Chipotle Mexican Grill Online order

I ordered on line on 1/27/24 I paid like $ 24.00 for a steak burrito bowl and quesadilla meal. I got there 3 mins after the time was to pick up and I walked in and was told that there was no order for me. I had to stand there and look up my order again on my phone and then wait for another employee to decide to help me. I live only about 7-8 mins away and when I got home my food was cold, no telling how long it was sitting on the shelf. I tried to call but it is a hassle. I really would like a refund as the food was not anywhere where it should be and for that cost is un satisfying. you can reach me at [protected] or my email

Chipotle Mexican Grill Vinaigrette dressing

Always in the evening when it's time to order dinner, every 3rd or 4th time, after ordering a salad, then after the salad bowl is complete, I ask to include a container of the vignette dressing.. And the response is, we are "all out" of dressing... Chipotle dressing is what makes the salad, what gives it taste! Otherwise, it's just a bowl of lettuce, meat and add ons, a plain bowl - tasteless bowl. A billion dollar company, and you consistently run out of vignette dressing. It's happened so many times I lost count. C'mon chipotle, you're better than this, you can get this right...

Chipotle Mexican Grill App order missing products

Hello,

today 1/11 at 12:10 pm i made an order that was missing items;

Tortilla chips and the vajita veggies, i told the door dash but they were out delivering other foods so I told them id contact chipotle for a refund

I contacted pepper chat and they offered rewards, I dont want rewards as i dont go to chipotle often, i am requesting a refund

Chipotle Mexican Grill Customer services

I asked to speak the store manager for a question, one of the employees said the manger was on the telephone line and she will be out. The manger did not come out until about 7 or 10 minutes later, due to her telephone call conversation. She was very rude, when speaking to her. Also, we ask her name, she stated that quote " I DO NOT HAVE A NAME" so then we ask the cashier her name she explain the same statement about SHE DOES NOT HAVE A NAME EITHER.

Desired outcome: We will like someone to contact us concerning this matter solve because this was a very embarrassing situation due to the fact that the customer services unpleasant. These two employees need some type of disciplinary action.

I went to order me some food today around 1128am at the Chipotle on 212 Westlake Ave N Seattle, WA 98109, As soon as I walked it the young woman with long red hair says "We closed and there's a line" So I asked her which is it are you closed or their is a line? She says both remind you it says they opened at 1045am? So I was a little confused and stood on line not knowing what's going on. Than at 1135 someone comes up to the hot bar and says they waiting for people to come in and start serving. Me and another customer still being patient still standing on the line. The girl again comes to the customer in front of me and says "I like customers like you" With me standing right their and being a African American woman I took defense to it

Chipotle Mexican Grill Online order server crashed

Could not find a working customer service number until a few days ago coming across this complaint board. The incident happened on Halloween around 3:00 pm. Chipotle was having a special on burrito bowls so I placed an online order with some other items. Went to checkout and it said having issue processing payment. Tried again, same message. Tried another time with a different card, same message again. Decided to try 1 more time, and the charge went through. There was no order confirmation and no order to be found in my account. Checked my credit card and the charge os there.

Decided to go in store to find out what happened and maybe they have my order. While waiting, one worker makes an announcement that they are aware of the online ordering issue and to contact corporate for a refund. They honored the promo price on the bowl in store.

Called customer service today. They tried to find my transaction and it says does not exist. I said I got charged and the order did not go through because there is no order number. She said they could not do anything about it. What the heck!?! They were aware of the issue and not even making it up to the customers with at least a discount for a future order?

Server has crashed before for other online promotions. But that is a story for another time.

Chipotle Mexican Grill My experience at the 5204 Auth Road Suitland, MD 20746

Today 11/28/23 around 2pm, I placed an order for a bowl and a burrito in the app. Order confirmation number ex6-va2 to be picked up at 2:40. I arrived to the chipotlelane at 3:00 pm. When I arrived, I showed the employee my confirmation via my phone, and she looked at the bags at the window and stated that my order was a door dash order, and it was being delivered to me. I asked "delivered", I didn't order delivery. The employee went and got the manager who refused to provide her name after me asking at least 3 times. I explained to her what I was told and she became upset with me telling me that if I wanted my food I had to wait for it to be remade. I obviously knew that, but she was very nasty to me as if it were my fault that they were to incompetent to see that my order was a pick-up. To add insult to injury the same manager began to talk trash with the lane employee as if I was not a priority or paying customer. I beeped my horn several times at the window to get the managers attention and she ignored me. I then pulled out of the chipotlelane and parked my vehicle and went in the inside. Once I got to the counter I summonsed the same manager to me and she looked at me and ignored me as if I weren't there. I became furious and asked for my money back and she said I wasn't getting my money or the food and told me to get out. I told her I wasn't going anywhere until I received a refund. She refused again, customers begin to hear and were saying how rude she was. Another woman who said she was a manager came up and the 1st manager told her not to help me. By this time i'm so angry I told her give me my money or i'm calling corporate. The manager stated she no care because she is the manager. The second manager woman stepped up and begin to process my refund while manager 1 was still telling her not too. Manager 1 said she would call the police. I told her I will wait because you are going to explain why you refuse to refund my money. I wasted 30 mins and was 11 mins late for work and had no food. Because of this inconsiderate, incompetent, rude manager, I am forced to work my 4pm-12am without food. I am beyond pissed and not to mention I offered my coworker to get her food. This is embarrassing. The manager needs to go stand in the unemployment line, because it's obvious she does not deserve to be in the management capacity. I'm a manager at a local lowes store and i'd never act or treat a paying consumer the way she has. Also, all staff should be wearing a name tag to be identified.

Desired outcome: reprimand the manager and compensate me for my awful experience. I'll never patronize that location again and it was my favorite for its convience.

Chipotle Mexican Grill Manager is rude - not to go orders being processed.

Store - 6864 Johnson Dr., Mission, KS

Ordered online for an 11;30 Pickup - I arrived at 11:30 to find about 6-7 people waiting for to go orders. No other customers in the store, and the front counter employees were just standing there looking at each other. NO to go orders were brought out from the back until 11:55. I asked to speak to the Manager, she was extremely rude, and it was obvious that she didn't care about any of us waiting for to go orders. She refused to cancel my to go order, then turned her back and walked away. I left at 12, noon, without my order.

Chipolte has built their communication system so they don't have to respond in person to customer complaints. Everything is automated.

Claimed loss: 30 minutes of my life and no lunch

Desired outcome: Manager needs to be disciplined, or trained, or maybe should being doing something else.

Chipotle Mexican Grill Charging extra without telling

Went to Chipotle in Brentwood CA (11690 San Vicente Blvd. Los Angeles, CA 90049) and ordered 2 Quesadilla and a burrito.

She told us the Quesadilla comes with 3 free sides and we asked rice and beans and Guacamole and she never told us this is not a side and extra. We we paid I saw the total is to high for what we ordered. the receipt showed we got charged twice $2.65 for Guacamole. I asked why you didn't tell us at the time of order otherwise we wouldn't ask for it and we got only 2 free side instead of 3.

She said sorry and turn to the next customer. This is unacceptable. We goes to lots of other places the always tell this is extra before adding (For example Panda Express)

Chipotle Mexican Grill Burrito bowls

Dear Chipotle Customer Service,

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the poor service I received during my recent takeout order at your branch on 3rd Nov. I have been a loyal customer of Chipotle for a long time, and this experience has left me deeply dissatisfied.

Firstly, I ordered a vegetarian option from your menu, but when I received my order, it contained chicken instead of the vegetables I requested. This was not only an inconvenience but also a violation of my dietary preferences. I am a vegetarian, and the presence of chicken in my meal was unacceptable.

Secondly, I ordered an orange juice as my drink of choice, but when I opened the bag, I found a bottle of water instead. This was not only a substitution of the item I ordered but also a significant inconvenience, as I was expecting to enjoy my meal with the beverage I had selected.

Moreover, the quantity of the food provided in my order seemed significantly less than what I usually receive during takeout. This was surprising and disappointing, as I have always found Chipotle to be generous with their portions.

I understand that mistakes can happen, but this experience was particularly frustrating due to the multiple errors in a single order. I had to go without a proper meal, and it left me feeling both inconvenienced and unsatisfied.

I would like to kindly request that you address these issues promptly. I would appreciate it if you could ensure that these issues are not repeated in the future. Chipotle Mexican Grill Poor Service/ Late Mobile Order

This location consistently has Poor service and late orders (15-20) minutes. I asked whwere the vinaigrette was for my order, With lots of attitude, the person said, "We're out of it". I had to ask and nothing was provided in its place. The service and poor customer service at this location is horrible. Tried to give them a second chance but Will Not be returning. Thank you.

Chipotle Mexican Grill I got very little chicken from a chicken bowl

Not sure what is going on with the location Chipotle UAB Birmingham

But they are really combative. Like you are always ordering online, which I extremely dislike because its about the way the food is prepared when I am not watching.

Anyway, ordered chicken bowl, when I got home, received very little chicken. May as well be a vegetarian bowl for the money I am paying.

Customers shouldn't have to barely get half of a half a spoon and call that a complete serving. That is ripping customers off...

Desired outcome: I would like y'all to speak to the store and charging more for side things and being stingy with the meat. its ridiculous. I would like a free CHICKEN BOWL.

Chipotle Mexican Grill Store Set to close at 10 pm. But restaurant has no food to offer you at 9 pm.

I have visited several Chipotle around the Houston area. I live close to the Tomball (14067 FM 2920 RD Tomball Tx 77377) location a lot in the evenings. It displays this location close at 10pm at night, however several times I have arrived at 9:15 to only see there is limited to no food available. Team members are already closing the store down with an hour left to service the community. Which seems very odd. This is very inconvenient. I would like to have the owner of this franchise give me a call, being I have voiced my concerns to the manager, and she only shrug her shoulders.

Desired outcome: I would like a call back with an explanation on to why there is no food in store at9 pm when store closes at 10 pm.

Chipotle Mexican Grill Camera in the women's restroom

My son, daughter, and I went to the Chipotle Restaurant in Rialto at 186 E. Easton. My daughter, who is only 14 years old, stated that she needed to use the restroom. I told her ok as I was paying for the food. She stated that as she was sitting down to tinkle, she looked up at the vent in the ceiling and saw a flashing green light. So she took a video of it. My daughter came out of the restroom and showed me the video. I immediately went to the front desk and asked for the Manager.

The young lady named Belle assisted us. She was shocked and stated that they have had several break ins and she was devastated. She immediately asked one of the young ladies standing behind her to put an out of order sign on the bathroom and asked us to send her the video. We sent it to her Instagram as there was internet service and that was the only way we could get the video to her.

Please check all restrooms at the stores. My poor daughter is traumatized and said she feels violated. I am praying whoever the freak that put the camera in the restroom does not post my daughter anywhere on the internet.

Chipotle Mexican Grill Service

I went to Chipotle for the first time on the 20th September in Denver and it was probably the last one. Overall the food was ok, but the service was extremely rude and unfriendly. Especially the cashier (young female cashier with dark skin tone and long hair). I'm from Germany and accidentally mispronounced guacamole (still had the German pronunciation in my head). The cashier began to laugh and requested a couple times in front of everybody, that I should repeat my pronunciation of guacamole. After I did that, she laughed even more and just made fun of me. Unfortunately not in a friendly way. Especially because it was in front of everybody. I felt really embarrassed and uncomfortable. That's not the way you should treat a customer. Like I said, that was probably my last time at Chipotle.

Chipotle Mexican Grill Very poor customer service

I complained for months about a restaurant running out of items, and food. It just goes in circles. Chipotle now has it set up, where you can’t call the restaurant, or talk to a live person. Their Customer Service issues are all over seas. Everytime you call, they gave you a new case number. It’s one big joke. Outsourcing their Customer Service was a huge mistake.

I refuse to ever go back to another Chipotle again. I’m just sick and tired of their run around on issues, and nobody does anything to resolve anything.

Chipotle Mexican Grill Customer service

My wife and I often get treated disrespectfully by these employees when we inform them of her chronic illness and her dairy allergy (we respectfully request that gloves be changed as a single shred of cheese will cause her anaphylaxis), but this time the server seemingly lost control of their actions as they filled the bowl with cheese before throwing at (not into) a trash can hard enough that it exploded all over the wall and floor. They proceeded to remake the bowl (incorrectly again) leaving it with the cashier before walking off into the back area rolling their eyes and making comments to other employees. Another server witnessed the event and volunteered to remake the bowl. I was speechless. Guests behind me were shocked and apologized to me that that had happened.

My wife has struggled most of her life with severe allergies to dairy, wheat, gluten, eggs and almonds with multiple life threatening incidents resulting in hospital visits. Chipotle has been one of the few places where we have been able to eat a full meal together as long as we insure there is no cross contamination. If we ever experience costumer service this bad again they will never see our business again. The employee that remade her bowl is the one redeeming factor about this experience.

Desired outcome: We desire for this never to happen to us or anyone ever again.

Chipotle Mexican Grill incorrect order or food fraud

About a month ago I order a burrito with double Carnita brown rice and everything, I get only a tortilla with Carnita... well today I order two burritos and a bowl of double carnitas with brown rice black beans cheese corn and guacamole and all I get was a bowl of soup with pinto beans carnitas cheese corn and a lot of juice (soup) this happen in the location on Hennepin avenue in Minneapolis sucks for chipotle that allows manager and employees give this kind of service it is a fraud not getting what you are paying for hopefully someone from chipotle headquarters do something about it to avoid this type of service to keep happening cuz when customers order online we are not only paying for the food but we also pay for delivery fees and tips it is not fair for US the customer to be dealing with some irresponsible employees and management that not only makes orders wrong but shows that they just dont really cares about the service.

Desired outcome: want a refund, an apology and to fired the manager of that store and please hired people who really cares about customers service
