Approximately 3 days ago November 15th 2023 someone had located my lost debit card and use it to fund their bovada account I contacted bovada and reached out to their services team and let them know that somebody that was signed up with their company was fraudulently trying to fund their account with my debit card and they charged me two different transactions one for $22.09 and one for 25.96 and now they're saying that there's no such charges made and that they did not charge me when they in fact did I am writing this complaint because I work hard for my money and I'll be damned if some casino company is just going to co-conspire to commit theft and fraud. It's not a lot of money but it's the principle that they think they're just going to get away with this I'm very very upset about this.

On Monday night football I bet a live bet for 500.00

Denver +5.5 points — time was 5:51 - I won the bet for the game - Denver won game - I looked at my account and the balance seemed off - I looked under transaction and bovada had gave my 500 back and claimed bet was canceled at 7:48- I never received a special message or anything - I emailed dispute several times - explanation was the bet was taken in error - I have both tags showing the bets. Obviously unless they pay me I’ve made my last bet - they offered very little in explanation.

I have had numerous problems with Bovada. I had won a substantial amount of money one time. I returned to the site and found my winning gone. I contacted customer service and they stated that I had lost the money playing blackjack. I never played blackjack but they insisted that blackjack had been played from my IP address. I thought at the time that perhaps my account had been hacked but given the number of complaints against the company, I suspect that it was an inside job.

I have also had money from my credit and debit cards, as well as multiple suspensions of my account.

Avoid Bovada at all costs.

On 8/27 I won and attempted to withdraw $2500 on bovada casino and was asked to verify my identity which I successfully did (attached) on 8/28/2023. Then I proceeded to withdraw again in the amount of $2500 and it was pending as of 2:41pm 8/28/23. Then at 5:15pm I received notification that my account was disabled. I haven’t received any other updates other than that I chatted with bovada customer service and they informed me that I’d still receive my $ even though my account was disabled. My sports betting wager expired on September 1, 2003. The boxing fight I bet on had been canceled. Now, on Sept. 4, 2003, I still have NO MONEY back in my account. It's $575.00 I'm talking about.

AI answer machine doesn't understand my problem and asks for my s/s number (?). Should I kiss goodbye my $575?

I keep asking polity talk to a supervisor and keep being denied as in why I do not know . I was specifically told if I took a deposit bonus and redeemed it once it would no longer be on my account . It’s still there and I’m being told I have to redeem it in order for it to go away . Well I did the first Time. And when I ask talk to management I get denied.

After winning over 50k they froze my account while I was trying to withdraw. They do not have phone customer service available. And the chat customer service agents are completely uninformed and unable to give any information. They also cancel the chat when you ask for a supervisor. And when you do get one they know just as much as the agents. I was told my money was safe repeatedly and my account was locked for 30 days without a call or response from BOVADA investigating team. Who also couldn’t be reached by customer service in any way. After 30 days they sent me a vague email requesting information and then closed my account after I sent them an email inquiring what I need to send them. Before being able to send anything. And then when I questioned their response I was told time and time again that the issue has been resolved.

This is very unacceptable and messed up on 3/26/23 I recieved a referral bonus for 200 and I loaded 48 dollars and turn it into $1350 and I withdrew $1200 for it to never be fully process and to stay in review then the next morning it was still and review so I played wit 150 and turned it into 290 then I received an email whil I was still playing blackjack that my account was disabled and to contact support then it just logged me out that is my rent money I have lost so much money wit them and been a real loyal customer and the month is almost over I need my money back so I can pay my rent so I contacted them and they keep saying we investigating but what is there to investigate when it my money and I put it on there threw Bitcoin this is such back business management and this messes up our lives people lives I’m and going threw depression righ now because of this with so much other stress and this Is what they do I need my money back

I encountered a live betting error, they had the score reversed (team they had winning on the scoreboard was actually losing). After hours of back and forth, me providing proof and being transferred, I was told per management that if the wager lost to contact support back and the wager amount would be refunded. They couldnt refund the bet right then bc the match was still in play and had to wait until it was over to issue refund. I did exactly as I was told, customer service person acted like they issued a refund (a bonus was never mentioned in all communication) but I go look at my account the day after and my funds are locked. They have issued me a bonus carrying 5x rollover instead of issuing me a refund like i was told. I have contacted support back and again offered proof of all this. They refuse to connect me with the manger who originally handled my case and all the say is, “Sorry, there is nothing we can do”. So I have been lied to and given the run around for hours and have gotten no where. I want my wager amount refunded like I was told it would be and not issued to me forcing me a 5x roller. My deposited funds did not carry a 5x rollover, my refund shouldnt either. Thanks for your help with this matter as bovada has been extremely difficult to deal with and has caused quiet a bit of frustration.

After winning a toal of 18k on bets and computerized blackjack the system suddenly would not win over and over and over. They have done this several tiems throughout our 12 years there. When I asked about it and complained because this was our savings money, they turned off my account and did not say when or where I would get the remaining 14k. The blackjack at real time gaming containes player levels changes. They foten let you win until oneday they change the player levels to an unwinnable status. I counted 97 hands in a row that lost with mysteriously scripted hands that caused me to often double down and then the pc got 21 mysteriously with odd cards like an A or a 2. It was rediculolus. Jessicya the supervisor cheated...We have seen this method over nad over for 12 years. I want to know where and when my 14k will be teutned and they simply shut off chat and hang up over and over now!

I placed a bet on the Super Bowl and won. I placed a squares bet, KC 8 PHI 5, 4th quarter final was KC 38 PHI 35. I was then paid for my winning bet. Ten minutes later, the bet was changed to a loss and the funds taken from my account. The amount was $60. After two hours with customer service, I got no answers as to what’s happened or why. I was offered a $5 BONUS to make up for the $60 they took from my win without reasoning and then they ended the chat session, very rudely I may add. Beyond frustrated, I play poker only, this was my first sports book bet.

I’ve reported my experiences concerning Bovada poker to the FBI, FTC, the Florida Gaming Commission, and the Nevada Gaming Commission. I’m not stupid enough to make direct accusations about fraud and corruption especially about multi billion dollar industries without hard evidence but I’m also not stupid enough to ignore the things that happen on Bovada Poker that literally defy all the odds probabilities and mathematics associated with the game of poker. If they’re running a scam, it’s not going to last forever. They will be investigated in due time. Universal karma is a real thing, it just takes time sometimes. So if you’re running a scam knowingly and work for Bovada, enjoy the stolen/siphoned money while you still have access to it. Maybe you can have it transferred to your prison commissary account when they finally catch you? Good luck.

Bovada took my winnings, bonus and original bitcoin deposit 48 hours after being referred as a brand new customer without warning or explanation.
They sent an email to me stating there was a breech in the refer a friend terms of service... No other explanation.
I sent my first $700 of bitcoin to them and got an immediate 600 Bonus.. I put a $200 Parlay then a $100 Parlay and a 75 Dollar parlay and hit all 3 of them.

My total account bonus reached over $3100 including the $600 bonus that required a rollover... Then that's when I lost access.
I beleieve they got me confused with another person. It does not make sense. They never answer their phones and I try to chat with them everyday. All the customer service reps tell me is that they are investigating. Meanwhile it's been 9 days. I should've followed my gut and not do business with them. Feel like they totally scammed me and robbed my of my money and winnings.

Bovada has a game called The Numbers Game that can be found in their sportsbook. It's basically a random number game that draws one number every 30 seconds. There are 75 numbers, but only one is drawn at a time. You can bet a single number or a whole row or even a section of numbers, just like in Roulette.

I was betting 60% of the board that a winning number would find that 60% I bet on. I noticed that when increased my bet, I always seemed to lose. Despite having a 60% chance to win, I lost 8 in a row. So I decided to see what was happening.

I enlisted the help of a friend who signed up and joined Bovada. I introduced him to the numbers game and showed him how to play. Now, the important thing to remember is the numbers are the same for everyone. If #35 is drawn for me, it's drawn for everyone. So, while my friend was online at his home and I was at mine, we played small amounts and always got the same number drawn, hundreds of games, all synchronized, an d the all same number drawn. But, when we increased our bets and he bet that number to be drawn would be between 1-40 and I bet the number drawn would be between 31-75. We both got losers as for the first time after hundreds of games, the numbers drawn were different. His number drawn was 67 and mine was 4. Which made both of our bets losers.

So, despite days and hundreds of draws our numbers always the same, when we increased out bets for the first time, Bovada showed us different numbers tha made us both losers. I will be posting a video of it soon.

I made a Bovada account on November 8th, 2022 and at no point was I ever asked to send in verification like ID or proof of address. I just had to verify phone number. I win over 11k between two poker tournaments. I go to withdraw $9500USD. It goes through and says pending. The next morning I wake up to my account being disabled and it says to contact customer service so I do this through the live chat. They tell me I need to send in verification info like ID, ID next to face, and proof of address... So I send all these to Bovada and they say "thank you, we should get back to you in 24-48 hrs"... It has been 28 days now and no updates. They also said they cant give me a time frame. On their website it says you can re-enable your account "upon your initial request"... This has been a very stressful experience. Eleven thousand dollars being locked up in someone else's hands and not being able to speak to a human about it is a little brutal. Any help would be so greatly appreciated I cannot even express it...

Title says it all. Didn't want to have to file a complaint but considering we are WAY over the "24-48 hrs" time frame I would consider this an "unreasonable amount of time"...

I have been using Bovada for years and I believe I have already gone through this verification process before. On Monday morning November 13th (11/13/22) my account was disabled for seemingly no reason. I sent in verification documentation on November 15th 11/15/22 and was told to wait 24-48 hours. It has now been 34 days since that email.

I sent in multiple forms of proof of address. W2, rental lease, and finally a bank statement. The rental lease was denied but I was never informed of this. It wasn't until weeks later when on the live chat with supervisor S. E that I was informed it was actually denied and for weeks they had been waiting for me to send an acceptable proof of address, even though they never asked and never informed me that the rental lease was denied through email.

So on December 14th at exactly 2:51pm MST I sent a bank statement. I got an email back that same day at 4:31pm I got an email stating: Thank you for submitting to us your documentation.

"Your account is currently under review. You will be contacted via email with further details and/or instructions once the investigation into your account has concluded. Please wait until an update is received as no details will be available prior to the completion of our review." Knowing that this is not confirmation whether it was accepted or denied, I went to the live chat and got confirmation it was accepted. They of course told me to wait 24-48 hours after receiving that email. It is now December 19th at exactly 4:00pm MST (5 days later) and I have received zero communication.

$800USD down the drain...

I am a decade long, "all-star" level bovada customer... Have deposited probably 100 times, 10's of thousands of dollars... Never withdrew a penny from them. Fast forward to lastnight.. My recently turned 21 son-in-law who isnt familiar with, nor has ever even heard of bovada previously... So I bring him up to speed on the online sportsbooks, and help him to set up the account.. And then waste my time assisting him with going about creating a accounts and means of accessing bitcoin and everything else... Now of course given their constant promotion of, and insistence towards "referring your friends" "bring you friends", etc.. That they drill you will over and over again on their site, thru your email, or anytime you speak with an agent.. Once would imagine that is because they actually would like to promote gaining clientele and adding business.. Only thats not the case whatsoever... In fact they want you to be the person to lure someone in for them so that they can willingly accept their deposit... Only to turn around mere hours later and close out and void the account and as such, blatantly rob those of whom you have referred to them.

I made a bet on November 25th at Del Mar racetrack on the last two races. I bet 5.00 daily doubles 1 with all. The results that were made official were 1 with 2 and it paid $230.80. Expecting to have 576.00 i was shocked to see that my original bet was refunded instead of an additional $496 added to my account. Here this crooked web site accepted the bet but after i should have won they said i made the bet after the race where the 1 won already started. If you think you caan trust this web site and think you can win you will be shocked at the way they will cheat you.

Bovada is a cheater . Once a cheater stay one.. bovada is bodog . They were caught cheating in the past look it up ... if a Casino has the ability to run without being licensed of course those mfucker will cheat gambling is already considered a corrupted Hobbie.. plus those mf are corrupted people.. all you gotta understand is that if the spin between spin is not the same on each time frame then those birches are cheating.. if they kick you out a game is because they bout to cheat you .. they automatically know what Hand is gonna be the winning hand base on Hand count .. those little [censored]ss been cheating me since day one ... if there ever a day that purges become real in this world know dam well these [censored] will be first to get it
