I went into azle cash america and was told that bc my pick up rate was below a 50%pick up rate that they would not give me a loan on my chainsaw. Years ago I fell on hard times and years later still be punished for it. I would think it doesn't matter if I pick it up they sell it anyways and don't give much on loan there as it is. I had pawn jewlery and they told me that if I extend I had 10 days after due date to extend it and not lose my items, and I went today september 1, 2023 and they pull it out for sell before my 10 days been over I had been extending for 2 or 3 years now this is completely wrong please call me at [protected] my name is delmy torres I will wait someone to contact me and resolve this issue asap if not im going to hire a lawyer and sue the cash america pawn.

All my pawns
All my items where stolen again. This is the 5th time. They told me they called me but there is no calls from two different stores which caused my things to come out! I have gotten calls from other people from Aug 22, 2023 to Aug 26,2023 but no calls from the pawn shops. They told me that they don't have to call me!
That that's how Cash America makes their money
Desired outcome: I want my items! I never received a call and I believe the employees want my items! I have seen them take items before!
Rude employee over phone
I sold an item and purchased another item from the store (Louis Vuitton purse) I was aware of some stains but when I got home I noticed the straps actually have tears in them I called the next day to see if they can return the item or work something out with me and they said they can’t do anything to help me but give me half on a bag that they sold damaged to me
He was super rude and I asked for the manager which he didn’t even let me speak to
Desired outcome: I wanted to see if I could return or at least get a good part of my money if not all back

I wanted to buy an ar 15 upper, but they told they couldn’t because it was listed as a fire arm. Well I waited two days to get answer. They told they hold it for me for one hour. I told to at least me me two or three hours, since I waited two days. The assistant manager told me I didn’t have to wait! Well I remembered another customer wanted to buy it . So I think he goes there more often than I do! But I bet I spend a lot more at different locations. I think she was out of line. But I’m thinking about stop buying from cash America unless something resource with her attitude.

Store employee walks up to asking what i'm trying to do I told her extend some loans so she let me in, while trying to entend loans I told her i'd need to get more funds out my purse she said store is already closed if she lets u out the door u won't be able to get back in cause we're already closed the store up.
Yet when I complaint some one called saying she's the district mananger saying she spoke to me about this issue a few months ago. How could she speak to me about something that hadn't happen yet. It's to lie to cover the wrong doing of the stores in her zone. She claimed to have viewed the video obviously she didn't, she obviously needs glasses and a hearing aid, unless she deaf of blind are both. She's a classic karen choir girl stores in her zoned out zone never do any thing wrong. She's not whom I was told would be calling this issue hasn't been resolved at all.

Stores making their own closing hours
I arrived at the store 6:47 p.M. Employee was standing at the door mouthing we're closed at the same time two customers where ready to leave, so she unlocked the door to let them out, so another employee came to the door to ask me what I was trying to do, I told her do some extentions so she said ok so when I told her i'll need to get more money out of my purse in the car she said we're already closed so I can;t open the door to let out if I do u won't be able to get back in cause we're already closed, on the door it plainly says 9 am to 7 pm monday - friday not 6:47 pm closing time
Because of that I lost at lease 40 loan items
