Bojangles’ International / Becajun.com Food

I entered Bojangles at approximately 8:40 this evening and ordered the 8 wing box and two individual fries. The young lady taking the order stated it may not be enough in the pan. I told her I can wait for them to be cooked. The manager gestures like she had a problem with cooking more wings and waited at least 10 minutes before she told the worker let them know it’s going to be 15 minutes before they come up. The dining room is open but there I no food in the window. Staff is cleaning up, so food is stored in boxes and on wax paper near the drive through orders. The manager is extremely unprofessional and did not want to cook food or have food cooked. Every-time I come to this Bojangles I have to wait 30 minutes for my food. I am still waiting as I am typing this complaint and it has been 28 minutes.

For the past two days. Your young crew as been not taking orders. They get on the intercom laughing & saying we not taking orders @ the moment due to employee shortage. What? Excuse me! Where's the manager. She busy. How when u say u not open. After dat they don't say anything. So leaves us to drive off mad. And it's hard to get in touch with the people who run these restaurants. So I have put in news papers for these type of places to close down. They don't care bout the public. Just money. You run an unorganize place of business. 1127 bypass greenwood the managers & employee's or ungrateful & rude. Will not get me & my people service again @ no location actually.

Desired outcome: It wasn't an outcome. Nobody cares.

Bojangles’ International / Becajun.com Missing part of order

Ordered online using the app. Ordered a bo’s chicken sandwich deluxe, with bo sized seasoned fries, and a diet drink, a second diet drink, and a regular seasoned fries. When I got home, my bo sized seasoned fries were missing. I had to drive all the way back to get them. They said “sorry about that”. They offered no additional compensation. This is the same location that chewed me out previously for taking too long to pick up my order (at the speaker, at the window, and again when they brought it out to me) and where on a separate occasion I went inside to pick up an order and the employees were screaming and arguing in front of all the customers.

Desired outcome: In the future, improve order accuracy, NEVER berate a customer, argue in the back, and if you mess up an order offer a free something to compensate.

Eggs burnt dry I heard manager holler need more scrambled eggs saw her scrap bottom of pan to fill my order ask for no biscuits had to remind manager at pick up took it off thee n trash can ask for knife & fork told me look on shelf I had already no knives. Very inhospitable Bojangles stop here on way back & forth from beach always same attitude shameful for Bojangles I fly all over the world excellent food at Bojangles this is shameful for u. Store #867 time 8:50AM Loris, SC . Other customers also spoke to me about this situation. They also have complained no change.

Bojangles’ International / Becajun.com Store management

I work for the company, and we have a horrible managment team. The GM does not handle the team members that are late or does no call no show. He only takes notes he said, he has been there a year. I have seen severall staff do no call no show and show up to their next shift like nothing has happened. The staff run the managers. They are always on their phones, the work where they want to, not where they are told too. I was a manager in training, my two weeks notice is in effect as of last Sunday. they do not rotate old food, they sale and mix it with the new food. For instance the Cajun Pintos. if they are there at 2, from 11 am they get mixed with the dinner Pintos that are cooked, they never was the pans they transfer new food into old dirty pans. The old GM T.d. is still having exual relations with one of our managment team. We have managers that punch the clock and hide in the store and do not work, and he GM does the same thing. The safe code was given to an ex employee who is currently dating a shift runner. they make sure day shift has at least 7 or more people, but night shift is sometimes eran with only 3 to5 people. As I came aboard I tried to have a heavy hand, but was told I was being over bearing these are children that need to adjust. I was not told thier adjustment would be being lazy and not listening. I have worked for BO jangles years ago, and I love the job amd my customers not the crew or managment.

Desired outcome: store needs to be closed and cleaned up.

Bojangles’ International / Becajun.com Not getting the correct number of chicken pieces

Bojangles’ International / Becajun.com Chicken order

Today, October 22, 2020, I visited Bojangles on Crain hwy, upper Marlboro, MD
D. I arrived in line appx. 11:40a.m. I ordered appx. 12:00p.m. If ordered breast and wing dinner with cole slaw, a diet Pepsi, 2 bacon, egg and cheese biscuits. We were told at 12 minute wait for white meat. We waited and waited and waited some more. At 12:40p.m. my husband went inside. He finally came out and they said there's some extra pieces for the long wait. Did they get my order right you might ask, NO! I got 2 legs and 4 thighs. No breast or wing to be found!

Bojangles’ International / Becajun.com Incorrect order and had to wait a long time

I went through the drive thru at the Bojangles in Tramway area in Sanford, NC at around 10:30 this morning. A young man was outside taking orders. He correctly gave my order to the cashier. When I got to the pick up window after sitting for a couple minutes the guy outside at the window asked me to pull up to wait and I did. I sat there for over 10 minutes while he was giving out several other orders and I stuck my head out the window and asked how much longer because I had been waiting over 10 minutes. He said it was almost ready. Before I pulled off I noticed part of my order wasn't even in the bag. He got that for me. The food was all cold so I don't know why it took so long to get it. I think I was forgotten about. When I got home the order was all wrong and I was very angry. I specifically ordered 2 bacon and cheese biscuits, a steak, egg, and cheese biscuit, a steak, egg, and cheese biscuit combo with Bo Rounds and a large sweet tea. What I received was 2 bacon biscuits (without cheese), a steak and cheese biscuit (without egg), and a steak, egg, and cheese combo with large sweet tea (no Bo Rounds). This is not the first issue my family has had with this Bojangles as my husband filed a complaint 3 to 4 weeks ago because he went in to order since the drive thru line was out to the road. He had to wait over 45 minutes in line with 6 people in front of him to get to order then had a long wait to get his food. There is a Hardee's right across the road that has good customer service and gets my order correct. That is where I will be going from now on. I think whoever is managing this Bojangles needs a complete overhaul in customer service and training for everyone. So disappointing! I am wondering how many people got incorrect orders today. I'm thinking a lot.

I'm a fairly regular customer of Bojangles in Southport, NC until now. I couple of weeks a go I went to this store and ordered my normal 8
piece Dark to eat in, the chicken was cold, today I went in and ordered
the same 8 piece dark and a tea at 4pm 1/4/20. There was NO tea in the containers, my chicken was cold again and the server gave me a breast which I dislike so I threw it away. I mention these problems to a lady that I assume was the manager...Goodbye Bojangles . John Muuss

Bojangles’ International / Becajun.com sausage biscuits

On October 11, 2019, I purchased three sausage biscuits from this location. We visit there often and have never had a problem until this morning.

Once I arrived home with these biscuits, I had to throw all of them away because the dough had not baked enough. They just were not suitable for consumption. I was very dissappointed because of this.

I don't ever complain about things but I felt like someone needed to know this.

This is not the first or the second time this has happened to me. I order a large fries and drink with my four piece supreme dinners and am charged bo sized. I get my drink large, good. Then I get the boxes and drive away as the line is long. It had been a little bit since this has happened so I stopped checking as frequently (I used to check every time I went) and when I get home, there are small fries. This shouldn't be happening multiple times let alone getting charged for it. On top of that, the fries were cold.

I Joe Martin, just visited Bojangles in Sylva, NC., where i had the most horribke restaurant experience ever. I stood inside at register for approximately 10 minutes before anyone took my order. 2 orders of boberry biscuits and a large fry. Then it took approximately 30 minutes for me to receive my food. I went inside because there drive thru was slammed. When i spoke with the manager about this her response was we are just so busy and i have a new employee. I looked in the lobby and there were only 2 customers. So it takes the entire crew to run the drive thru? All i was waiting on was a large fry. The manager wanted to start arguing with me over giw long i was standing waiting rather than apologizing for my wait and she wanted to put the blame off on the new guy. What killed me was her sarcastic tone as i was walking out the door she yelled out, have a nice day. That was like spitting in my face. I'm a retired police officer of 25 years and have never seen anyone in her position speak to a customer like this. I asked her are u calling me a liar? She stated no but i know you were not her that long. That is calling me a liar. I do not appreciate this tone or attitude and have been a loyal customer for my life, me and my family. I told her i saw you prepare and complete all oders for all what seemed like hypothetically 50 cars but you couldnt fix me one fry. Please help me with this. I just got home and checked my large fry i purchased and saw i only received like half of a fry. What is wrong with this picture. I have never been treated like this in my life. I remember watching my fry being prepared. The new employee was working his fry station all alone. What i mean is the manager and other employees were walking constantly back and forth not bothering to offer assistance to this new person. Purpose for me saying this is, the manager kept laying blame on the new employee as to why i waited so long. If he was indeed this new needing help then why was she not managing, shadowing, and training him. The whole point is her arguing back at me saying u were not here that long and u just have to be patient cause hes a new guy. And to tell me have a nice day with her tone was so offending. I wanna speak with someone regarding this incident. She was a heavier set white femake at Bojangles in Sylva, NC. As for the picture of the fries. I know theres no way for me tk prove this is the amount i received but oh my god why would i complain over such a tiny thing as the amount of fries. I come to this restaurant at least once a week and always buy one of the huge bucket meals for my family but probably nkt anymore unless something is done. This is not the first time i have received an attitude from this manager but never this bad.

Bojangles’ International / Becajun.com food not good & always out of drink products

My husband and I have been going to bojangles that is located on 7819 timberlake road, lynchburg, va for several years. Within the last 1 1/2 years the service at this bojangles is awful. The food is not good, they are always out of drink products, the employees are rude and very unprofessional. They stand around and laugh and talk and do not try to take care of their customers. We used to go there a couple of times during the week to have breakfast and always on sunday. You have to wait a tremendous amount of time to get your food when there is hardly no one in the restaurant. On several occasions we just left because we had waited 15-20 minutes to get our food. The restaurant is not clean anymore. (this definitely needs to be taken care of) we thought that we would give it another try this morning and we had to wait 20 minutes to get our food and there was only one person in front of us and two couples in the dining area. Once again I went to get a diet pepsi and they were out. I had gone by there twice last week just to get a diet pepsi and both times they were out. I personally think this is ridiculous. When we got our food the biscuit was falling apart and the bo rounds were cold. The employees at this bojangles act like they just don't care and it is a pain to wait on the customers. I cannot believe that bojangles corporate would put up with this since it is their name on the line. We have visited several bojangles in different areas and they are nothing like this one. I personally think that someone needs to take steps to get this restaurant in order and make changes. Also there has been occasions when I go through the drive thru I have to wait for a long period of time and I have also seen cars just leave because of the wait being so long. You need to check on this bojangles and do a surprise visit because if they know you are coming they clean it up, we have seen that on an occasion.

Someone filled out a job application at a bojangles in chattanooga tn. Thus was in the summer of 2017. It was a paper job application. I have never worked at a bojangles. This is employment fraud. I have complained to the ftc and idtheft.gov as well. I would appreciate this websites help. Their website is bojangles.com. I do not know who did this. Thank you very much.

Someone filled out a bojangles job application in chattanooga tn around June of 2017. I have never worked at a bojangles. It was a paper job application. It was not filled out by me. I was not living in Tennessee at the time this happened. I would appreciate this websites help on this issue. I have been dealing with this issue for over a year now.

I don't want to give my name or none of that but I was in Bojangles in Canton on Monday and a manager name angel was really rude an disrespectful to a very sweet and kind and respectful young lady I think her name was Shirley but the manger pointed the biscuits tone's in her face I felt really sorry for that Young lady the gm was there and didn't do anything if I was miss Shirley I would quit that job they treat her like she is a nobody

Bojangles’ International / Becajun.com my bojangles breakfast made me sick (food poisoning)

On Monday August the 13th I had only two things to do, get my hair cut and grab something for breakfast. I have waited until today to register my request because I wanted to be able to censor myself and stay on point. The first part is awkward because I don't want to be cruel. I was waited on by a young woman. Again, I wasn't in a rush so I didn't take offense when she made me wait while she finished her conversation (in Spanish) with a young male employee, When she asked me whether my meal was " for here or to go", her breath was horrible. I apologize for being rude but, you need to know. Her breath smelled like excrement. I made and paid for my order. I got a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit combo with seasoned fries and a tea. Your seasoned fries are my favorite. I had my meal and left for home. I work second shift so I was resting for work later. My stomach began to hurt. I had to rush to the bathroom to vomit, afterwards I had very loose bowel movements, felt so bad. I had to call my boss and call out of work for that night. I missed an entire shift and Bojangles food and tea was all I consumed that day. I work full time doing housekeeping and I only make eight dollars an hour. Basically I feel Bojangles owes me sixty four dollars for the work I missed. No cuss words, nothing like that. Not only did I lose that pay but I was very sick. Please understand that I don't want an apology, I don't want a copy of your mission statement. I don't want a coupon or a gift card for Bojangles. I want $64.00.

Bojangles’ International / Becajun.com unhealthy environment

My husband and I visited Bojangles in Rockmart Ga on Sunday July 22, 2018 while traveling . Your workers had no hair nets, gloves etc while serving food. Rude and hateful while ordering and more than two workers were sticking their unclean unwashed hands down in the food on the bar up front EATING food from the hot bar while standing behind counter. We found this the most disgusting environment and we will not return to this Bojangles ever!

My spelling isn't nearly as problematic as your franchise on Lee Highway in Ooltewah, Tennessee. As you may note, this is a complaint to follow up on the one that precedes this. My wife and I usually go to the above location every Saturday morning for breakfast. I have the same complaint. No hairnets, no gloves for the food handlers and on last Saturday morning the 20, I pointed this out to the order taker David. The male person filling the orders had a pony-tail, tattoos up both forearms and many more negative appearance points. I pointed out to David the fact that the server was carelessly handling food without gloves, touching french fries and putting his thumbs in trays of gravy and biscuits.
I was ignored! Next there was no knives and after asking the reply was they had none. There was no coffee, and scraps of food had been left on the tables and floors. The place was a wreck. We will eat there no time soon. We will most likely go back there in two weeks. At that time if the situation is no better, I will go to he Hamilton County Health Department and complain.

Bojangles’ International / Becajun.com cajun chicken biscuit was raw

I went to the bojangles located at Peters Creek Road Roanoke, VA 24012 at 8am this morning (7/13/18) and not a joke. When I got into work and sat down and bit into my biscuit the chicken was RAW, my fries were also ice cold. I have never had this happen at a bojangles before. I would love a refund or a coupon or something. I never complain but this just made me sick to my stomach to see.

First of all I know that they had a lot of customers okay I have my order taken which band in the fast food business should have no reason for what was going on there was people waiting there food was no food at all what they gave me was to the point where she got every little fire out and what she should have did was had them make more fires am pretty sure that y'all will have more complains today the lady with a different color shirt on I'm guessing she was a manager I wanted to order one more thing then she told me can I just wait one minute I waited over 10 minutes and another worker got on the cash register and was taking other orders or the other people orders and I looked at her and told her I just was in line to order before all of them and you told me to wait and she said that she should have not took him they ordered either but either way the order that I wanted was the tot rounds then she's going to tell me that about 10 or 11 that was in there was the biggest size that it goes I say no there's a picnic sides I know it's more than 10 tots rounds she just had a attitude and trying to get rid of all the food that was sitting there forever away two people to eat and I think that that was very wrong for her to do and on my ticket it says that I ordered my food at 1:10 20 pm and it was not even that time when I got my food it was not even one in 10 minutes so I had to take a picture of that because that don't even sound right I got a ticket for a time that wasn't even the time that it was like if I just got it and I've been waiting there for awhile for my food I did not have many fries as if I got a kid's new my meat was so tough I know that it's been sitting it was not fresh it was not even really hot and I'm not going to even eat none of this
