I have tried to call this company to stop their deduction of $12.95 per month on my account and have not been able. I need this deduction to stop. They have been taking this amount since I believe April.

I have notified my bank and apparently it is slow moving for them as well.

There are numerous complaints regarding this company. I did get through to the customer service department. After explaining that I didn't sign up for any membership, the operator explained it was spelled out in the offer. She canceled it for me, but I won't be getting the money back....
