CarXenonHIDKits.com Awful!!

I have purchased some products from www.carxenonhidkits.com and received the wrong parts! Contacted customer service and they said they don't do refunds. I told that I don't need a refund, all I wanted was a replacement. Their rep was very rude and said that they also don't accept returns. Are you kidding me? I have ordered a specific product and you messed up the whole thing by sending me someone else's order! And now you say no replacement and no refund! Never again!

CarXenonHIDKits.com Product did not meet my expectations

I have ordered some parts for my car from www.carxenonhidkits.com and received them in reasonable time. I really love cars and have three of them and I always fix everything myself, it's like a hobby. So I received the details and tried to install them, but the connections were terrible and one of the lights burned out. I contacted customer service, they apologized and promised to send me a replacement and I'm still waiting for it. Do not deal with CarXenonHIDKits, they are not reliable!

CarXenonHIDKits.com The tracking number showed nothing and the seller didn't reply

I recently bought Yamaha kit from the website www.carxenonhidkits.com. I paid for the order and waited for the confirmation info. I got the tracking number, and after 2 days it was shown that my order was sent. After 5 days I checked my order again and found nothing. I was furious and tried to reach the seller, but no one replied. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?
