Do not order from this company. their return policy is horrendous! They delivered a damaged (it was even marked so) wrong mat for the back of my new SUV and are treating me like a criminal. I have NEVER been treated like this and have ordered hundreds of things over the internet. They should be put out of business....

I placed an order online for manual locking hubs for a 1990 nissan hardbody. The site asked for the make & model of the vehicle ONLY. After entering the requested information, the website offered one product that was compatible and it had an image that resembled my current hubs, so I ordered the item. 3 weeks later the package came but they were way to large. I called and after holding for 30minutes to get someone on the line, the representative took my information then transferred me to another rep in the returns department (even though I told the automated system and the 1st rep what I was calling...

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.I ordered my wheels with them and they called back after 3 months of not knowing a ship date or anything to tell me that it was special order and if I can consider picking another wheels.So after another another 3 months ( they already charged me for the whole order) they come with the same bs...It took me 10 months to get my money back after talking with unprofessional staff !...

I ordered seat covers on 12/12 after calling the company to make sure they would make it there by Christmas. They told me that they would if I did the express shipping. 2 days later I received an email saying that they would not be shipped until 12/26. I called to see what happened and they told me that because of the holidays the manufacturer was backed up, they would be shipped on the 26th and that they could either give me a $25 gift card or $10 off and if I wanted I could get my money back for the express shipping and it would be shipped the regular 3 day shipping. I ordered a replacement mirror for my 2007 GMC Envoy and used their part finder service. Their website said GM1320350 from REPLACE was an exact replacement for the original OE part 15810912. When the part was installed it did not operarte completely like the original because it only has 9 wires and the original has 11 wires. The manufacture will not take the part back because I connected it and Carid will only offer in store credit (why would I want store credit for another part that probably won't be correct). Website pictured the running boards I ordered on my exact vehicle. When I couldn't make them fit I got runaround about these not being intended for my vehicle but tech support would see what they could do. After not hearing back I called and they said there was nothing they would do because it had been more than 30 days since I ordered. CarID is a sham website. I was doing some searches on the Internet for parts for my 1989 Chevy Suburban. I didn't find anything I was looking for, but I DID find something I didn't expect. The 1989 Chevy Suburban Accessories page on CARid.com is using a picture of MY personal vehicle as the banner for that page of their site. I am really disappointed in the service I received. I ordered Mesh Grille for my 2004 BMW 525i and was told by ann.sa@carid.com to wait for a month because it has to be manufactured just for my car. She offered me free overnight shipping once the product becomes available. Today she calls me and tells me to pay $64 for overnight shipping. Total Scams. I will Never order anything from this company nor will I advice anyone to shop from this website....

Don't believe Google reviews on this site. As a company, you can apparently pay India/Indonesa 50 cents per positive review. That is the only reason I can think of why this company has a 4/5 rating.

They are basically corrupt. I tried to return a shipped item. Before they processed my RMA, they demanded they had to have the tracking number...even though I included the proper paperwork on the outside and inside of package.

Then they denied my $350 return because of missing parts. I unpacked and packed all the items (3 total...box of nuts bolts, 2 running boards).

Like a lot of other victims on this site, I ordered some plastic wheel covers for my car. They arrived from "Onyx Enterprises, " and at the time I was like WTF, but whatever. I had to return them because they were the wrong size, so I followed the instructions on the RMA explictly (had to pay for postage and tracking to boot) and used the box and packing materials the covers came in.

Lo and behold, I get an e-mail from CARiD saying they can't refund my purchase because the covers did not arrive in "resellable condition." The reason? There was a "scratch"...

First order, they took 2-3 months to ship a body kit they kept "promising" would ship. As "retribution" they offered a $25 gift certificate toward a future purchase. When I went to buy floor mats using this gift certificate, the code given didn't work. When I connected through their online chat, the sales representative contacted billing and they said they would honor the certificate on floor mats that said "usually ships within 24 hours" a few days later, still without an order confirmation email, I contacted sales again and they claimed that the order would ship...

I purchased a Bull Bar online for my Toyota FJ, pay for it and then I am advised there was a mistake on the website with pricing not the part number just pricing. The Rep admits the fault sends my an email confirming their mistake and honoring the purchase. Next thing I know I get a bunch of emails saying they are retracting their offer?????? Poorest customer service ever. Spend a little more and deal with a company that backs their business practises these guys really do not care about doing the right thing. Ordered a grill for a VW Jetta. It was the cheapest piece of junk! The body shop refused to install it. There was no access for the hood release. Because of the time involved to get an appointment with the body shop, I was 2 days past the 30 return policy and Carid refused to take the product back. I tried twice to deal with customer service and now I'm stuck with a POS. They told me to put it on ebay! Who would I want to stick with it? STAY AWAY from this company....

Ordered items on July 5th, 2011, large order, i have received only 2 items out of 6, I payed 300$ for shipping on 947$ order, and now the third item came even with COD and tax, item value is 79.95$, shipping 18$ and COD +tax 22$, so its together now 119.95$, i asked them if they have done international shipping if the item price for me goes up by 50%! i ordered HID kits too, which they were saying they will ship very fast, its 2 weeks now and they still are not even shipped out... Bug deflector they didnt have in stock so they said aprox estimated shipping date is August 5th. Im gone call tomorrow...

NEVER buy from CARiD.com! I placed an order on Aug. 1st, and my credit card was charged the full price of the item that day, it is now Aug. 17th and my order has been delayed two separate times. Needless to say, I am rather furious by their EXTREME incompetence right now. They claim the delay is because of the manufacturer, and it is beyond their control, but if the manufacturer does not have the product, then why does it appear to be in stock on the CARiD website?
