Unauthorized credit card charge! Complaint Rating: I ordered a look at a grant web site for $1.99. The next thing I know it is $2.99. I wasn't too concerned about that until another charge hit my account for $39.99. There is no phone number associated with the charge so I don't even know who or where to call to complain about this...
