On the 03.09.2023 my daughter’s vehicle was stolen from a locked complex

1. Car track didn’t pick up that the vehicle was deactivated.

2. Nobody called to inform us, we had to call and inform them that the vehicle was stolen.

3. The unit was tested, and it was confirmed that it was in good working condition.

According to the agent the car was stollen at about 4.28 am. In less than 5 min the signal was lost, my questions. Last known signal was 5 km from where the vehicle was stollen.

4. Why was this not dedected in tme?

5. Why was there no call from car track to check on the vehicle?

6. Why did we have to notify car track and not the other way around?

7. Last call with updates was late afternoon on the 3.09.2023.

8. No follow up call today, we take it that the vehicle will never be found as car track failed to locate it and has proven to be a dissapointment in all areas.

We are yet to understand that in the 8 years of having this unit, the 1 time you needed to locate and track the vehicle, you failed dismally.

Your service is terrible and we will make sure to let everyone know that you have false advertising, and that nobody should even attempt using your service.

We act on behalf of RAMOKGOPHA MOSES MANKALA (hereinafter referred to as "our client") [protected]), Our client was a lawful possessor of a Haval Jolion with registration number LD 93 ZB GP. Our client had taken up car track services with Car track, who installed a tracking device in our client's vehicle 10 in the client's vehicle. The car track policy had a recovery warranty of R150 000.00 (One Hundred and Fifty Thousand), which amount will be paid to our client in the event Car Track fail to recover the vehicle. our client was hijacked on the 6th of July 2023. the matter was reported to Car Track and Cart Track failed to recover the said vehicle. Car Track is therefore indebted to our client an amount of R150 000.00.

I am absolutely fed up with the incessant barrage of calls I receive every single day—no less than five times—informing me that my account has supposedly been handed over to attorneys. If my account is truly under the jurisdiction of Nimbel Group, why am I subjected to these daily calls?

I've already reached an arrangement with Nimbel Group, and they do not find it necessary to harass me relentlessly. The frequency of these calls is not only unacceptable but is bordering on harassment. Frankly, this situation has become beyond exasperating.

Let me make it crystal clear that this is, without a doubt, the worst service I have ever encountered in my entire life. The ongoing frustration and annoyance caused by this relentless communication are intolerable.

I demand an immediate resolution to this matter and an end to this unwarranted harassment.

I canceled my Cartrack and I was told of Cancelation Fee which I settled on the 09 December 2023 but to my surprise Cartrack is still deducting from my account and ruining my Credit score very bad. Is this the kind of services you give to people who go through life struggles and cancel their services, what is I decide to buy a new car this year do you think I will still consider using your services Never. Please clear my name and stop ruining my life please.

On the 24 september 2023, I was involved in an accident and my car insurance ended up written off my car. I informed cartrack that they must remove the tracking device in that car and they told me that I should put in in another car. I stopped paying cos I don't have a car. I don't remember one of them explaining to me about cancelation fee. They are just scams

On the 08/11/2023 I have made arrangement for the outstanding balance until is paid up for the amount of R300.00 and I have spoken to Lungile suddenly now I'm told that arrangement was only for that month also I stated that not debit oder is authorized to go through my account as this payment will be done through the EFT however, they still do not hold their end to the agreement.

May please the recording of the above-mentioned conversation be played again so that the notes could be updated and if this is not done will take this matter further as the arrangement is bidding and I keep my end of the arrangement.

on the 29 November my car was stolen inside the yard they jump the wall I received the call from them asking everything is okay with the car and just went out and the car was gone the gate was wide open because I was still inline with them I told them there is something wrong the car is not in the yard .

they told me they are stating to search for the car and I must open the case which I did .

they called me days after the incident just to inform me they are still searching ,then since it has to be me who must call them and they say I must wait ,last time I call they say I must wait it does matter even if is two years or three years they wont pay me .

I had my trackers installed in 2 vehicles, I had a issue with one vehicle after installation when I tried starting it I had a power loss, thus causing a power dip, for what reason I do not know, but they would do a follow up call now and then not always when after it happens, I phoned them numerous times about this issue, eventually a technician was send to check out the system where he said there was nothing wrong with their set up, nothing was resolved, I took my vehicle to a auto electrician where my battery was disconnected numerous times and reconnected, I did not receive 1 follow up call from car track to find out if everything is still ok.

They were quick to phone me to make arrangements for payment for the call out of technician, but to this very day I am still not receiving phone calls when I disconnnect the battery

Seems like if you dont have the top package you get ignored

I have two cars registered with car track, but whenever I open my app to check locations, it always say No Location and to my surprise I'm l driving with those cars, I not really sure if car track it's legit or what, maybe they not respecting us as client, but we keep on paying every month I mean in this case you can tell how poor their service is, and they not even monitoring their devices in term of signals should the battery goes flat, I am a victim of car track their services for me it's poor so far and they don't know how to resolve matters but they are so quick to debit money, is this a scam or what? I believe if you run business client satisfaction comes first, but with cartrack disappointment comes first, thats how bad they treat us as client.

Good day I have a issue. I used to have a contract with you. Two vehicles were registered CH07XBGP and LC01GZGP. So around June my motorbike was hijacked. I immediately called to inform you. I was the one calling constantly asking for feedback. However the hijackers managed to take out the small unit. I recovered the the bike myself through the help of the community.

After recovering the bike I called and informed you. I asked for a technician to come and re-install another unit, I waited 30 days for the technician to come with no success on your side. Thats when I decided to rather call another tracking company and cancel my contract with you since now my delivery business was stuck upon waiting for your technician. Now you are charging me a high amount of cancellation fee instead of compensating me.

I put a tracker with car track, and it drained my car battery, in 8months I'm on my 3rd car battery, they refusing to come remove the unit of my car, and from March 2023 till now they still not doing anything, they didn't even pay for the battery there unit damaged.When the technician came he said the tracker unit is damaged my car battery because the unit was damaged, so when I took this further, that technicians boss told him to pay for the battery, but no win uptill now, they keep on covering for there faults, I just want that unit out my car before it cause more damage, because on that night my car didn't start, I was alone and the tow van the tracker people sent didn't know what they were doing, i had to call for help and got my car kick started because of the kick starting, it damaged my pc box, car over heated, and my timing went of, car track is refusing to take accountability for all this damages.. please

I joined cartrack during one of their promotions. The sales person said they were going to deduct monthly for the duration required to purchase the installed device, there after it will be a on a month to month base, I skipped a month after the 24 months and they started sending me messages saying I'm not covered for that month... But they still charge red me.. I called angrily and canceled my subscription but they continued to bill me, I called again and they said I hadn't canceled my subscription with the... They sent me a cancelation form I completed and returned it but to this day I still get emails and sms' stating that my premium for the current month is due

We are Janken auto spares in George. We have been struggling with the cameras in our fleet for 2 months already. They are not working.

We have been complaining for long now.

We are paying for a service we do not get.

We will be getting alternative quotations as we are not getting any feedback or repairs from your company.

I reported to cartrack 3years ago for a contract cancellation due to having traded in my vehicle but to my surprise their rude consultants can't even explain as to why I'm still being debited up to this day and they've recently made debits of large sums of money twice in five days but none of their staff can explain as to why all that is happening.

Their call centre staff are also rude,what a shame for a company that should be of high standards like cartrack

I registed with cartrack 3years ago. It was on a phone. The lady explained to me that I must make sure that the device is in working order all the time of which I did everyday of my life I would log on to the app to see if it was active.

Last week my car was hijacked I called cartrack in less than 5minutes after the incident and the device was active , the criminals were able to temper with the device in 2min after I contacted cartrack.

Unfortunately they couldn't locate the car and they can't help me with warranty because I did not test the device every 3months of which they never told me about, never signed anything to agree on that.

They sent me the terms and conditions now that I'm claiming. I am feeling very depressed because of this I can't believe i have been scammed 😭😭😭

I reported my car stolen I was hijacked and the car tracker agent told us to pay 2850 at that moment coz u was in arrears and 8 did they sent a team to the police station and we asked them if they locate the car they told us that the car last coordination was at alexandra but they didn't even go there till today my car is still there coz I have been doing a follow up searching for it what I'm a paying for
