boycott time!

Rude kitchen manager, lady with tattoos on her hand and neck. She has a general demeanor of misery that follows her. Yells she loves her job in loud and derogatory manner. Talks on the phone with her blue tooth head phones about how she will close the doors. Saying things like ,(little [censored] your all screwed). And talks about how much trouble she will cause for all her co-workers. She creates a severely hostal work place. I feel bad for the other employees that work there. If she hates everyone and her job so much why doesn't she just get a different job.
