Not able to get the Broadband connection!

It is a shame that I have not received the broadband connection @ my house even after 6 months of our registration in BSNL. Went to the Telephone office again and again. No proper response.

Slow speed of Broadband connection

I am a user of bsnl broadband service known as Dataone. I am having Home 500 Plan in which the company provide 2mbps surfing speed and 250KBPS download speed. I am only able to get around 300 as surfing speed an 35 KBPS download speed....

Broad band services was provided to me on 30th April 2008. However after two days i.e. from 02nd May 2008 the adapter connected to modem provided by BSNL is not working. Complain was lodged over phone and also in person. After a lapse of more than 10 days still there is no response. But I have...

i have applied for bsnl broadband connection under the name mr.atul kumar gupta,2a/75 azad nagar, kanpur-208002 in the month of september and have no got it done till now due to theunavailability of madems.so i request the addressed official to do as needed as it is really a ba mark on the name...
