I booked this hotel with the owner janet johnson, I later discovered some awful reviews online regarding this hotel and the owners, I also spoke to a proir guest of the johnsons, the reviews state that the place is filthy, {toilets and bathrooms}, it is miles from anywhere, {although the owners claim that it is within easy reach of villages and towns} and one of the owners {stuart} is an alcoholic who smells of drink permanently {very odd as he claims to be a lorry driver} and often acts in a inappropriate and offensive way towards guests, the photographs below were supplied to my by a previous guest at the hotel
I am glad I saw these reviews prior to paying any money, obviously I cancelled my stay with the johnsons at casa con buena vista, I am only grateful that these review sites are here to help stop costly mistakes, I booked with a hotel in town with glowing reviews

In reply to this complaint from a person who has never been to these apartments:
The apartments are thoroughly cleaned before any guests arrive. The toilet etc. could be any toilet, there is no evidence to prove they are here. The photos could have been taken during or at the end of a holiday here, therefore I would have no control, as I do not enter an apartment when guests are here.
As for the comments about the distance from the nearest town, on all our sites, Holiday lettings, trip advisor, Airbnb and housetrip, it states it's at least 10km from the nearest town.
To comment on someone's state of health without even meeting them is unethical, one persons opinion of someone is not always the opinion of everyone.
The photographs of myself and Stuart are from my Facebook, not from a previous guest. I don't know how she managed to phone a previous guest, as I personally would not publicise other peoples phone numbers, and other review sites don't either.
I truly believe this is some vendetta against us, from a person who has never been here, or met myself and my husband.
One of the main points is that it is not a hotel, but self catering apartments,
I will be seeking advice as to how to close this group, as it has been set up as a personal vendetta against myself and my husband and has nothing to do with Casa con Buena Vista.
