I had filed a complaint with the Attorney Generals office 6-8 weeks ago and finally they contacted me last Friday. He was going to try to work with Castaway in order to help expedite the non completed work. (About $13,000.00 worth). I told the A.G that there were many more like me involved...

I have the same situation as every one else. My pool supposed to be completed in May 07. To this day it still is not finished. Still need concrete, light kit, railing and ladder, plumbing, solar cover & safety cover. I call almost daily to John Jr, Denny, Midge and they never answer...

Castaway Pools and Spas installed a pool at my home on 4/5/07. They have never came back to finish the job despite numerous phone calls and letters sent to their office. Their salesman john refuses to answer any phone calls. I would advise anyone in the tristate area to be aware of this company....
