Cheating Customers

After introducing Night time free downloading scheme ( 02.00 - 08.00), they really started to cheat the customers. As they are charging the customers, eventhough we if we download after 02.00 AM . And the best part is they didn't even accepting the complaint by saying that the whole thing...
