Absolutely horrible and takes the joy out of finding a new family member for your family.

Why hasn't this been brought to the media's attention?

Champbulldogs angelicbullies and shrinkabulls are the worst breeders in the world! I have lost two puppies from them. They take the joy out of the whole experience of adding a new family member to your family. You can't reach them on the phone, and when they do call you back they always say that there is a family emergency or someone in their family is sick. Horrible people do not trust them or think about buying a puppy from any of them.

I just wanted to say that we also purchased a bulldog puppy from Nancy and Carlos several years ago and were too promised the papers within two weeks in the mail. That was a joke! After fighting with the two of them over the phone and threatening them with the Department of Agriculture I finally received the papers. I had to drive 3 hrs to meet Nancy in order to get them. I spoke with a former AKC president and he informed me that these people are nothing but frauds. Lesson learned, never buy from them again and hopefully everyone else reads this and will buy elsewhere. I would have been treated better buying at a pet shop. I hope they get their butts sued and they go homeless for all the damages and broken hearts that these people caused.

Since these people "Carlos & Nancy" came into the picture with they're website champbullies.com I have heard nothing but terrible things. Mostly regarding paperwork and sometimes, unhealthy puppies. When they first started they're business, I called them and asked them to please change their name because it was very similar to my website name. They both told me to go fly a kite. They were not breeders but in fact brokers and sold many different types of brreeds. It is my understanding that they are now out of business.

I really just want to assure everyone who reads this, that my website has absolutely no affiliation to theirs. I am in no way associated with those people whatsoever. I am a very responsible breeder and I always provide the AKC paperwork with the puppy at the time of purchase along with a health certificate and warranty. I have at times thought about changing my website name but I am established already and have been arounf for too many years. My business has suffered a lot because of these people. I truly hope that by me writting in this comment that people will see that I am and always will be the Original "Championbullies.com"

I think it's great that you're advocating owners doing more research about their diets. I totally agree with you.

HOWEVER, it seems that most of the complaints on here don't have to do with diet issues, but rather birth defects.

When I purchased my Bully from Nancy, she told me that the only food that he would eat was "Puppy Pedigree" and recommended that we keep him on that otherwise he would have bowel problems. Now, after knowing how much research you've done about food, that's probably one of the worst "kibble" foods you can provide to a puppy in his/her developmental stages.

I DO agree that owners should be proactive and do extra research, especially if they love their pets as much as I love mine, I would just think that a reputable breeder would surely take the time to mention a basic (yet critical) fact that Bulldogs are extremely sensitive to foods.

let me also add that many ppl who recommend raw food say that it will not fix underlying problems. also many simple foods like cherries, cherry stems, apples, onions, and much more things you wouldn't think will be harmful for your dog could even kill him/her. temperature is also a factor some say give the meat at room temperature, some recommend prey model feeding, a type of diet where it imitates the wild as carnivores would eat dead carcasses and so forth (like whole chicken etc.). do careful reading about the bones! they say don't cook bones like chicken as they can snap into very sharp edges when cooked. some say there's loose stool at first. we did too but shaving down the carrots definitely helped. i will also like to share another link from what looks like to be from a bulldog breeder. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FUneIEgMS6o If you type BARF on google you will see a lot of uninformative sites about not recommending this diet and so forth (most likely powered by vets or commercial foods when it is said vets aren't schooled properly on dogs nutrition since being taught by science diet) so do your own research. Careful handling the stool of your pet to not get salmonella, even from their mouths so wash hands properly after handling the dog. Not sure why Carlos did not recommend this though, perhaps not up to date.. Not sure but hope this helps, even for Carlos. Just a thought.

Hello everyone. I too personally went to pick up my boy from Carlos in his home. When we got our pup he looked healthy as can be, but once we got him home we noticed a little rash on his leg. From then days passed and the bumps, biting, and scratching got ten times worse. We took our boy to the vet and they took samples to look under the microscope for possible mange. Fortunately there were no visible mites, so they predicted it may be a staph infection and put him on antibiotics. Even after doing so the problem did not go away, so we took matters into our own hands and invested in a lot of time to research ourselves what the problem was. After reading pages and pages on wikipedia, sources from google, etc., we made the decision to start by changing his diet from dry kibbles. I've read that many dogs have died in 2007 due to allergies from the gluten in dry kibbles that were distributed from China. From reading this I knew there had to be something else. Then I read about the B.A.R.F. diet which is Bones And Raw Foods diet, which is becoming a big thing for dog owners around the world (there are many people against this). What I've also read, and you can read this on wikipedia yourselves, that Science Diet is one of the major dog kibble manufacturing brands that spends its own money to teach veterinary schools on dog food. Not only that, vets themselves earn a 40 % from commercial dog food companies. We were excited about this idea and immediately switched him to raw food cold turkey. I swear to you guys since then, in a matter of days his bumps and lumps started deflating and quickly disappearing. Like I have said, perhaps my word is not good enough to take for, so I highly recommend and suggest doing your own reading. To be honest, perhaps things would've worked out better if people were to try a bit harder. What contributed to my final decision was the fact that not only did dry kibbles start to exist since just the 70's, but is there guaranteed kibbles for all dog owners in third world countries like Africa? E coli, Salmonella are the first questions that come to mind but like the link i sent, those things are everywhere. Unfortunately a breeder I first contacted (and paid) told me that the puppy had a heart problem, so he couldn't sell it to me. I was set on purchasing a bulldog, and found Champ Bullies online and called them.

I wish I would have done more thorough research... However, it seems that most of the people that are in the same situation all purchased from Nancy and Carlos around the same time last year.

I am STILL waiting for a refund toward a surgery my bulldog needs because of a disorder he's had since birth, AND the AKC registration paperwork. This is from 10 months ago... But I have not forgotten nor have I given up.

Luckily it seems that we are all willing to band together to seek justice, and the Nietos have already been taken to court in Orange County and have to pay a settlement.

So we need to continue working together!

I also bought a bulldog pup last year and we are still waiting for the papers, I agree these people should be put out of business and I will do all I can to put an end to there scams. I run a large business and have plenty of lawyers, police, etc that I can talk with.

Funny you ask... No! I have been promised over & over again & been punished on numerous occassions apparently because I have a bad attitude! That seems to be her reasoning to continueing this saga. I'm not sure what other excuses she can come up with. My attorney had wanted to file a month ago but I continued to give her a chance.

I am so sorry to everyone & including my family that we had to come encounter with someone who is so evil & heartless. All of our families have been affected by the lies & I know my daughter will never forget this time in her life! I have never wanted to hear my 9 yr old daughter tell me she hates someone but unfortunately she has listened to the endless promises of this person.

I do appreciate all the kind people that I have met because of this. We are all good people & I guess we need to follow thru with the plan we originally had. Please continue sending me all your contact info. I am in touch with the attorney that is going to handle this class action law suit.

How many dead, deformed or sick puppies is there now ? This is crazy ? Nancy who do you think your fooling ? You never remember anyone when they call you ? You've screwed that many people, can't keep it straight, can't figure out which one is which . Everyone needs an attorney to deal with you ? Great customer service skills, what a way to run a buisness . All this money you and your "sick "husband are screwing people out of... There's your KARMA. You say one thing to one person, the opposite to the next, anything to make it difficult for us. You have no intention on exchange anyone puppy, or refunding any medical bill . So why not just be honest, we have families, children... You are evil, sick disturbed people ..

We bought a Bulldog from them in December 2009 and the puppy not only had unusually high levels of bacteria in his stomach, but also has a congenital (meaning at birth) disorder. In addition to paying hundreds of dollars on vet bills (because Nancy told us to get 2nd opinions before they would consider reimbursement), we found out that the surgery for the disorder was well over $1, 000.00 dollars. We were told that they would have their vet do the surgery but we would have to drive down to S. FL and leave our puppy with their vet. Luckily, we refused. So, they agreed to only pay us a tenth of the surgery cost if we did not use their vet. So figuring that was better than nothing, we just asked them to send that along with the paperwork.

It has been since December of 2009 that we have been trying to recoup some of the money and the paperwork we were promised. They will not answer nor return our calls, so I keep emailing them and each and every time they respond with "who is this and what are you talking about?" so I explained myself time and time again, and when I ask them to call me they respond by telling me to call their attorney but do not provide their attorneys information.

I am so sorry for those of you that have lost your puppies. It makes me absolutely sick to my stomach to hear all of these stories. I am an animal lover, and my husband and I love our bulldog like he's our son. I want justice to be served and I feel that we all deserve some piece of mind. My hopes are that by reading this, we can band together and save other innocent animal lovers from the heartache and nightmare that so many of us have been put through!

These people need to be put out of business. When I’m done with everything I hope I get my message across to others to never buy a dog from them. They liars and do not come through with anything. I reported them to BBB and I am taking them to court and reporting them to the state for injecting their dogs and not being a vet by license. We purchased a dog and they delivered it Friday night at 8:00pm when feeding time came around 9:00 the dog did not want to eat so we called the breeder no answer and took the dog to the vet the very next morning and he said the dog is sick we kept calling the breeder and finally after we left the vet the breeder picked up the phone and we told her about the situation she advised us to buy a bunch of things which we did and she came to pick up the dog and bring it back to the mom. I did not even have the dog for 10 hours and the dog died in her care. So we waited for another dog and every week the breeder promised on coming down to give us a dog and then something always came up and they never showed. They always had an excuse to make us wait longer. 4 weeks or so past and we still had no dog just a bunch of excuses. Finally we were upset and after going back and forth through text messages because they would not pick up the phone we had a verbal agreement to get our money back which then she says we have to wait 90 days which is nowhere stated anywhere but we went back and forth and we had no choice but to wait the 90 days. Now it is 90 days and the breeders are coming up with excuses to speak to their attorney and all this. We just want our money that they owe us. I don’t understand how people can get always with this. Then there so called attorney says we will have half out money on the may 19 2010 and we have to wait 30 days for the other half. He also said he will be sending us an e-mail to confirm all this. Well again I have no other choice but to take it. Well here we are and the date has past and I have no e-mail from anyone nor any of my money. I am pregnant and cannot be dealing with this stress. These 2 liars need to give us our money is not they will be out of business. My next is going live on TV my uncle works for channel 7 news and I’m going to go live on help me Howard and they will wish they gave us our money the first time around.

I purchased a puppy from Champ bullies in december of 2009, i tried to contact them to get my papers and finally got through via email. I did have to wait 2 months to get them as they said it would take but we got them in late february as promised. I wish we wouldve gotten them sooner but i am just glad we got them, so they held up their end of the deal. We just purchased a second one from them 2 weeks ago. dont know how long these will take but i will say if you have not gotten your papers yet just keep calling, they will send them to you. Happy to also report both puppies are healthy and loving pets.

I bought a dog from Carlos and Nancy Nieto in February 2010. They also promise me AKC paper and lifetime warranty. I knew after the fact that something was wrong when I traveled all the way to Orlando to find out that she did not have any documents with her and she stated that she will fax over the information. I've been calling and they keep promising me the documents. Now they are saying that they did not promises me those things, and if I need the documents, I have to pay more money.
