Blue World Pools Sadly poor to questionable everything.

Hello,

I am interested in the following: any information regarding a Clas Action on Blue World Pools at this point. I have never missed one single payment in 6 years. Purchased pool on 09/11/2019. As of 03/01/23 I was stated as still owing $15,639.00 on a 24 ft round pool quoted as "balance due: $18,282.72 when originally purchased, interest at 15.9%. Originally wanted the $399 deal offered. Was persuaded into this "upgrade" because I have a corner home and an acre in central Killeen residential and the statement made by the representative was that my property would be a perfect sales pitch for them provided, I allow them access at least twice a year for the discounted upgrade for future customers to view? Never has anyone in 6 years come to my home for a personal viewing or phone call for a scheduled showing. I also NO LONGER HAVE THIS POOL, BUT STILL MAKE THE PAYMENT OF $294.00 MONTHLY for fear of ever losing my home due to the LIEN they have on my home which I have no idea regarding that either just that it was threatened if payments were ever behind (none of mine have ever been late). Customer service is a joke, rude and near non-existent. Repairs denied, excuses made they are behind, do not have the manpower in the area or do not have parts needed for repairs, ETC. I have a $1200.00 pool liner I purchased to have as a replacement I was recommended to get because the company was out of the 24 round pool liners at the time. That they could install if I found one. Well that never happened. Snowstorm of 2021 in Texas, March ruined my original liner. Only had two good summers out of it before problems started occurring. Shifting, sagging liner and so on. Company would not honor anything. Now I have no idea what I owe this company as it is taken as a direct deposit from my bank each month as per agreement - only agreement the company would take at time of purchase. How in near 6 years have I only paid - (?) this pool down? 132 payments of $294 - making this pool cost over all $38,804.04 - no where can I make "principal payments, NO website where I can "see" my progress and the ONE Statement I have ever gotten through to someone for a request a year ago was rude and told me I could only get one print out a YEAR and that my "contract" stated somewhere they do not have a "payment site" which is why direct deposit withdrawal is used by their company? My husband is a retired Veteran 20 years active service. Currently in Poland on a contractor job to help make ends meet. I believe our family has been scammed royally by this company "Blue World Pools". Oh and the biggest scam of all. We were told we could have this pool placed on concrete. We had poured a 24X30 SLAB THAT WAS UN USABLE because piping could not be redirected in any other way except below the pool. We had never owned a pool of any sorts so had no idea except the word of this company. That was a waste of $6000 cash! [protected] (Texas resident)

Blue World Pools Pool.

My hudband passed away. I decided to get the kids a pool installed for them to have something to do. I signed paperwork in June of 2017. Same year I purchased my car. Contract total was 18,471. I paid 2 thousand down. Leaving me owing 16,491. The house, keep in mind, was still in my dead husbands name and the rep still proceeded with the contract. Here we are 2023, my car is paid off, but they still say I owe 20,000 on my pool! What! How is what I owe them more than what my original total was? They are a rip off! I stopped payments to them and gonna send them a letter of cancelation. I still have my original signed contract and copy of my husbands death certificate.

Blue World Pools Blue world pools

I bought a pool in 2022. I was given one contract with a $15,000 amount. Then 2 months later at installation, I was given a second contract with a much higher amount. I was told a lien could be put on my house if I didn’t make payments. ( I was first told this by the installer who had already started digging! ). A lien was put on my property for an amount higher than I owe….The very Next day! Everytime I try to call and discuss this with them I am either bullied. Cursed at. Even called a derogatory name. Ive been forced to go to the attorney generals office. I’m waiting for an investigator now. These people are breaking the law and committing fraud.

Desired outcome: Lien taken off my house! Immediately!

Blue World Pools Pool pump pipes

We have a leak in our pipe at the pump. We were sent a part that was never even install on our pipes to begin with they are telling us we have to pay to have it installed on the pool ourselves which is $600. That is considered negligence on pool world pools part when the pool was installed. We wouldn’t be having this problem with our pool now. I have to make over &350 payments on the pool I don’t have !600 to have this part put on why want this company stand by their word when they sell you there product that they will fix things that were out of our control. I have the part just need it installed. Please help us. The first 2 photos is our pool pipes. The last photo is what it is supposed to look like.

Blue World Pools Pool leak

I had a pool installed thru Blue World Pools on 6/14/23 and there's a leak, the water is not holding. I'm all ready disappointed, the pool cost me $22 thousand dollars and I can't help but feel scammed. It was supposed to be chemical free, but immediately I was told to add two gallons of bleach. Definitely a Red flag. But regardless I could have over looked that, I was told blue world would fill it, yet it came from my water spout, which I don't even know how much that will cost. And now I have a leak and honestly it looks like one side may be washing out underneath. Yall definitely need to train your salesmen better, bc I don't think he didn't know so much about the pool or what was going to happen. I am so unhappy with the whole situation.

Blue World Pools Damage to electrical line

After several weeks past the original agreed upon date of installation another contractor came in to install the pool During installation the contractor dug up a power line. Rather then informing us that he had found a line he cut it causing it to arch as it was a live line running to the shed from the well house. In doing so the fuses were blown causing us to have No running water and after having an electrician come out we also found that the junction box in the shed and well house was damaged as well! The cost to have a new line run an new box’s where over 5000$

Blue World Pools Horrible pool with no service provided as promised.

From the beginning this company has had poor service AND very rude employees. First off, let me say that we paid cash for this 27’ above ground pool. Thank HEAVENS we didn’t finance. We had the pool installed, and we had service problems from the beginning. Luckily, we were able to fix those problems ourselves, since I called their company 10 times, only got through once to speak to someone, when I told them what was happening, they told me VERY rudely to “Calm down Lady”. And then hung up on me! Now, I am having problem with a very cloudy pool, I have needed to speak to service, again with calling 3 times and being on hold for a total of an hour. I am so frustrated with this experience and disgusted with this company. I wish I had not purchased ANYTHING through this company, I want to save other families out there from the horrible experience my family has had. This company definitely just wants your money and nothing more. They are rude, not helpful, and you will NEVER be able to reach anybody to speak to. I don’t want anybody to have to go through what we have gone through.

Desired outcome: Please, PLEASE just give me the service that you're so called "Salesperson" promised us!!! I now am sitting on hold again trying to reach someone and it's been going on 30 minutes!!! Can someone PLEASE help me in a timely manner?

Blue World Pools Customer service & business ethics

On 6/9/2023, BlueWorld Pool Collections Department took money from my debit/credit card without my authorization. I made payment to my account on 6/1/2023 that was authorized. The company stored my credit/debit card information and took it upon themselves to take an additional payment the following week. My payment for June wasn’t due until 6/30/2023. The collections manager was calling and harassing me about my May payment and this was a form of retaliation on me to take from my account without my consent. That’s a form of theft and pure display of unethical business with this company.

Blue World Pools Did not accept payment for 2 years from a third party.

Yes,

I had gotten my pool almost two years ago. I paid on it for a full year. When I called to see how much I owed, the price never changed. Interest was insane. So I contacted a third party, like the sales woman advised when she first met with me. The third party was happy to assist. Had lost some family members and had taken on their financial state. So I thought this was a solution for us both. Here to find out that Blue World never responded to a letter that was sent from the third party explaining they would be taking over the payments. The third party repeatedly tried to contact Blue World, which they had always been difficult for me. Blue World never responded. When the third party finally spoke to someone in a two years time, they said they would not take money, on behalf of me. I asked them why they would turn down money from anyone.

I just got yelled at and got nowhere. So now it falls back on me to try and find the funds, that would have paid Blue World already in full from two years ago. So they will get paid when I am able at this point. I even had a guy from the billing department say he was going to find me and make me pay. A nice threat. That’s my unfortunate story.

I hope this experience does not happen to anyone else.
Frustrated and stressed

Desired outcome: I had every intention to pay, the best way I could. Times have changed drastically and costs have gone way too high. If the interest would be removed I could pay the $4000. But due to the fight from them I have to come up with the $8000.

Blue World Pools Construction and service

Blue World pools gave a big selling point and sold me a pool. They promised the pool to be installed by June of 2022. They never installed the pool until November of 2022. It is now June 2023 and we have never been able to swim in the pool. The first pool that tried to install was destroyed by one of their installers, by driving the tractor into it. We threated to sue the company and they installed another one. They promised to close or open the pool due to the difficulty and didn't. The first installers dog bit both my daughter and son in-law. They borrowed our ladder and destroyed it as well. They answer the phone and put you on hold for hours. You call back time after time and they do the same thing. This is absolutely the worst company that I have ever dealt with.

Desired outcome: I would like a complete refund for the stress and mental anxiety that my family has suffered due to the continued neglect of Blue World pools.

Blue World Pools I want my $1,500 returned, also I would like my contract to be completely canceled

A very nice and professional lady came to my home 4/30/2023. She stayed three or four hours. Thinking back now she I know now she was taught exactly what to say. She had a huge book with lots of beautiful pictures. About a week later a man named Eric called me to review everything. He was so condensing I almost told him to forget everything. A few days later a second man named Zach called me to verify my finance information. A couple of days later the installer named Jim called to set up an appointment. We agreed on 5/12/23. When he no showed I called him. He explained that his truck broke down on the freeway the day before. He never bothered to call me. I called Jim again to reschedule the install for 5/16/23. Again he was a no-show. I called the company. The first person I talked to was Andrea.

She was extremely rude. I was trying to explain to her that the installer was a no-show. This is when she called me a lying old lady. She hung up on me. I called back and talked to Zach. He in put me thru to Russell. After a lengthy conversation we ended the call by saying he would talk again after we have a day or two to calm down. I didn't hear anymore from BWP until 05/27. Russell sent me a voice mail, email and text. Each one was stating I had to allow the installer to come to my home. If I didn't I would still have to pay for the pool. He went on to say he would gift me chairs, lights and ring toss game. I responded with an email telling him I was NOT paying for something I didn't take possession of nor wanted anymore even it was free. I told them I am a veteran and I was a responsible & honest. I would never treat anyone like they have so many besides me.

Blue World Pools Faulty plumbing from day of install

When we purchased this pool with cash for $14000 4 years ago, the plumbing immediately was leaking the day of install we noticed as we were filling the pool and the water was pouring back out. It took 3 weeks for them to get someone out to fix the problem so I was already extremely irritated with the purchase. So much wasted water and so little time to utilize the pool that summer. Fast forward the next year, plumbing is leaking again! We had put some caulking around it and it was a temporary fix, then the pump blew on year 3 and now this year plumbing was completely shot, we paid and got that fixed only to find out that because of their [censored] job of plumbing it has leaked so much out side wall is rusting all the way through. I can’t tell you the amount of regret I have for this purchase, worst decision ever. I would not purchase from this company I had a blow up pool that lasted longer than a $14,000 pool.

Desired outcome: I believe the plumbing should be installed CORRECTLY AND NOT JUST HALF [censored] PATCHED BY SOME random person, a new side wall should be installed at no cost to me for their error. I have never hated a company more

Blue World Pools Peer pressure into paying for a pool that we tried to cancel.

My husband and I had no clue, nor did we read any reviews regarding Blue World Pool. We were very excited about purchasing a pool for the grandchildren and aide in some therapy for my husband. We paid a deposit of 1, 000 down. We kept asking the price of the pool and the salesman reply was "Oh we getting to that later". He got over on us, pure peer-pressure, fast talking as he was writing up the contract, he was having me go look for personal documents and when I would come back his statement to me was "oh sign here and" oh you need to get this document ". I was not paying attention. He tricked us into signing a 12-year contract paying 471.00 a month for a above ground pool. They cashed our check and I called to cancel once we realized our mistake. They claimed we need to contact the cancellation department on Monday. I called and they said" Oh it's too late to cancel. You signed the contract, and we have to honor that, either pay us over 8,000 or let us install the pool". Days later Blue World Pool called again and offered us a lower payment at a different %. I again told them," WE WANT TO CANCEL". A lady in the office of Blue World Pool called with an even different quote and we still refused. Her comment to me was" This is like a cancer It will not go away. You are obligated to this contract ma'am." I thought that was so unprofessional of her to say, because I do have cancer, breast cancer. They took advantage of us being old people and to top it off my husband is a United State Veteran suffering with progressing dementia. These people are a joke, and something needs to be done to stop them from keep ripping people off. It has been 6 weeks now and we still don't have nothing, no pool, dirt, equipment nothing has been delivered to our property, my question is why Blue World Pool will not return our deposit and stop with the harassment.

Desired outcome: "Please refund our downpayment" along with an apology".

Losing the $1000 would be the least of your problems if you let them install that pool. The lien only matters if they install the pool and you make payments.

Blue World Pools Complaint

Hi my name is Ralph & Sara Sanchez, this company is nothing more then a scam company. For the past four years we have paid more then what the actual cost of this pool. About two month ago we had to get rid of this pool cause it rotted out underneath the rails, We have called several times for someone to come out, but nothing has ever been done. Their service is very bad, and they are very disrespectful to olderly people like my wife and I. We feel that there sales tactics toward senior's is easy to take advantage of seniors's. As my husband said, its all true, My husband suffer from brain injury due to the Vietnam war, and sometime he doesn't realize what he reads or sign, so I feel that they took advantage of us. I would like to say espcially to all those that were in combat, and have problems and injured, please do not fall into this trap with this company what so ever. especially if you are a senior's.

Blue World Pools Replacement parts

I purchased my pool outright with the impression that I had a reliable, reputable product and company behind it. I now have faced 2 leaks and have been told to either fix it myself or contact the manufacturer. Leak 1 was a valve leading to my pump. BWP did provide the part, but with the strict warning that my 1 year anniversary was quickly approaching and following that I would not be able to receive any more "free" parts. Leak 2, was/is my pool liner. I'm told that parts and labor would be roughly $3k to fix. We have not had our pool for a year! When this pipe dream was sold to me I was given the impression that I had at least 3 years of warranty against such things. Now, the byline is "read your contract"... I've paid $24k for a defective product that my family can't enjoy. And for me, the worst part is not just the money. It's that someone representing your company came to my home, smile on face, and lied to us. And the company now stands behind it. I'm sure this complaint is an exercise in futility as I now believe there is not a single soul in the company that has the integrity to even respond let alone provide remedy. However, just know that I purchased the pool as a means to provide sanctity and enjoyment for my family which came at great personal financial sacrifice. You have robbed us.

Blue World Pools Collection rep

The collection department are so disrespectful and ignorant and has shared my personal information along with my husband personal information to my husband ex wife...that's a breach of trust and I will be getting an attorney to represent us ! The rep used profanity and was over talking me and I really couldn't get a word in at all...she was very rude and disrespectful...

Blue World Pools Worst service, and expectations not upheld!

I purchased my pool in 03/2021. I was told the pool was $17,000 with a $3,000 discount to be a show pool. Discounts for doing online reviews. I got a call to upgrade the pool, same payment $400.00 monthly same discounts same payments and drop the interest rate, was not suppose to pay anymore, would have the pool paid in full in 5 years. I agree, what is 5 years like a car note, no big deal. Pool is set up 3 months later NO big deal its a rainy summer. Once it's set up it is not level, the pool is higher on the Left side than on the pump side, and the Ladder is cracked and then Broke because of the crack. I have been told 3 times this Ladder has been shipped, and we have never gotten it. I had a collections rep call summer 2022 advised I was behind in my payments. This was not true, because the payment is drafted from my account. She rude and threatening, until she realized she was wrong. Then I asked her what was the balance, what was the total amount and what was the full finance months. She advised a 20 year note, and 25,000! What are you kidding me! NO, I never agreed to this! I asked her to send me copies of all my paper work where I signed this. She told me she would, This never happened as did the ladder never came! I called today to assist with changing the payments to weekly vs bi weekly which she did assist with. I advised the above issues with the papers and she told me sure we can send that for a fee of $200.00. ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME! that is not acceptable at all! You have not upheld anything you have stated on your calls, and either your customer service is trash and lied to me on the phone, your you lied when you set up my order / sales. I have been asking for this to be resolved NO resolution!

Blue World Pools The whole company

I put a $5000 down payment down back in April 2021 and they didn't even get the pool up till almost December 2021 by then it was winter time and it took them 2 different times to put it up because the first crew that did it a few weeks before did such a bad job there was duck tape everywhere and sharp seams exposed. But being winter all I could do was close it for winter so when spring came I tried to get it ready for swimming to find out a week later the drain pipes in the bottom where done wrong and the pool would stay green so I told them I was not going to pay $500 a month for something I could not use and they have a ample opportunities to deliver what I was paying for now they are putting a lein on my house and threatening to take my house when in a year and a half the didn't do their side of the contract and won't let me out of it how it this fair to their customers

Desired outcome: I would like out of the contract and for them to remove their no working product off my property

Blue World Pools Cost of the pool

My dad bought a pool in 2021, I co signed for him but did not know that they were putting a line on my home until recently when my father passed away. The last couple of months my father was actively dying he wasn't all there so he wasn't paying any bills and no one had power of attorney to do anything. After his passing I called blue world several times and they hung up on me each time, then I recieve a text from them talking about a lien so I call the number on the text and get ahold of someone finally. I explained that my father had passed away and that I could not financially make the payments on the pool as well as my house payment and other bills. They were rude and did not care. All they kept saying was they will get their money one way or another if they have to take my home and my taxes. I am a single mom of three kids and these people are awful. If anyone knows a good c9ntract attorney please let me know.

Desired outcome: To exit the contract without payment and keep my home. The pool is a financial hardship for myself and my three children with my fathers passing.

Blue World Pools My pool liner

I purchased the pool 3 years ago They came out and installed it which is horrible then they sent another crew out that tore the whole Pole down had to re dig it. And reinstall it It looked good the 2nd time but the crew put a hole in the liner I contacted the crew Foreman and blue whale pool he came out and patch the miner where it was leaking rural Pole Blue world pool agreed to send me a new liner in case it ever started to leak since they had to patch it which they never did Well now at the end of the season it started to leak and I want my liner they were supposed to give me The liner has a 20 year warranty but by them putting a hole in it and patching that voided the warranty and they knew that That's why they agreed to send me a liner to have on hand I have gotten no response from thim as I have called them numerously of times and they know who I am. I am trying this 1st then I will file a lawsuit since it is over $500..
