Auto Parts Warehouse Auto Parts Warehouse: Terrible Service and Refund Issues

I ordered an AC compressor kit for my Dodge from Auto Parts Warehouse and boy was it a hassle! First off, my order was delayed for a whole week and when it finally arrived, it was incomplete and not even the right compressor! Can you believe that? I was so frustrated that I immediately initiated a refund and sent the part back. But guess what? After a whole month, I heard nothing from them. So, I decided to call them up and ask about my refund. The customer service representative told me that my refund was pending and waiting for my bank to process it. I was lied to!

Another week went by and I called them again. This time, I was told that I didn't send back all the parts. Can you believe it? I was so angry that I spent weeks calling them and trying to work through this issue. But every time I called, I was told that my refund was pending and waiting for my bank to process it. Another lie!

Finally, after 6 months, I received notice that my refund was pending. But guess what? It was for less than half of the amount! That makes no sense at all. The dryer and o-ring kit list for far less than what they have deducted from my refund. This whole experience not only cost me extra money but also extra time waiting for my truck to be fixed.

I will never recommend this company or do business with them again. They have caused me so much frustration and inconvenience. I hope that they improve their customer service and quality control because no one deserves to go through what I went through.

Auto Parts Warehouse Auto Parts Warehouse Review: Dishonest Practices and Unfulfilled Guarantees

This website, Auto Parts Warehouse, has some major issues that I want to bring to your attention. Firstly, I purchased a pair of headlights that were listed as a "Direct OE Replacement" but unfortunately, this was not the case. I was extremely disappointed and gave them a poor review. However, what really bothers me is that the website does not post negative reviews that may impact sales. If you browse the site, you will only find positive reviews, which is not fair to customers who rely on honest feedback.

Secondly, they have a "low price guarantee" which they do not honor. I purchased the lights for around $295 dollars, but I found them on another site for only around $190 (including shipping). I contacted Auto Parts Warehouse about this and they told me that they cannot meet the price. Yes, they have fine print buried within the site, but if it's a guarantee, then it should be honored. It's frustrating to feel like you've been misled.

Overall, I will never use this site again and I strongly recommend that you do not either. There are plenty of other sites out there where you can get what you need for less. Additionally, I noticed that many sites are duplicates of each other, which is something to be aware of when shopping around.

In conclusion, Auto Parts Warehouse has some serious issues that need to be addressed. As a customer, I expect honesty and transparency, and unfortunately, this website falls short in those areas.

Auto Parts Warehouse Beware of Autopartswarehouse: Double-check before ordering!

I gotta say, I ain't one to write reviews, but I gotta get this off my chest. So, I was on the hunt for a cat back exhaust for my 2005 Nissan Frontier SE 4x4 crew cab on 1/3/2016. I had my eyes set on the JBA Exhaust System part # J, but when I checked out the product details on Autopartswarehouse, it said it wouldn't fit the 4x4 model. I was bummed out, but I didn't give up that easy. I went straight to the manufacturer's website, jbaheaders.com, and guess what? It said it would fit 4x4 models, including my exact one!

I thought, "Okay, let me double-check with Autopartswarehouse just to be sure." So, I hit up their live chat and asked about the fit. But, they told me it wouldn't fit, even though I mentioned the manufacturer's website said it would. I was like, "What the heck?!" I wasn't gonna take their word for it, so I decided not to order from them.

Instead, I went to another retailer (I won't say who), and I told them about my experience with Autopartswarehouse. They guaranteed me a 100% fit, and if it didn't fit, they promised me a paid return and full refund! I was sold and ordered from them right away.

But, that's not all. I also emailed JBA to ask about the fit, and they reassured me that the part number I wanted would fit my truck. They even told me that the previous part #40-1410 was only for 2x4 models.

Now, here's the kicker. This ain't the first time I've had a bad experience with Autopartswarehouse. I left them a bad review before, and I gotta say, I'm not too happy with them.

So, if you're looking for auto parts, I suggest you do your research and double-check everything before you order from Autopartswarehouse. They may not always have the right information, and you don't wanna end up with the wrong part. Trust me, it's not worth the hassle.

Auto Parts Warehouse Disappointing Experience with Auto Parts Warehouse Customer Service

I recently had an experience with Auto Parts Warehouse that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I placed an order for a part on their website, but quickly realized that I had selected the wrong color. I immediately called their customer service line, hoping to make a quick change to my order.

The representative I spoke with, Danny, had an accent that I believe was Asian. I explained my situation to him and asked if he could change the color of the part for me. Unfortunately, he informed me that the other color was not in stock. I asked him to cancel the order instead, which he said he did. He also told me that I would receive a cancellation email shortly.

However, the next day, I received an email from Auto Parts Warehouse saying that my item was getting ready to ship. Confused and frustrated, I called their customer service line again. This time, I spoke with a woman named Judi. She was not very helpful and told me that Danny could not have cancelled my order because they fill orders right away, as long as the part is in stock. I tried to explain that I had called only two minutes after placing the order, but she insisted that it was too late.

Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with Auto Parts Warehouse. The customer service representatives I spoke with were not very helpful, and I was left feeling like my concerns were not taken seriously. I hope that they can improve their customer service in the future, as it would make ordering from them a much more pleasant experience.

Auto Parts Warehouse Auto Parts Warehouse: A Company with Major Security Issues and Poor Customer Service

I recently made my first purchase from Auto Parts Warehouse and unfortunately, shortly after, I began to notice some suspicious charges on my credit card. I was quite concerned as they were the only new company I had done business with recently. Initially, I thought it might just be a coincidence but I decided to reach out to them via email to inquire about the security of their server and whether any employees had access to sensitive data. However, to my disappointment, I never received a response from them.

It's quite disheartening to see that they didn't take my concerns seriously and didn't bother to investigate the matter. It's quite possible that they are aware of the issue but are choosing to ignore it. I can't help but feel that they are hiding something and are not being transparent with their customers.

If you're someone who values their time and doesn't want to deal with the hassle of having to contact your bank to dispute fraudulent charges and get your credit card replaced, then I would advise against doing business with Auto Parts Warehouse. It's quite evident that they have a major problem that they are not willing to address in a professional manner.

It's unfortunate that they didn't take responsibility for their actions and instead chose to ignore my requests for information. As a customer, I expect a certain level of professionalism and accountability from the companies I do business with. It's quite clear that Auto Parts Warehouse failed to meet these expectations.

In conclusion, I would not recommend Auto Parts Warehouse to anyone who values their time and money. It's quite evident that they have a major security issue that they are not willing to address. As a customer, it's important to do business with companies that prioritize the safety and security of their customers' sensitive information.

Auto Parts Warehouse Excellent Customer Service and Knowledgeable Staff at Auto Parts Warehouse

I've been buying parts from Auto Parts Warehouse for a long time now. My family and I own a variety of cars, including Volvo, VW, Nissan, Toyota, and Lexus. I've always found the parts representatives at Auto Parts Warehouse to be very helpful and knowledgeable about their work. They're also very courteous and go out of their way to verify the applicable parts. I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews on this website.

Before calling, you need to be prepared with all the relevant information about your vehicle. This includes the make, model, year, date of manufacture (usually found on the door frame sticker), trim (GL, GXE, XYD, etc.), engine capacity, and VIN number. Once you provide this information, getting the right parts is a breeze.

Their 24/7 call center is located in the Philippines, and the workers there are very astute and have good judgment. I especially want to mention the women who are very thorough in picking the right parts that are a direct fit. I am very, very pleased with this outfit, which is a pleasure to deal with.

I can understand why people get irate and write bad reviews. Such people are to blame themselves for not being well prepared with relevant vehicle information before making that call. But if you come prepared, you'll have a great experience with Auto Parts Warehouse.

Auto Parts Warehouse Auto Parts Warehouse: Terrible Fulfillment Warehouse in Chesapeake, VA - 1 Star

I bought a washer reservoir and a cabin air filter for my car from Auto Parts Warehouse on Aug. 5, 2014. I was excited to receive my order, but unfortunately, I only received the cabin air filter after about a week. I was disappointed that I did not receive the replacement washer reservoir. When I checked the tracking information, it said 'Returned package to Shipper - incorrect address'. I was frustrated and confused about what to do next.

I decided to call their customer service to see if they could help me. They were very helpful and sent me a replacement washer reservoir in a good sized box. The package was sent from their Fulfillment Warehouse in Chesapeake, VA. However, when I opened the box, I noticed that the nozzle on one of the motors (black one) was broken off. I was upset because the most fragile part on the reservoir is the nozzles on the motors, which was laid on the cardboard box facing on the bottom without any padding. Then a lot of paper padding was placed on the top of the reservoir only. I was confused about why there was too much padding on only one side of the fragile item and none on the other side. I wondered if the packaging guy had any common sense or was on drugs. There was also a dent on the side of the box which did not seem to be the cause of the damage to the reservoir.

I called their customer service again with my findings. They sent me a replacement reservoir for the third time, which I did not receive at all. When I checked the tracking information, it said 'Returned package to the shipper - Incorrect address' AGAIN FOR THE THIRD TIME! I was furious and wondered what was wrong with these people, especially with their Fulfillment Warehouse in Chesapeake, VA. I wasted an entire month waiting for the part that I needed, but I did not get it. It was just too much for me to handle. I was fed up with this company and deeply regretted trying to buy parts from them.

Today, I finally called their customer service again for a refund. Their staff in Fulfillment Warehouse in Chesapeake, VA either need good training or they need to be fired because they lack common sense. Hopefully, one day their higher management will wake up and do things right! I will NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN! I am going to give them 1 star because there is no selection for Zero Star!

Auto Parts Warehouse Disappointing Experience with Auto Parts Warehouse: Poor Communication and Dysfunctional Systems

I recently made an order with Auto Parts Warehouse all the way from Australia. I had a bit of trouble creating an order with a tricky shipping address, but eventually got it sorted out. I paid for my order through PayPal and received multiple confirmations, including an extra payment confirmation from PayPal. I called their customer support, which is available 24 hours a day, and explained the situation. Unfortunately, the representative was unable to help me and simply put in a request to cancel the extra order.

The next day, I received an email saying that they were unable to stop the shipment of the extra brake pads and that I would need to return them. I was frustrated that they were unable to communicate internally and prevent this issue from happening. Additionally, they suggested that I have my reshipper print off a FedEx label and write the RMA number on it, which was not a feasible solution for me.

Overall, I would not recommend Auto Parts Warehouse. They have taken up hours of my time with emails and phone calls, and their internal systems seem to be dysfunctional. It appears that their main goal is to take your money, rather than provide quality service. If they are able to fix the issue and credit the extra payment, I will update this review. However, at this point, I would advise others to stay away from this company.

Auto Parts Warehouse Auto Parts Warehouse (APW) Fails to Correct Their Mistake and Reimburse Labor Costs

I'm an older person and my son Jason tries to save me money by ordering car parts online. We ordered high-performance struts for my Mazda RX8 from Auto Parts Warehouse (APW) back in October 2014. Unfortunately, we received the wrong parts, and APW admitted it was their mistake. They sent struts for a sedan instead of a sports car, which caused the front end of my car to be 4 inches higher than the back.

We immediately contacted APW to get the situation resolved, but it's been almost three months now, and we still haven't received the correct parts or any reimbursement for the labor costs. My son has been calling APW multiple times every day, talking to different supervisors and customer service representatives, but to no avail.

The cost of the repair needs to be reimbursed, as I have to pay to have the same thing done again because of APW's error. My income is very limited, and I can't afford to pay for their mistake. It's frustrating to deal with a multi-million dollar corporation that doesn't care about its customers, especially a female senior citizen like me.

One of the supervisors my son spoke to admitted that their computer sent the wrong struts, but APW has made no attempt to correct their mistake. They haven't even tried to settle the matter in over three months. It's a simple customer service issue that could be resolved by sending the correct parts and reimbursing the labor costs.

We received a total of 3-4 calls in over 1 1/2 months, and my son called at least 48 times. It's ridiculous that a large corporation like APW can't take responsibility for their mistake and resolve the issue promptly. We even contacted a customer service supervisor named Jordan, who didn't seem to know anything about the situation and couldn't process an order on the weekend, even though the parts were already on the car.

I'm so frustrated with APW that I'm planning to contact the Better Business Bureau (BBB) to get this resolved. I'll also be using social media to let other consumers know about my experience with APW. It's important to hold companies accountable for their mistakes and to make sure they treat their customers with respect and fairness.

Auto Parts Warehouse Auto Parts Warehouse: Lying to Customers About Their Parts

I gotta say, I'm pretty upset with Auto Parts Warehouse. I mean, I'm not even talking about the quality of their parts - I'm talking about the fact that they're straight up lying to customers. And the worst part is, I didn't even realize it until recently.

Here's the deal: when you're shopping on Auto Parts Warehouse, you're actually shopping on a whole network of websites. And they all look pretty much the same, so you don't even realize it. I've bought a lot of parts from these guys over the years, and I had no idea.

But then I had a problem with a fog light I bought from them. It was defective, and I needed to use the warranty to get it replaced. And that's when I realized what was going on.

See, Auto Parts Warehouse sells a lot of parts under the name "Replacement Brand Quality Parts." And they make it seem like these parts are made by a company called Replacement. But that's a lie. There is no such thing as Replacement Brand Quality Parts. It's just a name they made up to sell their own parts.

Now, I'm not saying that the parts themselves are bad. In fact, the fog light I had a problem with was made by a company called DEPO, which is a good brand. But the fact that Auto Parts Warehouse is lying to customers about who makes their parts is just not cool.

And it's not just lighting parts, either. They do this with pretty much everything they sell. They'll slap the name "Replacement" on anything and everything, even if it's made by a completely different company.

I'm in the auto restoration business, so I know how important it is to use quality parts. And I'm just really disappointed that Auto Parts Warehouse is trying to trick people into buying their parts by lying about who makes them.

Now, to be fair, they did honor the warranty on my fog light without any problems. But the whole process was a pain in the butt. And I can't help but wonder how many people just give up on using their warranty because it's too complicated.

So, if you're shopping on Auto Parts Warehouse, just be aware that you're actually shopping on a whole network of websites. And if you see the name "Replacement" on anything, just know that it's not actually made by a company called Replacement. It's just a name that Auto Parts Warehouse made up to sell their own parts.

Personally, I'm going to start looking for parts elsewhere. I believe in honesty and fair play, and Auto Parts Warehouse just doesn't seem to care about either of those things.

Auto Parts Warehouse Auto Parts Warehouse: False Inventory Information and Disappointing Customer Service

I recently had an experience with Auto Parts Warehouse that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I was in need of a particular part that was listed on their website as having 2 (TWO) currently in stock. Excited to find what I needed, I called their 1800 number to verify the availability of the part. The operator ASSURED me that they did indeed have 2 (TWO) in their warehouse.

Four days later, I received an email from Auto Parts Warehouse stating that they did not have the parts in stock and could not fulfill my order. This was extremely irritating, as I needed 4 of this particular part. I ended up placing an order for 2 more with another vendor, Tirerack, who I also called to verify availability. They only had 2 in stock, but they fulfilled my order unlike Auto Parts Warehouse.

Now, I have to ship the Tirerack order back and waste more time looking elsewhere for the parts I need. It's frustrating to have to deal with this kind of situation, especially when I was given false information by Auto Parts Warehouse. I hope they can improve their inventory management and customer service in the future to avoid disappointing their customers.

Auto Parts Warehouse Disappointing Experience with Auto Parts Warehouse: Incomplete Order and Poor Customer Service

I had a pretty bad experience with Auto Parts Warehouse (autopartswarehouse.com). I ordered two parts and paid extra for overnight shipping. However, they only sent one part overnight and the other part was sent through regular post. I had to wait for a week for the other part to arrive, which was really frustrating because my car was stuck in the garage.

I immediately contacted them to ask why they didn't send both parts overnight, but they didn't seem to care. They didn't want to ship the second part through overnight shipping, even though I had already paid for it. To make matters worse, they charged me for overnight shipping on both items!

It was a really frustrating experience and I wouldn't recommend shopping with them. If you're looking for auto parts, I suggest you shop elsewhere to avoid these kinds of hassles.

Auto Parts Warehouse Terrible Experience with Auto Parts Warehouse: Wrong Part and Poor Customer Service

Had a terrible experience with Auto Parts Warehouse. They sent me the wrong part number and it was a complete nightmare trying to get the correct one. Their customer service was no help at all. I talked to four different agents in two different countries and still didn't get any closer to a solution. It was a complete waste of time and energy. In the end, I just went to AutoZone and paid a little extra for the correct part. It was well worth it to avoid the hassle of dealing with Auto Parts Warehouse. This experience was a good reminder that you get what you pay for. Sometimes it's worth paying a little extra for better service.

Auto Parts Warehouse RockAuto.com vs. AutoPartsWarehouse.com: A Comparison of User-Friendliness and Inventory

If you're looking for a website to buy auto parts, you might want to check out rockauto.com. The website is easy to navigate and the parts are readily available once you enter your vehicle information. However, if you're thinking about using autopartswarehouse.com, you might want to think twice. The website is difficult to use and it takes a lot of time to find the individual parts you need. The graphics on the website are nice, but they don't make up for the lack of accessibility.

The website needs to be more user-friendly. It should be easy to find the parts you need once you enter your vehicle information. The checkout process should also be smooth and easy to follow. The links should be clear and progressive, so you know exactly where you are in the process.

Another issue with autopartswarehouse.com is the limited inventory. The website seems to prioritize after-market accessories over actual parts that maintain a vehicle. This is a problem because people rely on auto parts websites to find the parts they need to keep their vehicles running smoothly. The website needs to focus on providing a wide range of parts for all types of vehicles.

Overall, if you're looking for a website to buy auto parts, you might want to skip autopartswarehouse.com and go to rockauto.com instead. The latter is more user-friendly and has a wider range of parts available.

Auto Parts Warehouse Disappointing Experience with Auto Parts Warehouse: Unhelpful Customer Service and Frustrating Response to Dispute

I recently had an experience with Auto Parts Warehouse that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I ordered some catalytic converters for my 97 Expedition, but unfortunately, they sent me the wrong ones. I immediately called their customer service to try and remedy the situation, and they issued a UPS call tag to have the parts returned to them.

After a few days, UPS picked up the parts and returned them to Auto Parts Warehouse. However, despite several calls to their customer service, I never received the promised Mastercard credit. I was starting to feel like I was getting the runaround, and it was becoming increasingly frustrating.

Eventually, I decided to dispute the charge with Mastercard. To my surprise, Auto Parts Warehouse's response was less than helpful. They asked, "How do we know he sent the parts back?" I couldn't believe it - they had issued the call tag, UPS had picked it up, and there was a tracking number to prove that the parts had been delivered back to them.

Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience with Auto Parts Warehouse. Their customer service was unhelpful, and their response to my dispute with Mastercard was frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend doing business with them, and I will be looking elsewhere for my auto parts needs in the future.

Auto Parts Warehouse Auto Parts Warehouse Review: Scam Alert! Don't Waste Your Time and Money!

So, I was trying to buy some auto parts from Auto Parts Warehouse (autopartswarehouse.com) and I gotta say, it was a pretty frustrating experience. I put the items in my cart and was trying to review the prices and apply a coupon code to get a discount. But before I knew it, the system had already placed the order! What the heck, right?

I immediately called their customer service line, but it took them a good 2-3 minutes to answer. When I finally got through, they told me it was too late to cancel the order. I was pretty upset about this, so I sent them an email to complain. But guess what? I never heard back from them. Not a single word.

I checked my credit card statement and saw that the order was already being processed. At this point, I was pretty convinced that this company was a scam. I mean, why would they make it so easy to accidentally place an order and then refuse to cancel it when you call them right away?

The customer service rep I talked to even had the nerve to tell me that it takes 24-48 hours for them to process and ship orders. But apparently, 2-3 minutes was too long for me to cancel my order. What a load of BS, am I right?

Honestly, I would advise anyone to stay away from these crooks. There are plenty of other online auto parts companies out there that won't try to scam you like this. Don't make the same mistake I did and waste your time and money on Auto Parts Warehouse.

Auto Parts Warehouse Mixed Experience with Auto Parts Warehouse: Wrong Seatbelts, Easy Return Process

I had a bit of a rough experience with Auto Parts Warehouse when I called to get replacement seatbelts for my Toyota Highlander. The woman who answered the phone had a pretty thick accent, which made it hard for me to understand her. I asked her a few times if the seatbelts would fit my car, and she said they would. But when I got them in the mail, they turned out to be universal seatbelts that didn't fit my car at all. I was pretty frustrated, because I had to go through the hassle of returning them.

Luckily, Auto Parts Warehouse has a return process that's pretty easy to use. I shipped the seatbelts back right away, but I was a little annoyed that they had already taken the money out of my checking account when I ordered them. It took them two weeks to return my money after they received the seatbelts back, which was a bit of a bummer.

Overall, I think Auto Parts Warehouse could do a better job of making sure their customer service reps are easy to understand. It was frustrating to have to deal with the wrong seatbelts, but at least the return process was straightforward. If you're looking to order from Auto Parts Warehouse, just make sure you double-check that you're getting the right parts for your car!

Auto Parts Warehouse Beware of Auto Parts Warehouse: Sneaky Membership Sign-Up and Hidden Charges

I have had a lot of experience with Auto Parts Warehouse, and I have to say that I am not very happy with them. Recently, I claimed a discount from them and it turns out that I was automatically signed up for a membership at "Complete Saving". I didn't even realize this until I saw a $12 monthly charge on my bank statement. I am a busy person and I don't always have time to carefully review my bank statement, so I didn't notice that they had been charging me for over 59 months!

When I finally realized what was going on, I immediately called Complete Saving and cancelled my subscription. They promised to reimburse me for the entire amount, but I haven't seen the money yet. I really hope that it shows up soon, because I could really use that money.

Overall, I would say that you should be very careful when dealing with any company associated with US Autoparts (Auto Parts Warehouse, JC Whitney, Partstrain, etc.). They seem to be very sneaky and will try to sign you up for things without your knowledge or consent. If you do decide to claim a discount from them, make sure that you read all of the fine print and understand exactly what you are signing up for. Otherwise, you could end up like me, with a bunch of unexpected charges on your bank statement.

Auto Parts Warehouse Auto Parts Warehouse Review: Affordable Parts for Project Cars, but Not for High-Performance Builds

If you're in a pinch and your ride is down, it might be best to stick with your local parts house. However, if you're working on a project car and know what you need, Auto Parts Warehouse (autopartswarehouse.com) can save you a few bucks. The parts are just what you get, nothing more, nothing less. If you're looking for parts advice, then this place might not be for you.

I recently needed two doors, a hood, and some other minor parts for my project truck. The body parts were just what I expected - plain and needing primer and prepping. I did have some trouble with customer service when it came to the brake rotors. The part number was wrong on the site by a number, but with some patience, we were able to sort it out. Despite this hiccup, I still saved a few hundred dollars compared to major performance parts sites.

Auto Parts Warehouse really came through for me when it came to the suspension parts I needed. They saved me just over a grand, which was a huge relief for my wallet. It's important to note that I'm building a working truck, not a 1/4 mile racer. So, if you're looking for high-performance parts, this might not be the place for you.

Overall, I had a positive experience with Auto Parts Warehouse. The prices were reasonable, and the parts were just what I needed. While customer service could use some improvement, I was able to get the help I needed in the end. If you're working on a project car and know what you need, Auto Parts Warehouse is worth checking out.

Auto Parts Warehouse Autopartswarehouse.com: Frustrating Experience with Incorrect Part and Return Policy

I recently had an experience with Autopartswarehouse.com that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I ordered a tie rod end for my Chrysler Crossfire, but when the part arrived, it was clear that it was not the right fit for my car. In fact, my mechanic pointed out that it looked like a tie rod end for a Chrysler minivan.

When I contacted Autopartswarehouse to request a return authorization, I was told that I would have to cover the cost of return shipping and forfeit the original shipping cost because I couldn't provide the manufacturer's part number for the part I was looking for. I found this to be an unacceptable excuse for not providing a full refund.

As a customer, I expect that when I order a part for my car from a website that specializes in auto parts, the part will fit my car. I provided all of the necessary information, including the make, model, trim, and engine size, so there should have been no confusion about which part I needed. It's frustrating to receive a part that doesn't fit and then be told that I have to pay to return it.

Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience with Autopartswarehouse.com. I don't plan to use this vendor again in the future.
