Scammers - worst company to deal with. Have a dispute against them with my credit card company. For incorrect wheels costing $ 1, 124. 00!!! Next is the bbb if not resolved soon.
I am posting on all complaint websites and hopefully customers will stay clear of them....

Just Horrible...worse than the worst eBayer!!
I placed an order over the phone, because the website shows one picture in the description and a different picture when I added the item to the online shopping cart. The customer rep tells me that the item should ship out within 2-3 days and I also got an email stating that the estimated ship date is on 1/15/15 (2 days after order date 1/13). I called on Friday because I did not get a tracking number and the customer rep tells me they are a drop-ship company and will have to call the manufacturer...after several minutes on hold, I was told he...

I order a set of rims & locking lugs with the help of a Rep. for my truck. When the rims arrived they didn't fit my truck! At the time my truck was getting a lift kit installed by Rick's Pro Truck. Rick's Pro Truck couldn't remove my truck from his hydraulic lift till the CARID rims arrived. I called CARID and reported the problem andask them to overnight the rims. I was told there wasn't enough profit in the rims to spend the money to ship them overnight. Mid June I emailed CarID explaining I was going to place an order for parts and needed them by July 4th to install, explaining I would be taking time off to work on my vehicle, they said the order would arrive without any issues and everything was in stock. My order was close to $1500 by the time it was all placed, the sales person was very helpful and actually gave a discount. After sending the full amount and receiving the confirmation email Everything went to hell.

Do not order from this company. their return policy is horrendous! They delivered a damaged (it was even marked so) wrong mat for the back of my new SUV and are treating me like a criminal. I have NEVER been treated like this and have ordered hundreds of things over the internet. They should be put out of business....

I placed an order online for manual locking hubs for a 1990 nissan hardbody. The site asked for the make & model of the vehicle ONLY. After entering the requested information, the website offered one product that was compatible and it had an image that resembled my current hubs, so I ordered the item. 3 weeks later the package came but they were way to large. I called and after holding for 30minutes to get someone on the line, the representative took my information then transferred me to another rep in the returns department (even though I told the automated system and the 1st rep what I was calling...

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.I ordered my wheels with them and they called back after 3 months of not knowing a ship date or anything to tell me that it was special order and if I can consider picking another wheels.So after another another 3 months ( they already charged me for the whole order) they come with the same bs...It took me 10 months to get my money back after talking with unprofessional staff !...

I ordered seat covers on 12/12 after calling the company to make sure they would make it there by Christmas. They told me that they would if I did the express shipping. 2 days later I received an email saying that they would not be shipped until 12/26. I called to see what happened and they told me that because of the holidays the manufacturer was backed up, they would be shipped on the 26th and that they could either give me a $25 gift card or $10 off and if I wanted I could get my money back for the express shipping and it would be shipped the regular 3 day shipping. I ordered a replacement mirror for my 2007 GMC Envoy and used their part finder service. Their website said GM1320350 from REPLACE was an exact replacement for the original OE part 15810912. When the part was installed it did not operarte completely like the original because it only has 9 wires and the original has 11 wires. The manufacture will not take the part back because I connected it and Carid will only offer in store credit (why would I want store credit for another part that probably won't be correct). Website pictured the running boards I ordered on my exact vehicle. When I couldn't make them fit I got runaround about these not being intended for my vehicle but tech support would see what they could do. After not hearing back I called and they said there was nothing they would do because it had been more than 30 days since I ordered. CarID is a sham website. I was doing some searches on the Internet for parts for my 1989 Chevy Suburban. I didn't find anything I was looking for, but I DID find something I didn't expect. I am really disappointed in the service I received. I ordered Mesh Grille for my 2004 BMW 525i and was told by ann.sa@carid.com to wait for a month because it has to be manufactured just for my car. She offered me free overnight shipping once the product becomes available. Today she calls me and tells me to pay $64 for overnight shipping. Total Scams. Don't believe Google reviews on this site. As a company, you can apparently pay India/Indonesa 50 cents per positive review. That is the only reason I can think of why this company has a 4/5 rating.

They are basically corrupt. I tried to return a shipped item. Before they processed my RMA, they demanded they had to have the tracking number...even though I included the proper paperwork on the outside and inside of package.

Then they denied my $350 return because of missing parts. I unpacked and packed all the items (3 total...box of nuts bolts, 2 running boards).

Like a lot of other victims on this site, I ordered some plastic wheel covers for my car. They arrived from "Onyx Enterprises, " and at the time I was like WTF, but whatever. I had to return them because they were the wrong size, so I followed the instructions on the RMA explictly (had to pay for postage and tracking to boot) and used the box and packing materials the covers came in.

Lo and behold, I get an e-mail from CARiD saying they can't refund my purchase because the covers did not arrive in "resellable condition." The reason? There was a "scratch"...

First order, they took 2-3 months to ship a body kit they kept "promising" would ship. As "retribution" they offered a $25 gift certificate toward a future purchase. When I went to buy floor mats using this gift certificate, the code given didn't work. When I connected through their online chat, the sales representative contacted billing and they said they would honor the certificate on floor mats that said "usually ships within 24 hours" a few days later, still without an order confirmation email, I contacted sales again and they claimed that the order would ship...

I purchased a Bull Bar online for my Toyota FJ, pay for it and then I am advised there was a mistake on the website with pricing not the part number just pricing. The Rep admits the fault sends my an email confirming their mistake and honoring the purchase. Next thing I know I get a bunch of emails saying they are retracting their offer??????
